Vinni Lettieri C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Vinni Lettieri: Pots pair for Marlies
Lettieri scored two goals in AHL Toronto's 5-4 shootout win over Hamilton on Friday.
Lettieri has four points and 12 shots on net over three games to begin the AHL season. He's been a reliable scorer in the AHL throughout his career, which has often led to him getting call-ups. However, he didn't see any NHL action in 2025-26, so it appears Toronto may view him purely as organizational depth.

Jack Nesbitt C | PHI
Flyers' Jack Nesbitt: Tallies twice for Wolverines
Nesbitt scored two goals in the University of Michigan's 10-1 win over the University of Alaska-Anchorage on Friday.
Nesbitt got on the scoresheet for the first time in three games in his freshman year of college. He had 58 points in 55 regular-season outings for OHL Windsor last year. Nesbitt was a first-round pick in 2025, so he may not exhaust all of his collegiate eligibility before turning pro.

Cole McKinney C | SJ
Sharks' Cole McKinney: Four-point game for Michigan
McKinney scored twice and added two assists in the University of Michigan's 10-1 win over the University of Alaska-Anchorage on Friday.
McKinney was one of the Wolverines' top performers in the contest. The 19-year-old is in his sophomore year of college after putting up 20 points over 40 games as a freshman. McKinney is a Sharks prospect, selected 53rd overall in 2025.

Adam Benak C | MIN
Wild's Adam Benak: Logs four helpers in win
Benak notched four assists in Western Michigan University's 5-1 win over Ferris State University on Friday.
This was Benak's second game in college. The Wild prospect dominated in the OHL last year with 28 goals and 49 assists over 48 regular-season contests with Brantford. Benak is in a good spot with the Broncos, one of the top teams in the NCAA to begin the campaign.

Cole Reschny C | CGY
Flames' Cole Reschny: Scores twice for NoDak
Reschny scored two goals in the University of North Dakota's 3-2 win over Bemidji State University on Friday.
Reschny earned his first multi-goal game in the NCAA with this performance. Last year, he thrived as a playmaker with six goals and 29 helpers over 36 appearances for the Fighting Hawks. Being more goal-dangerous would be a nice step for Reschny in his sophomore season, which would help round his overall profile.

Nikita Nesterenko C | ANA
Ducks' Nikita Nesterenko: Fills empty cage
Nesterenko scored an empty-net goal on two shots and added three hits in Friday's 5-1 win over the Jets.
Nesterenko has started the year with the Ducks, playing in all four games so far. He was shuffled onto the second line at even strength, though his 11:58 of ice time Friday was in line with his regular usage. The goal was his first point of the season to go with three shots on net, 16 hits, two PIM and a plus-1 rating. Nesterenko will need to display a bit more offense to be a real option in most fantasy formats.
-
Tim Washe C | ANA
Ducks' Tim Washe: Produces two points in win
Washe scored a goal, dished an assist, added four hits, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Friday's 5-1 win over the Jets.
Washe and linemates Judd Caulfield and Jeff Malott were responsible for the Ducks' first two goals. The 25-year-old Washe has centered the fourth line again to start this season. He has three points, three shots on net, 12 hits, six blocks and a plus-1 rating over four appearances. Barring a move to the middle six, Washe will have a tough time generating significant fantasy value, but he should best last year's total of five points in 39 regular-season games.
-
Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Goal, assist in win
Granlund scored a goal on two shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Friday's 5-1 win over the Jets.
Granlund restored a three-goal lead with his tally in the third period and also helped out on Nikita Nesterenko's empty-netter. It's been a positive start to the year for Granlund, who has two goals and three assists over four contests. The second-line center has added six shots on net, three blocked shots and a plus-1 rating, and two of his points have come with the man advantage.
-
Evgeni Malkin C | PIT
Penguins' Evgeni Malkin: Deposits goal in shootout loss
Malkin scored a goal on three shots in Friday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.
Malkin had four points over the first two games of the season, but his offense cooled off with the rest of the Penguins' decline in scoring over this week. The 40-year-old has three goals, two assists, 11 shots on net and a plus-2 rating over five outings this season. Malkin can still chip in fairly well, but he may be prone to some fluctuations on offense despite a steady second-line role.
-
Cole Sillinger C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Cole Sillinger: Registers two assists in shootout win
Sillinger logged two assists, two shots on goal and three hits in Friday's 3-2 shootout win over the Penguins.
Sillinger helped out on goals by Damon Severson and Mathieu Olivier. The 23-year-old Sillinger is doing well in a third-line role to start the season, earning one goal, two assists, seven shots on net, four PIM, four hits and a plus-2 rating over three contests. A first-round pick from 2021, Sillinger has yet to have a breakout campaign, but he offers decent depth scoring with a physical edge.
