Packers' J. Michael Sturdivant: Sticking around in Green Bay
Sturdivant has made Green Bay's initial 53-man roster, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
The undrafted free agent out of Florida impressed the coaching staff with 112 receiving yards and a touchdown in the Packers' preseason finale. Sturdivant is likely to be limited to a depth role out of the gate, as Christian Watson, Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden seem secure in the top three spots on the wide receiver depth chart.

Packers' J. Michael Sturdivant: Explodes for 112 yards in exhibition finale
Sturdivant caught six of seven targets for 112 yards and a touchdown Friday in a 42-38 preseason victory over Arizona.
Sturdivant and QB Kyle McCord accounted for all of the yardage on the Packers' first touchdown drive, connecting on a 36-yard pass down the middle before Sturdivant hauled in a 29-yard touchdown along the sideline on the following play. Sturdivant had been in concussion protocol earlier in the week, but he recovered in time to play Friday and posted a huge performance in his effort to secure a spot on the 53-man roster. Even with Friday's impressive effort, the 23-year-old could end up being cut by the end of the weekend, though it wouldn't be surprising at all if Sturdivant makes the club given the offensive skills he has flashed and his ability to contribute on special teams.

Packers' J. Michael Sturdivant: Remains in concussion protocol
Sturdivant (concussion) has yet to return to practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Sturdivant is competing for a spot on the Packers' initial 53-man roster, but he has been sidelined at practice after suffering a concussion. The undrafted wide receiver has appeared in both of the Packers' preseason contests so far, reeling in three of four targets for 30 yards. Sturdivant will have a couple more chances to clear protocol and return to practice before Friday's preseason finale against Arizona.

J. Michael Sturdivant: Slated to sign with Packers
Green Bay is expected to sign Sturdivant as an undrafted free agent, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.
Sturdivant spent time with Cal, UCLA and Florida during his collegiate career. In his lone season with the Gators last year, he tallied 406 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 27 catches. Sturdivant stands 6-foot-3 and ran a 4.40 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, making him an intriguing wideout prospect despite his quiet numbers with Florida.
