  • Bears' Drew Dalman: Going to Windy City

Chicago will sign Dalman to a three-year, $42 million contract, Marc Raimondi of ESPN reports. Dalman becomes the latest in a series of offseason additions to the Bears' offensive line with the huge deal. He projects to fit in between fellow recent signees Joe Thuney and Jonah Jackson in Chicago's starting lineup in 2025.

  • Falcons' Drew Dalman: Returning to action in Week 11

Dalman (ankle) is active for Sunday's matchup versus the Broncos, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports. Dalman landed on IR in late September and was designated to return Oct. 30. He's been working his way back since then and was activated off injured reserve Saturday. Dalman played 100 percent of the Falcons' defensive snaps each of the first two weeks this season. Coach Raheem Norris said earlier this week that Dalman will start once he's back in action, per McElhaney, so Ryan Neuzil will likely return to a depth option despite his strong play of late.

  • Falcons' Drew Dalman: Activated off IR

The Falcons activated Dalman (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday, Daniel Flick of SI.com reports. While Dalman is still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Denver, the 2021 fourth-round pick's activation from IR indicates he should be able to suit up. His return would give the Falcons depth on offensive line.

Dalman (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports. He was designated to return from IR on Wednesday, and while he was able to log a full practice Friday, he will not be activated ahead of Sunday's contest. Dalman's next chance at suiting up will be Week 10 against the Saints on Sunday, Nov. 10.

  • Falcons' Drew Dalman: Designated to return

Dalman (ankle) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports. Dalman has missed the Falcons' last four games after sustaining an ankle injury in the team's Week 4 loss to the Chiefs. However, his 21-day practice window was opened Wednesday and he could return to the field as soon as Week 9's matchup against the Cowboys. If Dalman is not activated to Atlanta's active roster in the next 21 days, he'll revert to IR.

Dalman has now recovered from an ankle injury. Dalman suffered an ankle injury during Week 17 of last season but was back on the field for the start of Atlanta's training camp. Dalman (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Saints. Dalman was held out of practice all week after sustaining an ankle injury in the Falcons' Week 17 loss to the Bears, so it's no surprise that he'll be inactive in Week 18.
