Harris has spent all season at Double-A and Triple-A, collecting a 5.55 ERA and 64:37 K:BB over 48.2 innings. The left-hander boasts a career 35.1 percent strikeout rate in the minors, so he could be a useful bullpen piece for the Rockies if he's able to throw enough strikes. Harris will report to Triple-A Albuquerque.
