Jovaughn Gwyn C | BAL
Ravens' Jovaughn Gwyn: Likely headed to IR
Gwyn (ankle) is set to miss significant time, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
Gwyn suffered a serious ankle injury during the Ravens' Week 3 win over the Cowboys in Rio. The starting center will likely be transferred to injured reserve soon as he focuses on recovering from the injury for a potential late-season playoff push. Olaivavega Ioane is set to start at center for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Minimal output in Week 3 win
Worthy caught both of his targets for 20 yards during Sunday's 24-10 win over the Dolphins.
Worthy entered Sunday's game on the heels of a 5-25-1 performance (on seven targets) during the Chiefs' Week 2 overtime win over the Colts. He didn't see any targets in the red zone Sunday compared to the three he had against Indianapolis, though he did lead all Chiefs wide receivers with 43 offensive snaps. His speed makes him a boom-or-bust candidate every week, though Worthy and the Chiefs pass catchers could thrive in a Week 4 road tilt against the Raiders if Las Vegas' rookie safety Treydan Stukes (concussion) is unable to play.

James Thompson Jr. DT | SF
49ers' James Thompson: Won't play Week 4
Thompson (ankle) won't play in San Francisco's Week 4 matchup versus the Broncos, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Thompson is in line to miss a second consecutive game due to the high-ankle sprain he suffered during the Week 2 win over the Dolphins. While there's currently no timetable for his return, his next chance to play will be the Week 6 matchup against Seattle.

Mike Washington Jr. RB | LV
Raiders' Mike Washington: Makes most of limited touches
Washington turned five carries into 54 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 35-27 win over the Saints.
Washington was only on the field for 11 of the team's 70 offensive snaps, but he still left his mark on the contest. Most notably, the running back broke loose for a 36-yard rushing touchdown late in the third quarter. Washington is a distant No. 2 option behind Ashton Jeanty in the backfield, but he has now rushed 15 times for 102 yards and a touchdown over three contests to open the 2026 campaign.

Fernando Carmona G | TEN
Titans' Fernando Carmona: Expected to miss extended time
Carmona (ankle) is expected to miss a few weeks, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
Carmona sustained the injury during Sunday's loss to the Giants, and it was serious enough for him to be carted off the field. With Jackson Slater (foot) also suffering an injury during Sunday's loss, the Titans could find themselves short-handed at guard for the time being.

Phidarian Mathis DT | BUF
Bills' Phidarian Mathis: Finishes suspension
Mathis' three-game suspension has been lifted and the defensive tackle has returned to the Bills' active roster, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reported Monday.
The Bills get a three-day roster exemption, giving the team until Thursday to reduce the roster to 53 players. Mathis played six regular-season games for the Bills in 2025, logging 13 tackles (four solo) over 119 defensive snaps.

Brenton Strange TE | JAC
Jaguars' Brenton Strange: Season-high five targets vs. New England
Strange caught three of five targets for 32 yards during the Jaguars' 35-6 win over the Patriots on Sunday.
Most of Strange's production came on a 23-yard catch midway through the second quarter, which put the Jaguars just outside the red zone and helped lead to a 10-yard touchdown pass from Trevor Lawrence to Jakobi Meyers five plays later. Strange finished Sunday's game tied for the second-most targets and catches and third in receiving yards behind Meyers (64) and Parker Washington (32). Strange is off to a somewhat slow start to the 2026 season, though he's competing against Meyers, Washington and Brian Thomas for targets in the passing game. Strange will take a 7-72-1 receiving line (on 10 targets) into a Week 4 road clash against the Bengals.

Charles Demmings CB | MIN
Vikings' Charles Demmings: Will miss some time
Head coach Kevin O'Connell said Demmings will miss some time due to a hamstring injury, Ben Goessling of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.
Demmings injured his hamstring during the second half of Sunday's win over the Buccaneers and is now expected to miss the Week 4 matchup versus Miami, at minimum. The rookie fifth-round pick failed to record any tackles across his first three outings and should continue to serve a depth role once healthy.

Denzel Boston WR | CLE
Browns' Denzel Boston: Records two catches in Week 3 win
Boston caught two passes on four passes for 41 yards during the Browns' 21-18 win over the Panthers on Sunday. He also caught a two-point conversion.
The rookie second-rounder was held without a catch until the fourth quarter, when he caught 28- and 13-yard passes from Deshaun Watson before the duo connected on a two-point conversion late in the fourth quarter to extend the Browns' lead to three points. Boston was unable to record a touchdown catch for a third-straight game, though he still finished Sunday's contest as the Browns' second-leading receiver behind tight end Harold Fannin (51). Boston, Fannin and rookie first-rounder KC Concepcion will continue to serve as Watson's top targets in the passing game, with Jerry Jeudy and Isaiah Bond working in rotation. Boston will take a 9-195-2 receiving line (on 15 targets) into Thursday's AFC North showdown against the Steelers.

Jackson Powers-Johnson C | LV
Raiders' Jackson Powers-Johnson: Suffering from groin soreness
Powers-Johnson (groin) is being evaluated to reveal the extent of his injury, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Powers-Johnson was questionable to return to Sunday's win over the Saints and was never able to reenter the contest. More clarity on the severity of the offensive lineman's injury and potential recovery timetable should be gleaned in coming days.
