  • Wanya Morris OT | KC

Chiefs' Wanya Morris: Placed on IR

The Chiefs placed Morris (knee) on injured reserve Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Morris sustained a season-ending knee injury during the Week 14 loss to the Texans, so his move to injured reserve comes as no surprise. Jaylon Moore and Esa Pole are expected to serve as the team's starting tackles for Sunday's matchup versus the Chargers, as Jawaan Taylor (triceps) is also out. Morris will shift his focus to getting healthy in time for the start of the 2026 campaign.

  • Kyler Gordon CB | CHI

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Moves back to IR

The Bears placed Gordon (groin) on injured reserve Saturday.

Gordon previously spent time on IR with a calf injury that left him sidelined until the Week 13 win over Philadelphia. The 2022 second-round pick then missed last week's loss to the Packers after he sustained a groin injury during pre-game warmups, and he had already been ruled out for this Sunday's contest versus the Browns. Gordon will now shift back to IR for the remainder of the regular season, though he'll be eligible to return to the active roster if the 9-4 Bears qualify for the playoffs.

  • Cam Jones LB | NYG

Jets' Cam Jones: Activated from IR

The Jets activated Jones (hip) from injured reserve Saturday.

Jones was designated to return from IR on Dec. 3 after missing six games with a hip injury. The 26-year-old remained sidelined for last week's loss to Miami, but he'll have an opportunity to return to action this Sunday against the Jaguars. Jones played just three defensive snaps while serving as a core special-teamer over the first six games of the 2025 campaign.

  • Giants' Cameron Johnston: Elevated from practice squad

The Giants elevated Johnston from their practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's matchup versus the Commanders, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.

Johnston will have a chance to make his debut with the team after signing with the Giants earlier in the week. The 33-year-old could be in line to handle punting duties, as Jamie Gillan is listed as doubtful due to a knee injury.

  • Jets' Adrian Martinez: Slated for QB2 role Week 15

Martinez was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Martinez signed with the Jets' practice squad Wednesday to help supplement the team's injury-riddled quarterback room. Both Tyrod Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee) have been ruled out for Sunday's game, leaving undrafted rookie Brady Cook to serve as the Jets' QB1. Martinez was an undrafted free agent in 2023, and he made his NFL debut with the 49ers in Week 9 when he played one offensive snap. He should only see the field versus Jacksonville if Cook also goes down with injury during the game.

  • Jamie Gillan P | NYG

Giants' Jamie Gillan: Doubtful vs. Commanders

Gillan (knee) is listed as doubtful for the Giants' game versus Washington on Sunday.

Gillan's in danger of missing his first game of the campaign, as he's currently dealing with a knee injury. If he ends up being unable to play, the team would likely elevate Cameron Johnston from the practice squad to handle punting duties.

  • Jets' Azareye'h Thomas: Shifts to IR

The Jets placed Thomas (shoulder) on injured reserve Saturday.

Thomas has been dealing with a shoulder issue since last week's loss to the Dolphins, and he was already ruled out for this Sunday's contest versus Jacksonville. He'll now shift to IR for the remainder of the regular season, which will effectively end his 2025 campaign since the Jets have already been eliminated from playoff contention. Thomas tallied 22 tackles and seven passes defended across 12 appearances during his 2025 rookie season. In his absence, Qwan'tez Stiggers and/or Tre Brown should be in line for bigger roles opposite starting cornerback Brandon Stephens.

  • Ravens' Tavius Robinson: Activated, questionable for Sunday

The Ravens activated Robinson (foot) from injured reserve Saturday and list him as questionable for Sunday's game at Cincinnati.

Robinson was designated to return to practice Dec. 2 after he sustained a broken foot during the Week 6 loss to the Ravens. The 25-year-old remained sidelined for the Week 14 loss to the Steelers, and it's still unclear if he'll be active for Sunday's game. Robinson tallied 17 tackles and two sacks over the first six games of the season.

  • Cardinals' Christian Jones: Activated, still questionable

The Cardinals activated Jones (knee) off injured reserve Saturday but continue to list him as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans.

If available to make his season debut Sunday, the 25-year-old offensive tackle would fill a depth role for Arizona.

  • Daniel Jones QB | IND

Colts' Daniel Jones: Undergoes surgery on Achilles

Jones underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a torn right Achilles that he suffered in Week 14 against the Jaguars, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The recovery timeline for Jones is 6-to-8 months, which puts him in a position to be fully cleared for the start of training camp in July of 2026. Jones will hit free agency in the offseason, but Schefter relays that the Colts are expected to try and re-sign the 28-year-old quarterback. Jones ended his 2025 regular season completing 68.0 percent of his passes for 3,101 yards, 19 touchdowns and eight interceptions while turning 45 carries into 164 yards and five scores across 13 games.
