Jackson was the No. 1 QB in Fantasy last year and arguably should have won his third MVP. Heading into 2025 we view him as one of a trio of QBs who are worthy to be selected as the first QB off the board, as early as No. 1 overall in Superflex and Round 3 in one-QB leagues. Expect his passing totals to regress in 2025 as he is coming off a season when he averaged 8.8 yards per pass attempt, a full yard better than his career average, and an 8.6% touchdown rate, more than two points higher than his career rate. But he was three Fantasy points per game better than any other QB last year, so he could regress and still be QB1 overall. Traditionally, Jackson is worth more in leagues that reward four points per pass touchdown, but that wasn't the case last year when he led the NFL in passing touchdowns.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Saturday that Jackson (foot) should resume practicing Monday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Harbaugh joked that the QB is on track to return but will only participate if he wants to. Either way, it's the latest sign Jackson avoided a serious injury after a teammate stepped on his foot Wednesday. He didn't practice Thursday but should be back early this week as Baltimore transitions from the preseason to preparing for a Week 1 road game at Buffalo.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Not practicing Thursday
Rotowire
Jackson (foot) wasn't spotted at practice Thursday, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Jackson left Wednesday's practice early because a teammate stepped on his foot, though afterward a team spokesperson said that the QB is "fine." With Jackson not participating in Thursday's session, it doesn't seem likely that he'll appear in Saturday's preseason finale against the Commanders.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Not slated to play Saturday
Rotowire
Jackson is not in line to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Cowboys, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Per Hensley, the same goes for RB Derrick Henry, as well as other front-line starters who (like Jackson and Henry) didn't play in last Thursday's preseason opener. It remains to be seen if Jackson will see any snaps in Baltimore's Aug. 23 preseason finale against the Commanders, but even if he does, it likely won't be many, as the team's priority is understandably keeping the star QB healthy ahead of Week 1.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Won't play Thursday
Rotowire
Jackson and other key starters won't play in Thursday's preseason opener against the Colts, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Jackson didn't play at all last preseason and likely won't stay in for long if he does start the second or third exhibition. There's been no report of any health issues or missed practice time this summer for the QB, but TE Isaiah Likely (foot) hasn't been so fortunate and may miss the regular-season opener at Buffalo.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Set up to succeed in 2025
Rotowire
Jackson is entering Year 3 with offensive coordinator Todd Monken in 2025 with the most complete set of skill-position talent of his career, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
While falling short of his third MVP award last season, Jackson still managed career highs in passing yards (4,172), touchdown passes (41) and yards per attempt (8.8) over 17 regular-season games. He also tacked on 915 yards on the ground to surpass Michael Vick for most rushing yards for a QB in his career. Baltimore's returning offensive talent features RBs Derrick Henry and Justice Hill, WRs Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman and TEs Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, but the team added a new dimension in free agency with contested-catch artist DeAndre Hopkins. Hopkins mustered a career-low six catches of 20-plus yards between the Titans and Chiefs in the 2024 regular season, but Jackson so far has spoken glowingly of the 12-year pro, stating, "He is different. ... I am looking forward to throwing a lot of touchdowns to him this year." If the unit elevates its level of play further, Jackson and company could become the second offense in NFL history to surpass 4,000 yards through the air and 3,000 rushing yards in a single campaign, repeating what the Ravens did last year.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Comes up short in playoff loss
Rotowire
Jackson completed 18 of 25 passes for 254 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and rushed six times for 39 yards in the Ravens' 27-25 divisional-round loss to the Bills on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
Jackson's afternoon started off swimmingly with an eight-play, 73-yard march the star signal-caller capped off with a 16-yard touchdown pass to Rashod Bateman. However, Jackson badly overthrew Bateman under pressure on the next possession and then lost a fumble on a sack by Damar Hamlin to short-circuit Baltimore's third drive. The latter turnover helped lead to a Bills touchdown four plays later, but Lamar was able to battle back in the second half and threw his second touchdown pass of the evening on a dynamic play where he bought time with his legs before delivering a 24-yard strike to Isaiah Likely to bring the Ravens to within two. Jackson then threw a very catchable pass to Mark Andrews for the would-be game-tying two-point conversion, but the veteran tight end failed to hang on and essentially sealed the loss with his drop. The narrow defeat came in the wake of another MVP-caliber season for the 2018 first-round pick, who completed 316 of 474 passes for a career-high 4,172 yards and 41 touchdowns across 17 regular-season games. Jackson tossed only four interceptions as well and added 915 rushing yards and four scores on the ground, and he'll head into 2025 set to play out the third year of the five-year, $260 million extension he signed prior to the 2023 campaign.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Makes light work of Pittsburgh
Rotowire
Jackson completed 16 of 21 pass attempts for 175 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 81 yards on 15 carries in Saturday's 28-14 wild-card round win over the Steelers.
