The Vikings signed O'Neill to a contract extension Tuesday, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, it's a four-year deal worth $96 million that will keep O'Neill under contract with Minnesota through the 2030 season. The two-time Pro Bowler figures to resume his role as the starting right tackle in 2026 and beyond.

Jake Bobo WR | SEA
Seahawks' Jake Bobo: Nursing leg injury
Bobo did not participate in Tuesday's training camp practice due to a leg injury, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
Per Bell, Bobo picked up the injury during Monday's session and was forced to leave early. The severity of the injury isn't clear, but getting back on the practice field is crucial for the fourth-year wideout, who is competing against Tory Horton and rookie sixth-rounder Emmanuel Henderson for the WR4 job behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed and Cooper Kupp. Bobo split his snaps evenly between offense and special teams last year and finished the regular season with two catches (on as many targets) for 20 yards across 11 games. He also caught a 17-yard touchdown pass during the NFC Championship Game against the Rams.

M.J. Stewart SAF | HOU
Texans' M.J. Stewart: To start camp on PUP
Stewart (quad) will begin training camp on the Texans' active/PUP list, per the team's official site.
Stewart sat out all of Houston's last 10 games last year, including two postseason games, with a quadriceps injury, and he's still not back to full strength with training camp now underway. Until he's able to practice again, 2025 sixth-rounder Jaylen Reed could get more action in the defensive backfield.

Trey Amos CB | WAS
Commanders' Trey Amos: Team being cautious with injury
Commanders general manager Adam Peters told reporters Tuesday that the team has taken a cautious approach to Amos' lower leg injury, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
"[Amos is] doing really well...Had some soft tissue soreness in the offseason so we wanted to take it slow. He should be back soon. We wanted to be overly cautious," Peters relayed Tuesday. Amos was a second-round selection of the Commanders in the 2025 NFL Draft, and the Ole Miss product started in each of the first 10 games of the regular season before fracturing his fibula against the Lions in early November. Given Peters' comments, it seems like Amos will be ready to return to practice at some point during training camp, perhaps before the Commanders' first preseason game against the Dolphins on Friday, Aug. 14.

E.J. Speed LB | HOU
Texans' E.J. Speed: On PUP to start training camp
Speed (quadriceps) will begin training camp on the Texans' active/PUP list, per the team's official site.
Speed suffered a partial tear to his quadriceps and quad tendon while lifting weights back in May, and as training camp starts up, he's still not ready to return to football activities. In his stead, rookie fourth-rounder Wade Woodaz could get some practice reps with the first-team defense.

Kendre Miller RB | NO
Saints' Kendre Miller: Not on PUP to open camp
Miller (knee) will not open training camp on the active/PUP list, allowing him to participate in practice, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Miller looks to have fully recovered from a torn ACL that he suffered in Week 7 of the 2025 season. Now that he's healthy, Miller will have the opportunity to compete against Alvin Kamara, Devin Neal (undisclosed) and Ty Chandler for the backup RB job behind starter Travis Etienne. In the six regular-season games prior to his injury, Miller turned 46 carries into 186 yards (4.0 YPC) and one touchdown while logging five catches on as many targets for 30 yards.

Marvin Harrison Jr. WR | ARI
Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Returning to practice Tuesday
Harrison (cramps) will practice Tuesday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Harrison didn't finish practice Sunday due to what coach Mike LaFleur described as cramping. However, the 2024 first-rounder is fine after Monday's day off and will return to the mix Tuesday. As the coming campaign approaches, Harrison will reprise his starting role alongside Michael Wilson. The 23-year-old Harrison is coming off a 2025 regular season in which he caught 41 of 73 passes for 608 yards and four TDs in 12 contests, but if he's able to stay healthy while building a strong rapport with starting QB Jacoby Brissett, his production should take a step forward.

Cody Hardy TE | NO
Saints' Cody Hardy: Placed on non-football illness list
The Saints placed Hardy (illness) on the active/non-football illness list Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Hardy is an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina State. If the tight end cannot get back to his peak physical condition, it is unlikely he will be able to compete with third-round rookie Oscar Delp or Moliki Matavao for the No. 3 tight end spot.

John Michael Gyllenborg TE | KC
Chiefs' John Michael Gyllenborg: Placed on injured reserve
The Chiefs placed Gyllenborg (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
Gyllenborg sprained his knee in late July and will need to miss some time. The tight end was moved to IR alongside defensive end Ethan Downs (knee), so the Chiefs now have two roster spots available for the start of training camp Wednesday morning.

Thomas Fidone II TE | NYG
Giants' Thomas Fidone: Activated from active/PUP list
The Giants activated Fidone (foot) from the active/PUP list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Fidone sustained a foot injury in late November of 2025 and underwent a cleanup procedure for the issue in early June. The tight end has recovered from the procedure and is all set to begin practicing with the team again. New acquisition Isaiah Likely is set to take the No. 1 tight end role, with Theo Johnson ready to do the dirty work as the secondary option. Fidone will battle with Chris Manhertz in camp for the opportunity to be included in 13-personnel sets during the 2026 season.
