Senators' Samuel Bolduc: Waived by Ottawa
Bolduc was placed on waivers by the Senators on Sunday, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
Bolduc signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Senators in late June, and he'll presumably begin the year with AHL Belleville if he goes unclaimed on waivers. He made 68 regular-season appearances at the AHL level between Ontario and Belleville last year, recording six goals, 25 assists and 24 PIM.

Henry Thrun D | WPG
Jets' Henry Thrun: Heading to waivers
Thrun was placed on waivers by the Jets on Sunday, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.
Thrun signed a one-year, two-way deal with the Jets in the offseason, but he'll begin his tenure in the organization in the minors. The 25-year-old blueliner had a short stint with the Maple Leafs last season, but he primarily played with AHL Toronto, posting 23 points in 55 regular-season outings. He'll likely be on the call-up radar for the Jets if the team has any injuries on the blue line, but he'll likely suit up with AHL Manitoba in the interim.
-
Danil Zhilkin C | WPG
Jets' Danny Zhilkin: Sent to waivers
Zhilkin was placed on waivers by the Jets on Sunday, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.
Zhilkin just missed the cut on making Winnipeg's Opening Night roster as a depth winger. The 22-year-old forward had a brief trial run with the NHL club in the middle of the 2025-26 campaign, where he posted an assist, four shots on net, a plus-three rating, five hits and four blocked shots across six regular-season games. He has the potential to suit up for the Jets in some capacity in the upcoming campaign and beyond, but to begin 2026-27, he'll return to AHL Manitoba for his fourth season with the Moose.

Aleksei Kolosov G | PHI
Flyers' Aleksei Kolosov: Loaned to AHL affiliate
Kolosov was loaned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
Kolosov posted a 15-21-2 record with a 2.98 GAA and an .895 save percentage across 38 appearances for AHL Lehigh Valley during the 2025-26 regular season. Kolosov's demotion to the minors likely bodes well for Dan Vladar's (upper body) availability for Opening Night against Pittsburgh on Wednesday.

Nikita Tolopilo G | VAN
Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Hits waivers Sunday
Tolopilo was placed on waivers by the Canucks on Sunday, per Thomas Drance of The Athletic.
Following Vancouver's claim of Leevi Merilainen off waivers earlier in the week, Tolopilo was bumped down the depth chart. The 26-year-old backstop split time between the majors and minors last season. With Vancouver, he struggled behind a lackluster defensive core, posting a 6-11-2 record, a 3.61 GAA and an .881 save percentage across 21 regular-season appearances. If he clears waivers over the next 24 hours, he's expected to serve as the organization's No. 3 netminder and the lead option for AHL Abbotsford.
