Orioles' Cameron Foster: Sent to Triple-A
The Orioles optioned Foster to Triple-A Norfolk on Friday.
The right-hander was called up Wednesday and allowed a run over two innings Thursday versus the Astros. Foster will head back to the minors to create roster space for Cade Povich, who is starting Friday's game against the Yankees.

Orioles' Cameron Foster: Recalled from Triple-A
The Orioles recalled Foster from Triple-A Norfolk on Wednesday.
The O's optioned Foster to the minors on Saturday, but he'll now return to the big club following Trevor Rogers' (illness) move to the injured list. Foster has struggled to find his footing in the majors, allowing four earned runs on nine hits and five walks through just 5.2 innings.

Orioles' Cameron Foster: Back in minors
The Orioles optioned Foster to Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday.
Since coming up from the minors April 16, Foster has appeared in four games and given up four earned runs on nine hits and five walks, striking out seven batters over 5.2 frames. Keegan Akin's (groin) return from the injured list Saturday will push Foster back to Norfolk, where the latter has also struggled to the tune of a 10.50 ERA through six innings.

Orioles' Cameron Foster: Recalled from Norfolk
The Orioles recalled Foster from Triple-A Norfolk on Thursday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Foster has given up seven earned runs in just six innings at Norfolk, but the Orioles will bring him up anyway to give their bullpen some extra depth. The 27-year-old will be making his MLB debut whenever he gets into a game.

Orioles' Cameron Foster: Added to 40-man roster
The Orioles selected Foster's contract from Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old was acquired from the Mets in the Gregory Soto trade over the summer, so his addition to the 40-man roster was to be expected. Foster pitched in 13 games for Triple-A Norfolk after the trade and had a 3.38 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 23:8 K:BB over 16 innings.

Orioles' Cameron Foster: Dealt to O's
Foster and Wellington Aracena were acquired by the Orioles from the Mets on Friday in exchange for reliever Gregory Soto, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.
A 14th-round pick by the Mets in 2022, Foster is now on the move ahead of the trade deadline. The 26-year-old has spent most of this season at the Double-A level, where he has a 1.01 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 34:5 K:BB across 26.2 innings.