Jackson had his squad sitting pretty at halftime after throwing a pair of touchdown strikes to help build a 21-0 lead that Baltimore would never relinquish. The dual-threat quarterback wasn't needed much in the second half outside of some drive-extending rushes, finishing with modest fantasy numbers in a convincing victory. The 175 passing yards is his third-lowest mark this season. Expect Jackson to be leaned on more in the divisional round.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Sets all-time QB rushing record
Rotowire
Jackson completed 10 of 15 passes for 168 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed four times for 87 yards and another score in Wednesday's 31-2 win over the Texans.
Jackson's contributions through the air were modest thanks to Derrick Henry and the defense doing the heavy lifting. However, Jackson made the most of his sparse opportunities as a passer, connecting with Isaiah Likely (nine yards) and Mark Andrews (one yard) for his pair of touchdown passes and also recording a 48-yard rushing score. In the process, Jackson became the NFL's all-time leader in career rushing yards for a quarterback (6,110). Jackson and the offense appear to be peaking at the right time, considering Henry's production on the ground the last two games and Jackson's elite 27:2 TD:INT since Week 7.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Bounces back in Week 12 win
Rotowire
Jackson completed 16 of 22 passes for 177 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and added seven carries for 16 yards and another score in the Ravens' 30-23 win over the Chargers on Monday night.
Jackson had a very quiet first half through the air until the final drive before halftime, when he recorded completions of nine and 22 yards to Justice Hill and Zay Flowers, respectively, before capping off the possession with a 40-yard touchdown strike to Rashod Bateman. Jackson then put together an efficient second half that included a six-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews early in the fourth quarter, but he ultimately tied his second-lowest pass-attempt total of the last eight games. Jackson did log his first rushing touchdown since Week 4 as well with a nifty 10-yard designed run just before the midway point of the second quarter, making it a fruitful fantasy night overall. Jackson and the Ravens now will set their sights on a Week 13 home showdown against the Eagles late Sunday afternoon.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Comes up short in Pittsburgh
Rotowire
Jackson completed 16 of 33 passes for 207 yards and a touchdown with an interception in Sunday's 18-16 loss to the Steelers. He added 46 rushing yards on four carries.
The Ravens arguably played well enough to win, but Justin Tucker missed two early field goals and Jackson wasn't able to hit on a two-point conversion attempt after leading a TD drive inside the final four minutes of the fourth quarter. It was the first time since Week 6 that Jackson had failed to produce multiple touchdowns, but a rebound effort in Week 12 isn't guaranteed, as he'll be taking on a stingy Chargers defense in the Harbaugh Bowl.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Limited at practice Thursday
Rotowire
Jackson (non-injury related-rest/knee) was limited at practice Thursday, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Jackson has been managing a knee issue of late, so it's not surprising to see the Ravens limit his practice reps Thursday for maintenance purposes. Chances are, Jackson will return to a full session Friday and approach Sunday's game against the Steelers without an injury designation.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Four TDs in TNF win
Rotowire
Jackson completed 25 of 33 passes for 290 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed seven times for 33 yards in the Ravens' 35-34 win over the Bengals on Thursday night. He also recorded a two-point conversion run.
Jackson averaged an elevated 8.8 yards per attempt and finished the game with a QB rating of 141.4, underscoring how efficient he was throughout the high-scoring victory. The veteran signal-caller extended his interception-less streak to four games as well, and his quartet of touchdown passes went to Nelson Agholor (six yards), Tylan Wallace (84 yards), Mark Andrews (18 yards) and Rashod Bateman (five yards). The final scoring strike snapped a 28-28 tie with 1:49 remaining, and it pushed Jackson to an elite 14:0 TD:INT over his last four contests. The 2018 first-round pick now has three games with at least four TD passes, affording him no shortage of momentum heading into a Week 11 AFC North road showdown against the Steelers on Sunday, Nov. 17.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Misses practice, but should play
Rotowire
Jackson didn't participate in Tuesday's practice due to a knee injury.
