Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Three more points Tuesday

Eichel scored two even-strength goals, one the game-winner, and added a power-play assist in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Hurricanes.

The 29-year-old continues his ascent to superstardom. Eichel snapped a brief two-game point drought with another eye-popping performance, with both his goals coming in the third period as the Golden Knights roared back from a 3-2 deficit. Eichel leads the NHL with 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists) in 10 games. He also ranks third in the league with 44 shots on net, behind only Nathan MacKinnon (49) and Cutter Gauthier (45).

  • Tyler Seguin C | DAL

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Nets lone goal Tuesday

Seguin tallied a power-play goal and put two shots on target in Tuesday's 1-0 shutout win over Washington.

Seguin's power-play tally in the first minute of the second period stood as the game-winner. The 33-year-old forward has three goals, five points and 15 shots on net across 10 appearances this campaign. He is in a good spot as a streaming option with Matt Duchene (upper body) and Roope Hintz (undisclosed) both considered day-to-day.

  • Jordan Kyrou RW | WAS

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Goals in three straight

Kyrou tallied a goal and put three shots on net in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to Detroit.

Kyrou's late tally in the third period extended his goal streak to three straight games. Not only has he found his goal-scoring touch, but the 27-year-old winger has a point in each of his last eight contests. With eight points through 10 games, Kyrou is on pace for a career year and will aim to reach the 70-point mark for the fourth time in his past five seasons.

  • Blues' Brayden Schenn: Nets opening goal

Schenn scored a goal, put two shots on net and served five PIM in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Schenn found the back of the net in a hurry, tallying the first goal of the game less than one minute into regulation. The 34-year-old center is up to two goals, five points, 13 shots and 28 hits through 10 appearances this season. With points in each of his last two games, he is on his first point streak of the season. He should continue to see an increased role while Robert Thomas (upper body) is out of the lineup.

  • Logan Cooley C | UTA

Mammoth's Logan Cooley: Lands eight-year extension

Cooley signed an eight-year, $80 million contract extension with the Mammoth on Wednesday, Chris Johnston of The Athletic

Cooley has had a hot start to the 2025-26 campaign, racking up eight goals and 12 points over his first 11 appearances of the season. The 21-year-old has been a key contributor for the franchise since signing his entry-level deal in 2023, and he'll now remain with the Mammoth on a long-term basis.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Three power-play points Tuesday

MacKinnon notched two power-play goal and a power-play assist in Tuesday's 8-4 win over the Devils.

MacKinnon was productive with the man advantage, as the star playmaker contributed in three of the Avalanche's four power-play goals in this blowout win. The three-point performance also extended MacKinnon's current point streak to four games, a stretch where he's racked up three goals, four assists, 16 shots and four hits while averaging 22:09 of ice time.

  • Devils' Dawson Mercer: Pots goal against Colorado

Mercer scored a goal in Tuesday's 8-4 loss to the Avalanche.

Mercer scored during a barrage of four straight goals by the Devils in the second. He didn't light the lamp in his previous four outings, but he's up to nine points (four goals, five assists) through 10 games this season. He should continue to find opportunities to produce as a middle-six forward in a productive offense.

  • Jack Hughes C | NJ

Devils' Jack Hughes: Posts another multi-point game

Hughes recorded a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 8-4 loss to the Avalanche.

Hughes assisted on Dougie Hamilton's goal and added one of his own with a snap shot at the 14:12 mark of the second frame. Hughes has recorded four multi-point performances across New Jersey's last six games and continues to deliver excellent value as the team's primary playmaker and scoring threat. • Ryan Donato C | CHI

Blackhawks' Ryan Donato: Scores in win over Ottawa

Donato didn't reach the scoresheet in the 3-1 loss to the Kings on Sunday, but he got back to his scoring ways in Tuesday's blowout victory. Donato has amassed six goals on 17 shots -- good for an impressive, yet unsustainable, 35.3 shooting percentage -- in his last seven outings while adding two assists and 11 hits.

  • Colton Dach C | EDM

Blackhawks' Colton Dach: Pots first goal of season

Dach scored a goal in Tuesday's 7-3 win over the Senators. He also added two shots on goal, six hits and two blocked shots.

His first goal of the campaign opened the scoring in a blowout win for the Blackhawks. Dach has chipped in only three points through 10 games this season while adding 44 hits and six blocked shots.
