Cam Ward QB | TEN
Titans' Cam Ward: Comeback falls short in Baltimore
Ward completed 20 of 31 passes for 222 yards and one touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 24-18 loss to the Ravens. He added 27 yards on four carries, and threw a two-point conversion.
The Titans were down 24-7 at halftime, but with Lamar Jackson (ankle) forced to the sideline, Ward was nearly able to engineer a comeback. The second-year QB found Wan'Dale Robinson for a three-yard score inside the final two minutes of the fourth quarter, but an onside kick attempt didn't succeed and Ward never got the ball back. He still has a modest 3:2 TD:INT through four games, with another two touchdowns on the ground, and his 222 passing yards Sunday were a season high, but Ward might be building some momentum heading into a Week 5 home tilt against the Texans.

Riley Moss CB | DEN
Broncos' Riley Moss: Questionable to return Sunday
Moss (ribs) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against San Francisco, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports
This isn't the first time Moss has dealt with rib injuries, and his departure from Sunday's contest means the Broncos are down another defender. With Patrick Surtain (ankle) also exiting the game, Kris Abrams-Draine and Jahdae Barron should be busier than usual.

Spencer Shrader K | IND
Colts' Spencer Shrader: Nails three FGAs in London
Shrader went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his PATs in Sunday's 30-13 win over Washington.
Shrader was able to stay red-hot across the pond in London. The kicker nailed field goals from 48, 52 and 44 yards in the contest, remaining perfect on the season. Through four games, Shrader has gone 11-for-11 on field-goal tries, including 5-for-5 from 50-plus yards, and he's becoming one of the more reliable fantasy options in the league.

Dohnte Meyers WR | CIN
Bengals' Dohnte Meyers: Big role expansion in Week 4 loss
Meyers brought in seven of nine targets for 82 yards, returned six kickoffs for 161 yards and ran back two punts for nine yards in the Bengals' 22-17 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday.
Meyers opened the game as the Bengals' No. 3 receiver, but the former CFL standout was operating as Joe Burrow's top wideout by the time the team's final drive of the afternoon rolled around. Ja'Marr Chase exited the game due to a concussion in the first half, while Tee Higgins was forced from the contest just after the six-minute mark of the fourth quarter due to an adductor injury. Meyers ultimately finished with new career highs across his receiving line while also remaining effective in his special-teams role. With the status of both Chase and Higgins highly uncertain in the immediate aftermath of Sunday's loss and Andrei Iosivas (thumb, IR) still out of action, Meyers could remain in the No. 1 receiver role in a Week 5 road matchup against the Dolphins next Sunday.

Will Shipley RB | PHI
Eagles' Will Shipley: Team's other two RBs hurt Week 4
Shipley rushed six times for 23 yards and didn't catch his only target in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Rams. He also returned three kickoffs for 65 yards.
Shipley was the last man standing in Philadelphia's backfield after Saquon Barkley (hamstring) exited in the first quarter and Tank Bigsby (undisclosed) left in the fourth quarter. Bigsby had been working ahead of Shipley after Barkley's exit, but if neither of Philadelphia's top two running backs are available in Week 5, Shipley could take on the lead role against the Jaguars in London.

Carnell Tate WR | TEN
Titans' Carnell Tate: Career-best day in loss to Ravens
Tate caught nine of 12 targets for 145 yards in Sunday's 24-18 loss to Baltimore.
While the fourth overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft is still looking for his first career touchdown, Tate looked the part of a No. 1 wideout Sunday, as his 145 receiving yards were more than he'd produced in his first three games combined. He'll take a 22-268-0 line on 32 targets, and some real momentum, into a Week 5 home tile against the Texans, whose secondary just got shredded by CeeDee Lamb for 17 catches, 189 yards and a TD.

Parker Washington WR | JAC
Jaguars' Parker Washington: Stymied by Bengals in win
Washington secured one of three targets for seven yards, rushed once for three yards and returned one punt for three yards in the Jaguars' 22-17 win over the Bengals on Sunday.
Washington had been Trevor Lawrence's top target by a comfortable margin over the first three games of the season, but the Bengals effectively shut down the bulk of Jacksonville's wide-receiver production Sunday. Washington saw the biggest downturn, making it a forgettable fantasy afternoon overall despite the team-level success the Jaguars enjoyed. Washington figures to have an uphill battle in terms of a potential Week 5 resurgence as well, considering the Jaguars will face off with a talented Eagles defense in a Week 5 matchup in London next Sunday.

Patrick Surtain II CB | DEN
Broncos' Patrick Surtain: Questionable to return versus 49ers
Surtain (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the 49ers, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Surtain suffered a non-contact injury before the end of the first half. He required assistance off the field, though there haven't been any updates since his departure. In the meantime, Jahdae Barron should see more action.

Jalen Nailor WR | LV
Raiders' Jalen Nailor: Suffers concussion Sunday
Nailor (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's contest against the Chiefs.
Nailor took a blow to the head late in the second quarter, and he was ultimately diagnosed with a concussion. The wide receiver will finish his day having recorded no stats. In his absence, Tre Tucker, Cody White and Dareke Young will operate as the Raiders' top options at wide receiver.

Brian Thomas Jr. WR | JAC
Jaguars' Brian Thomas: Records TD in close win
Thomas secured both targets for 17 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars' 22-17 win over the Bengals on Sunday.
Thomas was a minimal part of the air attack once again, but that description also applied to fellow wideouts Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington as the Bengals did an effective job taking away Trevor Lawrence's primary targets. However, the Thomas was able to break through with what turned out to be a key score, as he recorded a seven-yard scoring grab late in the first half in a game that was ultimately decided by five points. Thomas still has a modest nine receptions for 105 yards and Sunday's touchdown on 15 targets as the Jaguars head across the pond to face the Eagles in London in Week 5.
