Flyers' Nolan Foote: Snags two-way deal
Foote agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract with Philadelphia on Friday, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Foote managed just one point in 12 regular-season games for the Panthers last year. In the minors, the 25-year-old winger was significantly more productive, racking up 14 goals and 18 assists in 54 regular-season games with AHL Charlotte. If needed, Foote should be near the top of the short list of potential call-ups next year.

Flyers' Zach Aston-Reese: Heading to Philadelphia
Aston-Reese signed a two-year, $1.75 million contract with the Flyers on Wednesday.
After appearing in 79 regular-season games with the Blue Jackets during the 2024-25 campaign, Aston-Reese made just 27 appearances for Columbus in 2025-26. He recorded a goal, four assists, 78 hits, 17 blocked shots and 12 PIM while averaging 9:44 of ice time. He may spend some time in the minors in 2025-26, but he could be a good source of hits if he plays for Philadelphia.

Flyers' Cam Dineen: Signs two-way contract
Dineen signed a two-year, two-way contract with the Flyers on Wednesday.
Dineen recorded three goals, 21 points and 22 PIM in 40 regular-season outings with AHL Bakersfield in 2025-26. The 28-year-old defenseman is likely to begin the upcoming campaign in the minors, but he might get a chance to play for the Flyers at some point as an injury replacement.

Flyers' Danila Klimovich: Inks two-way contract
Klimovich signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Flyers on Wednesday.
Klimovich became an unrestricted free agent after he didn't receive a qualifying offer from the Canucks on Monday. However, he landed a new contract on the first day of free agency. He hasn't yet made his NHL debut, but he recorded 18 goals, 16 assists and 62 PIM across 63 regular-season appearances with AHL Abbotsford last year.

Flyers' Jack Studnicka: Inks two-way deal
Studnicka signed a two-year, two-way contract with the Flyers on Wednesday.
Studnicka had 12 goals and 30 points in 41 regular-season appearances with AHL Charlotte in 2025-26. He also appeared in 19 games with Florida last season, recording no points, four PIM, 19 hits and six blocks. Studnicka will compete for an NHL roster spot during training camp, but he'll probably begin the upcoming campaign in the minors.

Flyers' Noel Acciari: Switches sides
Acciari signed a two-year, $5.6 million contract with the Flyers on Wednesday, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Acciari had 13 goals, 25 points, 25 PIM, 65 hits and 62 blocks in 67 regular-season appearances with Pittsburgh in 2025-26. The 34-year-old is likely to serve primarily in a bottom-six capacity with the Flyers. It wouldn't be surprising if he also saw his offense dip a bit from his 2025-26 totals -- that was just the third time he's reached the 20-point mark across his past nine NHL regular seasons.

Flyers' Tyson Foerster: Signs long-term extension
Foerster signed an eight-year, $56.8 million contract extension with Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Foerster was limited to a mere 29 regular-season games in 2025-26 due to injury. Despite the lack of games, the 24-year-old Ontario native still produced 13 goals and four assists, including four power-play points. However, he failed to produce in the playoffs with just one point in 10 tilts. Still, this deal, which will begin in the 2027-28 campaign, figures to keep Foerster as a key member of the Flyers' top six for the long haul.

Flyers' Dan Vladar: Re-signs with club
Vladar inked a five-year, $27.5 million contract with Philadelphia on Wednesday, per agent Dan Milstein.
Vladar logged 52 regular-season games for the Flyers in 2025-26, posting a 29-14-7 record and a career-best 2.42 GAA. The 28-year-old backstop appears to finally be the solution to Philly's problem between the pipes, though that has been said in the past of netminders coming off a good first year with the team. Still, he should be the clear No. 1 option heading into 2026-27 and could see upward of 60 games.

Flyers' Carl Grundstrom: Inks one-year deal
Grundstrom signed a one-year, $1 million contract with Philadelphia on Tuesday, according to Darren Dreger of TSN.
Grundstrom was eligible to test the open market Wednesday, but the two sides agreed to terms on a new deal before the start of free agency. The 28-year-old Grundstrom had nine goals, 13 points, 56 shots on net, 23 blocked shots and 139 hits across 47 regular-season appearances with Philadelphia in 2025-26.

