Pitts signed a one-year contract with the Bills on Tuesday, Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News reports.
Pitts played in all 16 games for the Bills in 2018, playing primarily special teams and totaling just nine tackles. He'll enter his age-26 season in 2019 and look to earn a role as a backup secondary player once again.

It remains to be seen whether the 26-year-old will clear the league-mandated concussion protocol in time for Sunday's tilt against the Dolphins, but considering that Pitts has not taken a defensive snap since Week 4, it's unlikely that his absence would impact Buffalo's defense.

Pitts was inactive for the Jaguars' win Sunday over the Colts after appearing in the club's first six games, compiling one tackle over 104 snaps (94 on special teams). The Jaguars will drop Pitts from the 53-man roster to add free-agent linebacker Jonathan Freeny.

Pitts signed an exclusive free agent tender with the Dolphins on Wednesday, Omar Kelly of the Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.
A rookie in 2016, Pitts had three tackles in eight appearances. He'll be a depth secondary and special teams player once again in 2017, but he could earn some extra time on the field.
