Carrigg went 3-for-5 with two doubles, three runs and two RBI in an extra-innings loss to the Dodgers on Monday.
Carrigg showed no signs of intimidation in his first career game against the reigning back-to-back champs, as he logged his first MLB three-hit performance. The talented rookie also came through in the clutch, clubbing a two-run double with two outs in the top of the ninth inning off Dodgers closer Tanner Scott to tie the score. Carrigg has been outstanding as a big-leaguer so far, slashing .309/.385/.593 with four home runs, five doubles, three triples, 21 runs, 21 RBI, two stolen bases and an 11:19 BB:K through 25 games.

Carrigg will hit the bench for the series finale after he had started in the Rockies' past three games while going 5-for-11 with a home run, two triples, one walk, eight RBI and five runs. Carrigg went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and an additional run in a loss to the Giants on Saturday.
San Francisco bolted out of the gate with a four-run first inning, but Carrigg quickly gave the Rockies life with a three-run homer to left field in the bottom of that frame. The rookie outfielder added an infield single in the ninth. Carrigg has been red hot of late, batting .409 (9-for-22) with a double, two triples, one homer, eight RBI, seven runs and a stolen base over his past seven games. He's quickly established himself as a promising part of Colorado's future by slashing .293/.378/.573 with four home runs, 19 RBI, 18 runs and a pair of steals over his first 23 big-league contests.

Carrigg went 2-for-4 with two triples, a walk, three RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 15-3 win over the Giants.
Carrigg drove in a run on a bases-loaded walk in the first inning before driving in two more on his second triple of the game in the fifth. While he's started only seven of Colorado's past 10 contests, the 24-year-old has opened his major-league career with a .282/.372/.535 slash line to go along with nine extra-base hits, 16 RBI, 16 runs scored and two steals across just 87 plate appearances.

Carrigg was credited with driving in all four of his club's runs, as he drew a bases-loaded walk in the sixth inning before cranking a three-run homer in the eighth frame to give the Rockies a lead they would ultimately squander. The early returns on the rookie have been positive, as he has gone 7-for-27 (.259) with three homers, a triple, eight RBI, six runs and three walks through seven games. Carrigg has yet to attempt a steal, though he's known for his activity on the basepaths after swiping 29 bags in 57 games with Triple-A Albuquerque prior to being promoted.

Carrigg has been a magnet for extra-base hits so far with two homers and a triple among his four hits over his first four major-league games. He's added four RBI and a 1:4 BB:K. Carrigg is getting a look in center field while Jake McCarthy (illness) is out. Carrigg could stick around for a bit, as Brenton Doyle (oblique), Jordan Beck (hamstring), Tyler Freeman (concussion) and Mickey Moniak (ankle) are not close to returning from the injured list, leaving the Rockies' outfield thin.

Carrigg went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against the Cubs in a loss Thursday.
Carrigg achieved a milestone in the fourth inning, when he cranked a 418-foot blast to right field for his first major-league long ball. The talented rookie has started three straight games since being called up Tuesday and has gone 3-for-11 with a triple, a walk and Thursday's homer. Carrigg has yet to attempt a steal, but he swiped 29 bags over 57 games for Triple-A Albuquerque before joining the big club, so that skill should eventually show up as well.
