The Giants signed Orji (knee) Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Orji spent the entire 2025 regular season on Tennessee's injured reserve list after tearing his ACL during a practice, but he's now apparently back in football shape and getting another chance to make an impression. He'll likely be competing for one of the last spots on the Giants' 53-man roster for 2026.

Kane (undisclosed) was waived/injured by the Titans on Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

The safety will revert to Tennessee's injured reserve list unless he's claimed by another team, at which point he would need to reach an injury settlement with the Titans to have a chance to play in 2026. Kane appeared in two regular-season games for the Titans and seven for the Ravens in 2025, making eight tackles (three solo).

Burton is missing the Packers' training camp practice Thursday after pulling a muscle while doing drills, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

It sounds like whatever Burton is dealing with is probably not a long-term concern, and Green Bay hasn't given any indication it plans to place the lineman on the PUP list. Donovan Jennings is a candidate to handle any practice reps Burton misses.

Jackson missed practice Wednesday due to management of his blood clot issue, Stu Jackson and Zach Edwards of the Rams' official site report.

The starting left tackle had to take medicine, but his absence was "exclusively just managing," Rams coach Sean McVay told reporters, per Jackson and Edwards. Jackson had to sit for the last nine regular-season games of the 2022 season due to blood clots in his lungs, and he was diagnosed with more in his lower leg during the 2025 offseason. However, Jackson was able to manage the issue with treatment and medication prior to the start of the 2025 campaign, and he could be on a similar trajectory this summer.

Tennessee took Latham (undisclosed) off its active/PUP list Thursday, Buck Reising of WGFX-FM reports.

Per Reising, Latham is still limited at training camp for now, but it's a step in the right direction as the start of the regular season approaches. As long as he's available, he figures to again start at right tackle for the Titans in 2026.

Richardson is in a competition for the backup quarterback role in Indianapolis ahead of the 2026 campaign, JJ Stankevitz of the Colts' official site reports.

Richardson is competing with second-year pro Riley Leonard for the No. 2 role behind starter Daniel Jones. Richardson and Leonard are reportedly "neck and neck right now," according to offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter. Both quarterbacks are expected to continue to rotate reps between the second- and third-team offenses, and GM Chris Ballard said Tuesday that it is his intent to carry Jones, Richardson and Leonard on the Colts' roster when it is cut to 53 players on Aug. 30.

Kiser (knee) was not present during Thursday's practice, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.

The outside linebacker seems to have picked up a problem with his right knee but isn't expected to have a particularly lengthy absence. The fact O'Halloran notes Kiser is expected back "later in camp" suggests the 2025 fourth-round pick should have a chance to return to the field with enough time to amply prepare for what's expected to be a starting role in 2026.

Ward (back) is participating in the Colts' training camp activities, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Ward did not participate in minicamp in early June due to back tightness. The veteran cornerback played in just seven regular-season games during his 2025 Colts debut campaign due to a concussion, recording 25 total tackles, seven defensed passes and one fumble recovery. If he can remain healthy in 2026, Ward could play a significant role in Indianapolis' secondary given his experience and the offseason release of Kenny Moore.

Pryor (quadriceps) was on the field participating in Thursday's practice, Ashley Landis of hjnews.com reports.

Pryor missed part of the Texans' OTAs in early June due to a quadriceps injury. The tight end has since recovered from the issue and is a full participant in training camp as he attempts to move up the depth chart and survive cutdown day. The 23-year-old out of Iowa has yet to play in an NFL game.

Al-Shaair (thumb) was on the field participating in Thursday's practice, Ashley Landis of hjnews.com reports.

Al-Shaair underwent thumb surgery in early February after suffering an injury near the end of the 2025 regular season and then playing through it in the postseason. The starting middle linebacker has returned to team activities armed with a new $54 million deal and a clean bill of health.
