Alaric Jackson OT | LAR
Rams' Alaric Jackson: Questionable for Week 18
Jackson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Jackson was limited by a knee injury all week during practice and has a chance to return from a one-game absence. The Rams intend to play their starters Sunday despite being limited to the fifth or sixth seed for the NFC playoffs, but if Jackson is ultimately ruled out, then D.J. Humphries would likely remain as the team's starting left tackle.

Jaylen McCollough DB | LAR
Rams' Jaylen McCollough: Good to go Week 18
McCollough (hip) is available for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
McCollough was able to shed an injury designation for Week 18 after logging a full practice Friday. The Rams intend to play their starters despite being limited to the NFC's fifth or sixth seed for the playoffs, but McCollough could still see a significant number of snaps on defense if either or both of Kamren Curl and Kamren Kinchens were to operate on a snap count.

Tanor Bortolini G | IND
Colts' Tanor Bortolini: Cleared to play Week 18
Bortolini (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Texans.
Bortolini missed last Sunday's loss to the Jaguars after being concussed in the Week 16 loss to the 49ers. He's made all 15 of his starts this season at center.

Josh Wallace CB | LAR
Rams' Josh Wallace: Ruled out for Week 18
Wallace (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Wallace was unable to practice all week due to an ankle injury and will end up missing the final two regular-season games as a result. He'll aim to return to practice in at least a limited capacity during the week before the Rams' NFC wild-card game. Roger McCreary should see some defensive snaps in nickel packages in Wallace's absence.

Evan Brown C | HOU
Cardinals' Evan Brown: Sidelined for Week 18
Brown (personal) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Brown will end up missing the final five games of the regular season due to personal reasons, and Jon Gaines figures to start at left guard in Week 18. Brown started in 11 regular-season games and will be under contract with the Cardinals in 2026.

Nick Bellore FB | WAS
Commanders' Nick Bellore: Cleared to play Sunday
Bellore (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Eagles, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Bellore missed the Week 17 loss to the Cowboys, but the special-teamer is good to go for the regular-season finale. The 36-year-old Bellore has logged 11 tackles (seven solo) across 321 special-teams snaps.

Christian Mahogany G | DET
Lions' Christian Mahogany: Questionable with illness
Mahogany (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Mahogany missed some practice reps this week but at least has a chance to suit up for the Week 18 regular-season finale. With Taylor Decker (shoulder) and Kayode Awosika (illness) also questionable and Penei Sewell (ankle) ruled out, the Detroit offensive line could look a lot different Sunday.
-
Lane Johnson OT | PHI
Eagles' Lane Johnson: Won't play vs. Washington
Johnson (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Johnson has yet to play or practice since sustaining a Lisfranc sprain in his right foot in Week 11 against the Lions, so Fred Johnson should remain the starter at right tackle for Sunday's regular-season finale. Johnson will aim to return for the wild-card round of the NFC playoffs.
-
Taylor Decker OT | DET
Lions' Taylor Decker: Questionable for Week 18
Decker (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Decker has dealt with shoulder issues all season and missed the Week 17 loss to the Vikings. With the Lions eliminated from playoff contention, it wouldn't be a shock if the team opts to sit Decker against Chicago. The Lions have already ruled out RT Penei Sewell due to an ankle injury.
