Eric Murray S | JAC
Jaguars' Eric Murray: Enters concussion protocol
Murray (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Bengals, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
Murray has been diagnosed with a concussion after taking a hit to the head during Sunday's game, so Rayuan Lane should see more defensive snaps at safety moving forward. Murray will need to clear the league's protocol in order to be available for Week 5 against the Eagles on Oct. 11.

Braxton Berrios WR | NYG
Giants' Braxton Berrios: Won't return vs. Arizona
Berrios (foot) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Berrios will not return to Sunday's game after his foot injury was evaluated by medical staff, and the Giants should have an update on the veteran wide receiver shortly once he undergoes more tests. Charlie Jones will handle most of the return duties on punts and kickoffs in Berrios' absence.

Durham Smythe TE | BAL
Ravens' Durham Smythe: Won't return against Titans
Smythe (Achilles) won't return to Sunday's game against the Titans.
Smythe joins an extensive list of Baltimore injuries in Week 4. Without Smythe on the field for the remainder of Sunday's meeting with Tennessee, Matthew Hibner and Josh Cuevas could see some snaps behind Mark Andrews.
-
Edgerrin Cooper LB | GB
Packers' Edgerrin Cooper: Won't return due to Achilles injury
Cooper (Achilles) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Cooper had to be carted off the field after injuring his Achilles, and the Packers should have an update on the third-year pro once he undergoes more tests on the injury. Isaiah McDuffie has replaced Cooper at inside linebacker.

Antonio Williams WR | WAS
Commanders' Antonio Williams: Quiet day in London
Williams caught three of eight targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 30-13 loss to the Colts.
With Terry McLaurin (hamstring) inactive, Williams finished second to Stefon Diggs in targets, but the rookie wideout wasn't able to do much with the volume as Athan Kaliakmanis ended up having to make his NFL debut in relief of Marcus Mariota (knee) at quarterback. Williams has produced a 12-124-1 line on 19 targets through his first four games, and he'll be a volatile option in Week 5 against the Giants depending on whether Jayden Daniels (elbow) and McLaurin are able to return.

Quinyon Mitchell CB | PHI
Eagles' Quinyon Mitchell: Leaves game with knee injury
Mitchell (knee) is questionable to return against the Rams on Sunday.
Mitchell tweaked his knee in the second half of Sunday's game and is being evaluated by medical staff. Kelee Ringo, Jonathan Jones and Kenny Moore are all in line for more defensive snaps while Mitchell is sidelined.
-
Dee Alford CB | BUF
Bills' Dee Alford: Exits game with ankle injury
Alford (ankle) is questionable to return against the Patriots on Sunday, Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News reports.
Alford sustained the injury in the second half of Sunday's game, and he's being evaluated by trainers to determine whether he can return. Davison Igbinosun should see more defensive snaps in Alford's absence.
-
Stefon Diggs WR | WAS
Commanders' Stefon Diggs: Team-high five grabs in Week 4 loss
Diggs caught five of nine targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 30-13 loss to the Colts.
While the targets and receptions led the Commanders on the day, Diggs finished just fourth in receiving yards on the team as his longest gain went for only 10 yards. The veteran wideout's ability to deliver a big play was impacted by the loss of Marcus Mariota (knee) in the first quarter, leaving the offense in the hands of seventh-round rookie Athan Kaliakmanis. Diggs could be the No. 1 receiver again in Week 5 against the Giants if Terry McLaurin (hamstring) remains sidelined, but Diggs' ceiling could be limited if Jayden Daniels (elbow) isn't cleared to return.

Kayode Awosika G | LAC
Chargers' Kayode Awosika: Inactive again in Week 4
Awosika (leg) is inactive for Sunday's game against Seattle.
Awosika injured his Fibula in the Week 2 loss to the Raiders. Considering he was expected to miss time, his absence Sunday isn't surprising by any means. With Awosika off the field, Trevor Penning is in line to see more action.
