Allen is active for Sunday's game against the Jets.
Allen was a sixth-round selection of the Commanders in the 2026 NFL Draft, but he was waived by the team Oct. 8. He was claimed off waivers by the Dolphins one day later, and the Penn State product will suit up for his new team for the first time Sunday, when he'll operate as the RB3 behind Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright.
