Shaun Beyer: Let go from Green Bay
The Packers cut Beyer from their practice squad Tuesday, per the team's official site.
Beyer spent the first few weeks of the 2022 season on the Packers' practice squad, but he was let go Tuesday following the team's acquisition of rookie tight end Josh Babicz. The 248-pounder will now search elsewhere for another opportunity to make his NFL debut.

Shaun Beyer: Lands with Packers
The Packers signed Beyer to their practice squad Thursday.
Beyer spent the preseason with the Vikings but was waived on Aug. 23. He was also with the Broncos' practice squad for the 2021 campaign. Beyer has yet to log a snap in the NFL.

Beyer was waived by Minnesota on Tuesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
Beyer spent time on the Broncos' practice squad last season, before being waived in May. He linked up with the Vikings in July but failed to push himself up the team's depth chart. He'll now work to earn an opportunity elsewhere.

Vikings' Shaun Beyer: Signs with Vikings
Beyer was signed by the Vikings on Monday, Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus reports.
After he was waived by the Broncos in May, Beyer has found a new home in Minnesota. The 25-year-old spent the entirety of his 2021 rookie campaign on the Broncos' practice squad, so he's still waiting to crack an active roster.

Beyer joined the Broncos in May of last year as an undrafted free agent out of Iowa. He spent the season on the practice squad before signing a reserve/future contract with the team in January.

Broncos' Shaun Beyer: Remains with Broncos
The Broncos signed Beyer to a reserve/future contract Monday, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Beyer signed with the Broncos after the 2021 NFL Draft as an undrafted free agent. He remained with the team through the end of training camp prior to being cut and landing on the practice squad. Beyer will now have the chance to remain in Denver, though the team has a strong depth chart at the position that includes Noah Fant and Albert Okwuegbunam.

An undrafted rookie out of Iowa, Beyer recorded two receptions (three targets) and a touchdown during the preseason. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound tight end could be a practice-squad candidate.
