  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Productive in Friday's win

Chisholm went 1-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run, a second run scored and a stolen base in Friday's 5-0 win over the Reds.

The star infielder looked none the worse for wear despite leaving Thursday's game early after fouling a ball off his groin in the fourth inning. Chisholm kicked the Yankees' offense into gear by leading off the bottom of the second frame with his 11th homer of the year, and he stole his 21st bag of the season in the eighth after drawing a one-out walk. Friday's effort was encouraging, but Chisholm hasn't had a multi-hit performance since May 29, and through 15 games in June he's batting just .188 (9-for-48) -- albeit with five homers, seven steals, 11 RBI and 14 runs.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Good to go Friday

Chisholm (groin) is starting at second base and batting fifth Friday against the Reds.

Chisholm exited Thursday's contest versus the White Sox after a fouling a pitch off himself but is back in action for Friday's series opener versus Cincinnati. The 28-year-old is batting just .178 (8-for-45) through 14 games in June, though he also has a triple, four homers, six steals, 10 RBI and 12 runs scored.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Exits early with groin injury

Chisholm exited Thursday's contest against the White Sox in the fourth inning due to an apparent groin injury, Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.

Chisholm fouled a ball off his inner groin area in the bottom of the fourth inning, and he was ultimately forced to exit the game in the middle of his at-bat. The 28-year-old finished his day 0-for-1 from the plate, and Anthony Volpe replaced him in the contest, batting fifth versus Chicago. An update on Chisholm's status moving forward will likely come in the near future.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Third to reach 10/20 mark in 2026

Chisholm went 1-for-5 with a solo home run Wednesday in a 10-5 victory against the White Sox.

Chisholm's lone hit was a solo shot to right-center field in the seventh inning that capped New York's scoring in the contest. After going deep a modest six times through his first 56 games of the season, Chisholm's power has been more prevalent in June, as he's hit four homers through 13 games this month. With 10 long balls and 20 thefts overall, he joins Jose Ramirez (hand) and Oneil Cruz (hand) as the only big-leaguers to reach both marks so far.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Moves up to 20 thefts

Chisholm drew three walks, scored one run and stole two bases over three plate appearances in Sunday's 8-3 victory versus the Blue Jays.

Chisholm didn't start the contest, but he entered as a pinch hitter for Amed Rosario in the sixth inning. Chisholm took a walk and subsequently stole second base, though he was ultimately caught in a rundown between third and home following a groundball. The speedy infielder walked in each of his other two plate appearances, and he followed one of those free passes with another steal. Chisholm is up to 20 thefts on the season, marking the fourth straight year he's reached that milestone. He ranks fifth in the majors in that category while adding nine homers, 29 RBI, 35 runs and a .229/.318/.400 slash line through 274 plate appearances.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Taking seat Sunday

Chisholm is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.

The Yankees will go with a right-handed-heavy lineup to counter southpaw Patrick Corbin in the series finale. Jose Caballero will get the nod at second base while Chisholm retreats to the bench along with fellow left-handed hitters J.C. Escarra, Ryan McMahon and Spencer Jones.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Drives in three in Wednesday's win

Chisholm went 1-for-4 with a walk, a triple, two runs scored, three RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's 8-4 win over the Guardians.

The 28-year-old infielder ripped a two-run triple in the second inning, kicking off a big day for the Yankees' offense despite zero home runs for the team. The three-bagger was Chisholm's 10th extra-base hit in his last 21 games (three doubles, two triples and five homers), a stretch in which he's batting .288 (23-for-80) with six steals, 15 RBI and 17 runs.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Delivers clutch homer in win

Chisholm went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 3-2 win over Cleveland.

Chisholm provided the biggest swing of the game in the eighth inning, breaking a tie with a solo homer that ultimately stood as the game-winning run. While the infielder has continued to provide power, the overall production has been inconsistent of late. He has homered four times over his last 10 games but has managed just seven total hits during that span. On the season, Chisholm is batting .231 with a .709 OPS across 257 plate appearances.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Belts three-run homer

Chisholm went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in a 6-1 victory against Boston on Sunday.

Chisholm struck out in each of his first three plate appearances, but he made the most of the lone time he put the ball in play, smacking a three-run homer to right-center field in the eighth inning to turn a two-run lead into a five-run advantage. The veteran infielder didn't go deep until his 24th game of the campaign, but he's picked up the power pace since then, notching eight long balls across 38 contests since April 23. However, his season OPS still stands at a modest .703, which is well below his .813 mark during the regular season last year.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Posts steal Saturday

Chisholm went 1-for-5 with a stolen base in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Athletics.

Chisholm helped create the Yankees' first run, with his fourth-inning steal resulting in an error that allowed Cody Bellinger to score. Chisholm has gone 19-for-56 (.339) over his last 15 games, adding seven extra-base hits and three steals. The infielder is still batting just .239 with a .699 OPS, 14 steals, six home runs, 20 RBI and 25 runs scored across 56 games this season, but more consistency at the plate recently in a positive sign.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Taking seat against lefty

Chisholm is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

The Yankees will keep the left-handed-hitting Chisholm on the bench for a second straight matchup versus a southpaw, as he'll give way to Max Schuemann at second base while the Athletics send lefty Jacob Lopez to the hill. Chisholm is slashing just .234/.286/.344 (77 wRC+) over 70 plate appearances against lefties this season.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Left out of starting nine

Chisholm is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Royals.

Left-hander Noah Cameron is on the hill for the Royals, so Yankees manager Aaron Boone decided that Wednesday was a good opportunity to stock up on some extra right-handed bats and give the left-handed-hitting Chisholm a breather. Chisholm had started in each of the Yankees' last 12 games, slashing an impressive .400/.471/.667 over that stretch to bring his OPS up to .724 for the season.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Gets in on offensive onslaught

Chisholm went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in a 15-1 victory on Kansas City on Tuesday.

Every Yankees starter had multiple hits Tuesday, so Chisholm's big performance was relatively quiet. The veteran infielder nonetheless made his fantasy managers happy with a solo shot to right-center field in the eighth inning. Chisholm has been swinging a hot bat in the latter half of May, batting .405 (17-for-42) with a pair of long balls, eight runs, six RBI and two stolen bases over 11 contests since May 15.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Swats go-ahead homer in win

Chisholm went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 7-6 win over the Blue Jays.

After Cody Bellinger tied the game 5-5 with a two-run shot off Yariel Rodriguez in the bottom of the seventh inning, Chisholm swatted a two-run homer of his own two batters later to give the Yankees a 7-5 lead. It was Chisholm's fifth long ball of the season and snapped an 11-game homer-less drought. After a really slow start to the season, Chisholm's bat has been heating up with four straight multi-hit games and a five-game hitting streak. He's now slashing .237/.316/.379 with the five homers, 18 RBI, 21 runs scored, 12 stolen bases and a 19:54 BB:K across 190 plate appearances. Despite the recent success at the plate, Chisholm remains in just the 10th percentile or worse in xwOBA, expected batting average and expected slugging percentage. After posting a 15 percent barrel rate in 2025, Chisholm is barreling just 5.4 percent of his batted balls 48 games into 2026.

  • Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Exiting starting nine

Chisholm is not in the lineup for Tuesday's contest in Baltimore.

It's a rare day off for Chisholm, who is just 3-for-23 with a 1:11 BB:K over his last six games. Amed Rosario will occupy second base and bat fifth for the Yankees.