In Week 9, Jackson sat out practices Wednesday and Thursday with knee and back injuries, but he put in a full practice Friday before lighting up the Broncos in Sunday's 41-10 win. Though he was removed early amid the blowout and finished with his fewest carries of the season (three) while throwing just 19 passes, Jackson is apparently still bothered by the knee issue coming off the light workload. Tuesday represents the Ravens' only full practice of the week prior to Thursday's game against the Bengals, but head coach John Harbaugh suggested that Jackson is in no danger of missing the Week 10 contest, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Back at practice
Rotowire
Jackson (back/knee) returned to practice Friday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Following back-to-back DNPs, Jackson's return to the field for Friday's session is a good sign regarding the star QB's availability for Sunday's game against the Broncos. The Ravens' upcoming injury report will clarify Jackson's official participation level, as well as his Week 9 game status.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Listed with pair of minor injuries
Rotowire
Jackson was listed as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice due to back and knee injuries.
Earlier Wednesday, head coach John Harbaugh attributed Jackson's absence from practice to rest, but after the team's first Week 9 injury report was released, the quarterback was revealed to be nursing a pair of injuries. Regardless, the Ravens haven't indicated that Jackson is dealing with anything serious, and Harbaugh's comments in particular suggest that the team isn't worried about Jackson missing a home game against the Broncos this Sunday.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: May have core-muscle injury
Rotowire
Jackson wasn't at the media-access portion of Wednesday's practice, and he may be dealing with a groin or core-muscle injury, according to Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com.
Shaffer notes that Jackson seemed to have some discomfort in his groin or abdomen following Sunday's 29-24 loss at Cleveland. The Ravens will release their first Week 9 injury report later Wednesday, when it will become known whether Jackson missed practice entirely or ended up being a limited participant.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Strong effort in loss
Rotowire
Jackson completed 23 of 38 passes for 289 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 29-24 loss to the Browns. He added eight rushes for 46 yards.
The Ravens suffered a surprising loss, though Jackson continued his excellent season and could have had a better day if he had not been let down by his pass catchers. He delivered six completions of at least 20 yards and should have had another on a deep attempt to Rashod Bateman in the middle of the fourth quarter that bounced off the receiver's chest. Jackson also added touchdown passes of 11 and seven yards to tally his fourth multi-touchdown passing performance in his last five starts. As usual, Jackson supplemented his production with his arm via rushing yardage, as he continued his streak of reaching 40 yards with his legs in every game this season.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Top DFS Play
Rotowire
The only way I could see Jackson having a bad day against this defense is if Derrick Henry scores four touchdowns. He might, but maybe you just play one cash game lineup with Jackson and one with Henry. Jackson is averaging 291 yards per game against some of the toughest defenses in the NFL. This will be a welcome break in terms of defensive opponent, but I do expect the Bengals to score enough to keep pressure on him. So does Vegas, as this game has the highest total on the slate.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Goes for 200+ yards and three TDs
Rotowire
Jackson completed 13 of 18 pass attempts for 156 yards and two touchdowns while adding 54 rushing yards and another score on six attempts in Sunday's 35-10 win over the Bills.
Jackson turned in a signature performance in which he revitalized the Ravens' contender status after a decisive victory over the now 3-1 Bills on Sunday Night Football. Last year's MVP looked the part with his first three-touchdown effort of the current season. The 27-year-old did cough up his second fumble of the season, but he has offset three total turnovers with seven combined touchdowns (two rushing) through four weeks. Jackson and the Ravens will set their sights on another division rival, the Joe Burrow-led Cincinnati Bengals, when the two teams meet in Week 5.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Two TDs against Dallas
Rotowire
Jackson completed 12 of 15 passes for 182 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 28-25 win over the Cowboys. He added 14 rushes for 87 yards and a touchdown.
Jackson and the Ravens scored three touchdowns on their five drives in the first half, during which he accounted for 161 of his passing yards. However, his efficiency ultimately worked against his ability to put up a big stat line, as Baltimore was up by multiple scores for the vast majority of the game. Jackson's aggressiveness on the ground offset some of his lack of passing volume, and he now has 254 rushing yards in three games. While still early in the season, that puts him on pace to record his first 1,000 rushing-yard season since 2020.
