  • Texans' David Montgomery: Injures groin Sunday

Montgomery suffered a groin injury during Sunday's game at Tennessee.

Prior to his exit in the middle of the second quarter, Montgomery had five carries for 11 yards. While Montgomery is considered questionable to return after walking slowly to the locker room, Woody Marks will take on lead-back duties for the Texans in the meantime.

  • Patriots' Will Campbell: Exits with knee injury

Campbell (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders.

The Patriots' training staff is thoroughly evaluating the extent of Campbell's knee injury and it remains unclear how severe the issue is. Rookie offensive lineman Caleb Lomu has replaced Campbell at left tackle.

  • Patriots' TreVeyon Henderson: Suffers ankle injury in Week 5

Henderson suffered a right ankle injury during Sunday's game against the Raiders.

After a carry in the second quarter in which he endured an awkward tackle going out of bounds, Henderson limped to the locker room. The Patriots soon considered him questionable to return. Rhamondre Stevenson likely will take on the bulk of New England's backfield reps for as long as Henderson is sidelined, though Corey Kiner also is available for RB snaps.

  • Jordyn Brooks LB | MIA

Dolphins' Jordyn Brooks: Questionable with foot injury

Brooks (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Brooks exited the first half of Sunday's game with a foot injury. The starting weakside linebacker is the lynchpin of the Dolphins' defense and would be a massive loss to the unit. Shaka Heyward will likely fill in opposite Willie Gay while Brooks is absent.

  • T.J. Edwards LB | CHI

Bears' T.J. Edwards: Questionable to return with hamstring issue

Edwards (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Packers, Chris Emma of WBBM NewsRadio reports.

Edwards came up slow after a tackle in the second quarter and continued playing until he sustained a hard collision on the next play. Noah Sewell is the next man up at middle linebacker.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Vikings' Aaron Jones: Back in Sunday's game

Jones (knee) returned to Sunday's contest in New Orleans, Dane Mizutani of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Jones spent some time out of the Vikings' Week 5 matchup in the first half due to a left knee injury, but he seemingly will attempt to play through the pain Sunday. If Jones needs to cede any reps to the rest of the team's backfield, DeeJay Dallas and rookie Demond Claiborne are on hand to spell the veteran.

  • Raiders' Tonka Hemingway: Questionable to return with neck injury

Hemingway (neck) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Hemingway exited the first half of Sunday's game with a neck injury. Folorunso Fatukasi and Thomas Booker will likely share reps at defensive tackle in Hemingway's absence.

  • Skyy Moore WR | GB

Packers' Skyy Moore: Managing knee issue, iffy to return

Moore is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bears due to an ankle injury.

Moore headed to the locker room in the second quarter to receive further evaluation on his ankle injury. Before departing, Moore reeled in his lone target for no gain. If Moore is unable to check back into the game, the Packers will rely on Bo Melton and J. Michael Sturdivant to handle the No. 3 receiver role, while Matthew Golden will likely fill in for Moore on punt returns.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Vikings' Aaron Jones: Injures knee Sunday

Jones departed Sunday's contest at New Orleans due to a knee injury.

Jones came up limping after a lost fumble in the red zone late in the first quarter and went to the medical tent before the Vikings deemed him questionable to return. DeeJay Dallas likely will take on No. 1 RB duties for as long as Jones is sidelined, with rookie Demond Claiborne also on hand for reps out of Minnesota's backfield.

  • T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN

Vikings' T.J. Hockenson: Done for day with concussion

The Vikings downgraded Hockenson to out for Sunday's game against the Saints due to a concussion.

After recording a seven-yard reception on the Vikings' opening possession, Hockenson immediately headed to the locker room to get checked for a head injury. With Minnesota confirming that he has sustained a concussion, Hockenson will be shut down for the rest of the afternoon and will now be subject to the NFL's five-step protocol. Minnesota is on bye for Week 6, so Hockenson's next chance to play will come against the Colts on Oct. 25.
