Khalil Mack OLB | LAC
Chargers' Khalil Mack: Cleared to return Week 7
Mack (elbow) is active for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Mack was activated off injured reserve Saturday, and the veteran edge rusher has been cleared to return from a four-game absence. His return means there will be less snaps on defense to go around for Bud Dupree, Odafe Oweh and rookie fourth-rounder Kyle Kennard.

Jeffery Simmons DT | TEN
Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Ruled out the rest of the game
Simmons has been downgraded to out after leaving Sunday's game with a hamstring injury, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.
Simmons will not return to Sunday's game against New England as he tweaked his hamstring tackling Rhamondre Stevenson during the first quarter. The three-time Pro Bowler has started and played in every game this season, but was dealing with an ankle injury before last week's game against Las Vegas.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Dolphins' Darren Waller: Exits with injury Sunday
Waller is questionable to return to Sunday's game versus the Browns due to a pectoral injury.
Waller did not record a reception before he was ruled questionable to return just before halftime, and it's unclear exactly when or how he was forced to exit. In the 33-year-old's absence, Julian Hill should fill in as Miami's TE1 for the time being.

Derius Davis WR | LAC
Chargers' Derius Davis: Will play Week 7
Davis (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Davis was limited in practice all week, but he has been cleared to return from a three-game absence due to a knee injury. The 2023 fourth-rounder has mostly been used as a returner this season and should see most of his playing time Sunday on special teams.

Hassan Haskins RB | LAC
Chargers' Hassan Haskins: Active Sunday
Haskins (chest) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Haskins was an addition to the Chargers' injury report Thursday but was listed as a full participant at that day's practice. Though the running back followed that up with a full session Friday, he was still deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. With his active status confirmed, Haskins -- who had six carries and a catch in last week's win over Miami -- is available to work behind Kimani Vidal (who was the team's starter versus the Dolphins while recording 18 carries, three catches and a TD), with practice-squad elevation Nyheim Hines also on hand.

Maxx Crosby DE | LV
Raiders' Maxx Crosby: Unlikely to return vs. Kansas City
Crosby (knee/back) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
Crosby suffered the injuries in the second quarter, and the veteran pass rusher is unlikely to be cleared to return to Sunday's game. If he is in fact done for the day, he'll finish with three tackles (one solo). Charles Snowden and Tyree Wilson will see more snaps on defense while Crosby is out of the game.

Princely Umanmielen LB | CAR
Panthers' Princely Umanmielen: Returns to game
Umanmielen (back) has returned to Sunday's contest against the Jets, Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340 reports.
Umanmielen exited the game after making a hit on the quarterback Justin Fields. The 23-year-old returns as a depth piece behind linebacker D.J. Wonnum.

Trey Smith G | KC
Chiefs' Trey Smith: Exits first half early
Smith (back) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders, Charles Goldman of A to Z Sports reports.
Smith came out of the game in the late first quarter to be checked out. After returning promptly and playing a few snaps, he was removed again. He was labeled questionable to return with a lower back injury. The potential loss of Smith is a serious blow to a Chiefs offensive line already without starting rookie left tackle Josh Simmons (personal).

Azeez Ojulari LB | PHI
Eagles' Azeez Ojulari: Suffers injury first half
Ojulari (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Ojulari appears to have suffered a hamstring injury in the first half of Sunday's game but is being evaluated to see whether he can return. The 25-year-old was expected to play a larger role on the defensive side of the ball with Nolan Smith (triceps) and Ogbo Okoronkwo (triceps) both on IR, and Za'Darius Smith retiring Monday. The Eagles are left with Joshua Uche should Ojulari remains out.

Princely Umanmielen LB | CAR
Panthers' Princely Umanmielen: Exits with back injury
Umanmielen (back) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jets, Kassidy Hill of the Panthers' official site stated on X.
Umanmielen registered a quarterback hit on Justin Fields before leaving in the second quarter after sustaining a back injury. The 23-year-old strongside linebacker was a depth piece playing behind linebacker D.J. Wonnum.
