  • Twins' Brady Feigl: Signs with Minnesota

Feigl signed a minor-league contract with the Twins on Friday.

The 34-year-old southpaw made his MLB debut with the Pirates last season, although it didn't go well, as he surrendered six earned runs in just 1.2 innings in his lone appearance. Pittsburgh designated him for assignment after that appearance, and he finished his season at Triple-A Indianapolis, where he turned in a 4.05 ERA and 1.22 WHIP across 60 frames. He'll provide bullpen depth at Triple-A St. Paul in 2025.

  • Pirates' Brady Feigl: DFA'd by Pittsburgh

The Pirates designated Feigl for assignment Tuesday.

Pittsburgh selected Feigl's contract from Triple-A Indianapolis over the weekend, but it'll be a brief stay in the majors after he surrendered six runs over 1.2 frames in his big-league debut Monday. The left-hander should return to Indianapolis if he passes through waivers unclaimed.

  • Pirates' Brady Feigl: DFA'd by Pittsburgh

The Pirates designated Feigl for assignment Tuesday.

Feigl made his major-league debut in Monday's loss to the Cubs and got hammered for six runs over 1.2 innings. The Pirates needed to clear roster space for the returns of Jared Jones and Carmen Mlodzinski from the injured list. It seems likely that the 33-year-old Feigl will pass through waivers unclaimed.

  • Pirates' Brady Feigl: MLB debut on tap

The Pirates selected Feigl's contract from Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday.

After more than a decade or toiling in the minors and the independent ranks upon going undrafted out of Mount St. Mary's University in 2012, Feigl has finally reached the big leagues at 33 years old. The lefty reliever will join the Pittsburgh bullpen as a replacement for right-hander Hunter Stratton, who was placed on the 60-day injured list after suffering a rupture of his left patella tendon in Saturday's loss to the Reds. Feigl compiled a 3.83 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 62:13 K:BB over 51.2 innings across his 33 appearances with Indianapolis this season.

  • Rangers' Brady Feigl: Climbing minor-league ranks

Feigl was promoted to Triple-A Round Rock on Wednesday, Jamey Newberg of The Athletic Dallas reports.

Feigl has been stellar for the RoughRiders this season, tossing 16.1 scoreless innings across 11 appearances while posting a 0.67 WHIP and 12:4 K:BB. Thanks to his impressive run with Frisco, the 27-year-old finds himself back at Triple-A for the first time since 2015, when he made just one appearance for Triple-A Gwinnett before undergoing Tommy John surgery. If Feigl excels with the Express, he could find himself in the big-league bullpen sometime later this season.

  • Rangers' Brady Feigl: Traded to Rangers

Feign (elbow) was traded to the Rangers on Thursday along with Tyrell Jenkins in exchange for Luke Jackson, Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Feigl has made just one appearance with a full-season affiliate over the past two seasons -- he worked exclusively with rookie-level clubs in 2016 while continuing his rehab from Tommy John surgery. A 6-foot-4 lefty, Feigl is still just 25 and flashed an ability to hit his spots and miss bats before going down with the elbow injury.