Flyers' Martin Psohlavec: Czech goalie ends up in Philly
Psohlavec was the 62nd overall pick by Philadelphia in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft on Saturday.
Psohlavec was highly regarded throughout the scouting community and was ranked as the No. 17 European Goaltender by NHL Central Scouting. He led the Czechs to a bronze-medal victory at the World U18, going 3-1 with a 1.68 GAA and .926 save percentage in four appearances. He was equally as effective in the Czech Jr. league, finishing with a 1.92 GAA and .928 save percentage in 42 games. At 6-foot-5, Psohlavec has elite size. He moves well for such a big kid, and while any goaltender taken at this stage of the draft is a long-term project, Psohlavec has an NHL-caliber skill set should he continue to develop over the coming years.

Flyers' Brek Liske: Nabbed by Flyers in Round 2
Liske was the 53rd overall pick by Philadelphia in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft on Saturday.
Liske played a significant role this past season for an Everett team that was the best in the WHL. He closed the regular season with 24 points and a plus-36 rating in 52 games, considerably better numbers than the year prior. It's fair to wonder if Liske would have been even more productive if the Silvertips didn't have such a loaded roster. Liske lacks dynamic traits, but he's a solid all-around defender with the chance to contribute in multiple areas as a professional. His defense is ahead of his offense at this point, and Liske's long-term ceiling is largely dependent on how much he can improve the latter in the coming years. For now, he's a solid depth addition to the Philadelphia prospect pipeline.

Flyers' Maksim Sokolovskii: Monstrous defender drafted 27th
Sokolovskii was the 27th overall pick by Philadelphia in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft on Friday.
NHL clubs love drafting players from OHL London. But the only thing they may love more is drafting 6-foot-7 defenders. Sokolovskii falls into both categories. The big man nicknamed The Terminator was born in Kazakhstan and arrived in North America two years ago. He joined London this past season and played a very limited role, appearing in just 44 regular-season games and posting two goals and eight points. Sokolovskii is raw in every sense of the word. He's quite nimble for such a huge kid, but the rest of Sokolovskii's game needs major work, most notably his puck play. The Flyers are hoping for a Nikita Zadorov-type player if Sokolovskii's growth curve continues. Sokolovskii, who won't turn 18 years of age until July 12, is a 2027-28 commit to the University of Maine.

Flyers' Matthew Gard: Commits to MSU
Gard will join Michigan State University starting with the 2027-28 campaign, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Thursday.
Gard is expected to remain with WHL Seattle next season before making the jump to the collegiate ranks. With the Thunderbirds this last season, the 2025 second-round pick notched 11 goals and 12 helpers in 32 regular-season tilts. Unless the 19-year-old center's offensive game improves drastically, he likely will spend a couple of seasons with the Spartans before getting a shot at the NHL.

Flyers' Simon Benoit: Sent to Philly
Benoit and Joseph Woll were dealt to the Flyers from the Maple Leafs on Tuesday in exchange for Samuel Ersson, Emil Andrae and a 2026 third-round pick.
Benoit suited up for 73 games in 2025-26, logging six helpers, 194 hits, 114 blocked shots and a minus-22 rating while averaging 17:18 of ice time. The Flyers' top four appears to be set for at least the 2026-27 campaign, but Benoit should be able to be a fixture on the third pairing with his new team. The 6-foot-4 defenseman is entering the final season of his three-year, $4.05 million deal -- he's scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent ahead of the 2027-28 campaign.

Flyers' Joseph Woll: Swapped in four-player trade
Woll and Simon Benoit were traded to Philadelphia from Toronto on Tuesday in exchange for Samuel Ersson, Emil Andrae and a 2026 third-round pick.
Woll saw action in 39 regular-season games for the Leafs this season, going 15-16-7 with a 3.34 GAA, .898 save percentage and two shutouts. With his new club, the 27-year-old backstop figures to slide into the backup role behind Dan Vladar, though he should still see about 25-35 games as the No. 2 option for the Flyers.

Flyers' Jacob Gaucher: Extends for one year
Gaucher signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Flyers on Thursday, per PuckPedia.
Gaucher logged 20 goals and 36 points over 69 regular-season outings with AHL Lehigh Valley. He also made four appearances with the Flyers during the regular season, and he was up with the big club as part of the team's Black Aces during the postseason. The 25-year-old will likely be a depth option for 2026-27, though he may spend most of the campaign with the Phantoms.
