Alford is in line to sign a three-year contract worth up to $21 million with the Bills, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports Monday.

Alford spent the first four years of his NFL career with the Falcons after signing with Atlanta as an undrafted free agent in 2022. Despite his lack of draft status, the Tusculum product turned into a steady starter for the Falcons and put together his strongest season in 2025, when he logged 67 tackles (55 solo), including 2.0 sacks, 13 pass defenses (three interceptions), one forced fumble and one fumble recovery across 16 regular-season games. Assuming the deal is confirmed, Alford will likely serve as the Bills' slot corner, bolstering a secondary that includes young cornerbacks in Christian Benford, Dorian Strong (neck) and Maxwell Hairston (ankle), as well as safety Cole Bishop.

Robinson agreed to terms Monday on a one-year contract with the Texans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Robinson spent the last four seasons handling a depth role at defensive end for Chicago, and he'll now settle into a similar gig within Houston's vaunted pass rush corps. Since entering the NFL, the 2022 fifth-round pick has compiled a total of 3.5 sacks.

Settle and the Commanders agreed to a three-year contract worth up to $25.5 million Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Settle will reunite with Washington, where he spent the first four years of his NFL career after being selected in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The Virginia Tech product spent the last two years in Houston and enjoyed a productive 2024 campaign, but his 2025 season was cut short in early December by a foot injury that required season-ending surgery. Settle will join Daron Payne and Javon Kinlaw on the Commanders' defensive line while flanked by edge rushers Odafe Oweh and Dorance Armstrong (knee).

Paye and the Raiders agreed on a three-year, $48 million contract Monday that includes $32 million guaranteed, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Paye spent the first five years of his NFL career with the Colts after being selected by the team in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He recorded at least 8.0 sacks in consecutive seasons from 2023 to 2024 but saw his numbers dip in 2025, finishing with 39 tackles (15 solo), including 4.0 sacks, and one pass defense across 17 regular-season games. Paye will join a Raiders defensive front that will look significantly different in 2026 after Maxx Crosby (knee) was traded to the Ravens on Friday.

Minshew is in line to sign a one-year contract with the Cardinals, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Minshew's odds of starting Week 1 will depend on Arizona's other moves this offseason, with Jacoby Brissett and Kedon Slovis being the other QBs currently under contract. Minshew replaced an injured Patrick Mahomes (knee) in Kansas City this past December, only to suffer a season-ending knee injury of his own during his first start. Initial reports said the injury might be an ACL tear, but Minshew ultimately was diagnosed with just a bone bruise and made a full recovery by the end of January, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Thompson agreed to terms on a three-year contract worth up to $36 million with Dallas on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Thompson suited up for 15 regular-season appearances with Arizona in 2025, recording 95 tackles (58 solo), including 1.0 sacks, plus six passes defensed and one forced fumble. He's totaled 90-plus tackles in back-to-back seasons and surpassed the 100-tackle mark in both 2021 and 2022. Now with the Cowboys, Thompson enters the offseason as a candidate to compete with Donovan Wilson for the starting strong safety job.

Mafe agreed to a three-year, $60 million contract with the Bengals on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Mafe can make his deal official when the new league year begins Wednesday. He worked in a depth role for the Seahawks during their Super Bowl-winning 2025 campaign, starting only four of 17 regular-season playoff games and none of Seattle's three playoff games. Seattle's second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft has made 34 regular-season starts.

Tagovailoa and the Falcons have reached an agreement on a one-year, $1.3 million contract, Jonathan Jones of CBSSports.com reports.

The deal should become official Wednesday evening after the Dolphins release Tagovailoa, who is due $54 million in guaranteed money. His new contract offsets what he's owed from Miami, so there's no incentive to sign for more than the minimum. With fellow left-handed quarterback Michael Penix rehabbing from ACL surgery, Tagovailoa could get a chance to revive his value under new Falcons coach Kevin Stefanski. Atlanta has been busy in the opening hours of free-agent negotiations, releasing WRs Darnell Mooney and KhaDarel Hodge after quickly reaching agreements with WRs Olamide Zaccheaus and Jahan Dotson. The WR room still looks shaky beyond Drake London, but Bijan Robinson and a strong offensive line go a long way.

Keenum is re-signing with the Bears on a two-year contract Monday, Chris Emma of The Score reports.

Keenum served as the third-string quarterback behind Caleb Williams and Tyson Bagent in 2025. That role isn't expected to change in 2026, but Chicago values the 38-year-old Keenum's experience and will keep Keenum aboard as a mentor to Williams.

Johnson agreed to terms Monday on a three-year, $49.5 million contract with Cleveland, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Johnson, a 2022 first-round pick, has started 65 of his 66 regular-season appearances since entering the NFL and now brings his talents to a Browns offensive line in dire need of youth and upside. The decision to sign Johnson could signal that Joel Bitonio, who is currently weighing retirement, may not return to Cleveland for the 2026 campaign.
