  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Fires six innings of one-run ball

Bradish took a no-decision Monday against the Rays, allowing one run on five hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out three.

Bradish was cruising along on the mound Monday until Jonathan Aranda took him deep in the sixth inning, putting a slight damper on an otherwise excellent performance by the hurler. It was just the third time this year that the 29-year-old right-hander gave up one run or zero, and he's now worked at least five innings in seven of his last eight outings. Bradish is set to wrap up a two-start week against the division-rival Blue Jays this weekend, when he'll try to further improve on a 3.86 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 61:30 K:BB over 58.1 frames.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Yields two runs in loss

Bradish (2-6) took the loss against the Rays on Tuesday, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out six across 5.1 innings.

Yandy Diaz (hand) had Bradish's number in Tuesday's contest, with the former smacking an RBI double and a solo homer in the first and sixth innings, respectively. Those ended up being the only runs Bradish gave up, but unfortunately for the right-hander, he didn't receive enough run support from his teammates to avoid the loss. He's taken the loss in four of his last five starts and sits at a 4.13 ERA and 1.51 WHIP across 52.1 innings. His next start is tentatively slated for next week at home in a rematch against Tampa Bay.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Blanks Yanks for second win

Bradish (2-5) picked up the win Wednesday in a 7-0 victory over the Yankees, allowing one hit and three walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out seven.

A fifth-inning double by Jazz Chisholm accounted for the only knock off Bradish, with three Baltimore relievers completing the combined shutout. The right-hander has produced back-to-back quality starts and has lasted at least five innings in seven straight trips to the mound, a stretch in which he's delivered a 3.76 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 42:19 K:BB over 38.1 innings. Bradish will look to keep rolling in his next outing, which lines up to come on the road early next week in Tampa Bay.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Fans 10 in tough loss

Bradish (1-5) took the loss Friday, giving up three runs on five hits and a walk over seven innings as the Orioles fell 4-3 to the A's. He struck out a season-high 10.

With injuries beginning to pile up in the Baltimore rotation, Bradish came through with his second quality start of the season on 96 pitches, with 34 called or swinging strikes. It wasn't enough to get into the win column, however, as the A's scratched across three runs in the fifth inning thanks largely to a Nick Kurtz triple to take a lead they wouldn't relinquish. It was only the second time in eight starts this season that Bradish avoided issuing multiple free passes, and through 41 innings he's managed a 4.83 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 45:22 K:BB. He'll try to build on this performance in his next start, which is scheduled to come at home next week against the Yankees.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Drops to 1-4

Bradish (1-4) took the loss against the Yankees on Saturday, allowing five runs on six hits and four walks while striking out four batters over four innings.

Bradish lacked both control and command in the outing, as he walked four batters (one intentionally), hurled a wild pitch and surrendered two homers. The five runs were the most he's given up in a start so far this season, and it was the second straight game in which the righty has issued four free passes. Bradish has struggled in the latter regard this season -- his 21 walks are tied for fourth-most in the majors, though he's at least managed to somewhat balance the free passes with 35 strikeouts over 34 innings. In any case, Bradish's 5.03 ERA, 1.82 WHIP and .304 BAA aren't getting the job done, but he'll try to get on track in what projects to be a home matchup versus the Athletics his next time out.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Falls to Boston

Bradish (1-3) took the loss Sunday against the Red Sox, allowing three runs on four hits and four walks over five innings. He struck out three.

It was a solid outing for Bradish overall, as he held the Red Sox scoreless through four innings. However, he gave up a pair of singles in the fifth before Willson Contreras made him pay with a two-out, three-run homer. Bradish continues to struggle with his command early in the season, posting a 5.10 BB/9, and he's made it through six innings in only one of his six outings. Overall, Bradish sports a 4.20 ERA with a 1.73 WHIP and 31:17 K:BB across 30 innings. He's currently slated for a tough road matchup against the Yankees his next time out.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Punches out seven in no-decision

Bradish did not factor into the decision Monday, allowing one run on 10 hits and three walks over 5.1 innings against Kansas City. He struck out seven.

Bradish allowed his share of baserunners but limited the damage, with his lone run allowed coming on a Jac Caglianone solo homer in the second inning. The right-hander had allowed multiple runs in each of his first four starts and entered Monday with a 5.49 ERA, but his effort in Kansas City lowered that mark to 3.96 across 25 innings. Bradish's next start is scheduled for Sunday against Boston.

  • Orioles' Kyle Bradish: Settles for no-decision Wednesday

Bradish came away with a no-decision in Wednesday's 8-5 extra-inning loss to the Diamondbacks, giving up four runs on eight hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out four.

The right-hander tossed 64 of 97 pitches for strikes as he lasted six innings for the first time this season. While Bradish kept the ball in the yard, he did allow some hard contact -- half of the eight hits off him went for extra bases. He'll take a 5.49 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 21:10 K:BB through 19.2 innings into his next outing, which is set to come on the road early next week in Kansas City.
