Porter is active for Sunday's tilt against the Texans, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.

This has been the expectation after NFL reporter Jordan Schultz mentioned late Saturday that Porter was in line to suit up Sunday. The star cornerback will be making both his 2026 and his Dallas debut after being acquired via a trade with Pittsburgh on Wednesday. However, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports that Porter is expected to be restricted to around 30 defensive snaps Sunday, which could limit his appeal as an IDP option in fantasy leagues.

Evans remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Denver but is slated to play with a protective covering over his fractured and strained ribs, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports.

San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan had labeled Evans as a game-time decision for the Week 4 contest following Friday's practice, during which the veteran wideout was a limited participant after sitting out the first two sessions of the week entirely. Though he'll likely have to play through discomfort Sunday, Evans isn't expected to face any restrictions with his playing time unless the injury worsens as the contest unfolds.

Morton (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback against the Bills on Sunday.

As such, the rookie seventh-rounder is not allowed to play unless both Drake Maye and Tommy DeVito leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Brown (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Brown drew the questionable tag after being limited in practice all week due to a hamstring injury. Jarrian Jones figures to see more defensive snaps due to the absence of Brown, whose next opportunity to play is Week 5 against the Eagles on Sunday, Oct. 11.

Carter (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's tilt against the Ravens.

Carter was elevated from the practice squad for last Sunday's game against the Giants but ended up being a healthy scratch. The veteran running back then signed to the Titans' 53-man roster Tuesday, yet he's inactive on game day for a second straight week. It appears Carter is essentially insurance in case one of the four running backs ahead of him in the pecking order becomes unavailable.

Ingram (groin) is active against the Cowboys on Sunday.

Ingram has been cleared by medical staff to play Sunday after working through a groin issue during Week 4 prep. He'll provide the Texans with depth on the offensive line against Dallas.

Benford (toe) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

The fourth-year pro was absent from practice heading into Sunday's game after exiting in the third quarter of the Patriots' Week 3 loss to Jacksonville. Davison Igbinosun is expected to see more playing time with Benford out.

Winston (shoulder) is active for Sunday's battle versus Baltimore.

Winston entered the weekend with a designation of questionable due to a shoulder injury. However, he's going to be able to give it a go for a Titans squad seeking its first victory of the campaign. Winston has played every defensive snaps for Tennessee through three weeks.

Hansen (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Hansen worked through a knee issue during Week 4 prep, but he's been cleared to play Sunday after going through pregame warmups. He's taken on a larger role defensively over the past couple of weeks in the absence of Jake Hummel (groin, IR).

Johnson (personal) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Johnson was a very late addition to the injury report, as he received a tag of questionable less than two hours before kickoff due to a personal matter. The veteran tackle has now been ruled out for Sunday, which is a huge blow for Philadelphia's offense. According to Zach Berman of The Athletic, Markel Bell is slated to step into the starting role vacated by Johnson.
