Myers made all seven of his kicks (five field goals, two extra points) during the Seahawks' 32-29 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.

Myers was responsible for 17 of the Seahawks' 29 points during Sunday's loss. All five of his field goals came from 40-plus yards and included a 50-yard make late in the second quarter to reduce Seattle's deficit to 14-13. Myers' five field goals in Week 5 were as many as he made through the first four games of the regular season and his most in a game since Week 15 of the 2025 campaign against the Colts (six). The Seahawks are on a short week as they travel to Denver for Thursday Night Football against the Broncos, whose defense could be without starting outside cornerbacks Patrick Surtain (ankle) and Riley Moss (ribs) for a second consecutive game. Denver could also be without safety Talanoa Hufanga, who injured his ankle during the second half of the Broncos' 23-17 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Pineiro went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made all three of his extra-point tries during the 49ers' 32-29 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.

Pineiro's 52-yard field-goal try early in the third quarter went wide left, but he made up for that miss with a 44-yard field goal late in the fourth in what ended up being the game-winning kick for the 49ers. The veteran kicker has gone 5-for-8 on field-goal attempts through the first five games of the regular season, although each of those misses have come from 50-plus yards. Pineiro is also 17-for-19 on extra-point tries, and those 17 made PATs are second-most in the NFL behind Jake Bates (20). The 49ers will head back to San Francisco for Week 6 to host the Commanders on Monday, Oct. 19.

Strong took the field for 24 of the Packers' 59 offensive snaps in Sunday's 31-7 win over the Bears, finishing with five carries for seven yards and three catches for 11 yards on four targets.

Signed off the practice squad Thursday, Strong made his Packers debut three days later and ended up settling in as the No. 2 option in the backfield behind MarShawn Lloyd, who played just two more snaps but handily out-produced him (10-31-2 rushing line, one catch for six yards). Meanwhile, after committing a costly goal-line fumble in the Week 4 win over the Buccaneers, Kaleb Johnson logged just nine snaps and gained 26 yards on his seven carries. As the more capable option on passing downs, Strong looks like he could continue to work ahead of Johnson while Chris Brooks (ankle) is on injured reserve.

Ryland made all three of his extra-point attempts but missed his lone field-goal try during the Cardinals' 45-21 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Ryland failed to connect on a 53-yard field goal early in the third quarter, and the miss set the Lions up at mid field and ultimately led to a 39-yard touchdown pass from Jared Goff to Jameson Williams five plays later. Ryland has attempted one field goal or zero in three of Arizona's last four games, and both of his missed kicks this season have come from 50-plus yards. The Cardinals will travel to Los Angeles for a Week 6 NFC West showdown against the Rams on Oct. 18.

Taylor played the final two snaps of Sunday's 31-7 win over the Bears, losing two yards on a pair of kneeldowns.

Signed to a one-year, $2.5 million deal in May to serve as Jordan Love's backup, Taylor was summoned off the bench for his first snaps of the season as the Packers closed out a blowout win. So long as Love stays healthy, Taylor's appearances will be limited to garbage-time situations throughout the season.

Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday that Pitre is "week-to-week" due to a left shoulder injury that he sustained in Sunday's 26-3 win over the Titans, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Pitre appeared to go down with the injury early in the fourth quarter and was spotted with his shoulder in a sling following the game. Though the Texans haven't officially ruled him out for next Sunday's contest against the Jaguars in London, the week-to-week label suggests that Pitre will most likely sit out that contest. Rookie fifth-round selection Kamari Ramsey saw an uptick in defensive snaps following Pitre's exit, and the former could operate as the Texans' slot corner in Week 6.

Green logged one solo tackle and three pass defenses (including two interceptions) during the 49ers' 32-29 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.

Green's first interception off Sam Darnold came on the Seahawks' third offensive play of the first quarter, which set up the 49ers in the red zone and led to a two-yard touchdown pass from Brock Purdy to Mike Evans four plays later. Green picked off Darnold again on a deep pass attempt to Elijah Arroyo on Seattle's second offensive play of the third quarter, though the 49ers did not end up scoring on the ensuing drive. It was the first multi-interception game of Green's career, and the 2024 second-rounder is now up to three picks through five regular-season games after logging only one through his first two seasons. He's up to 22 tackles (14 solo) and five pass defenses heading into Week 6 against the Commanders on Monday, Oct. 19.

Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday that Montgomery (groin) is considered week-to-week, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Montgomery exited Sunday's 26-3 win over the Titans midway through the second quarter due to the groin injury and was unable to return. Based on Ryans' comments a day later, Montgomery looks to be trending toward missing his first game of the season Week 6, when the Texans travel to London to face the Jaguars on Sunday. Montgomery's expected absence in Week 6 should clear the way for Woody Marks to take on a lead role out of the Houston backfield, with Dare Ogunbowale and practice-squad members Jawhar Jordan and Deuce Vaughn representing candidates to handle depth roles. Since scoring three touchdowns on 23 touches in a Week 1 loss to the Bills, Montgomery has failed to find the end zone while being limited to 78 yards on 32 carries (2.4 average) and four catches for 48 yards over the Texans' subsequent four contests.

Carter logged five tackles (three solo), including 2.0 sacks, one pass defense and two forced fumbles during the Eagles' 19-17 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday in London.

Carter gave the Jaguars' offensive line all kinds of problems during Sunday's loss, with the fourth-year defensive lineman stripping the ball on each of his two sacks on Trevor Lawrence, though the Jaguars recovered the ball on both occasions. It was the first multi-sack game of the season for Carter and third of his career, with his last instance taking place in Week 7 of the 2024 season against the Giants. He's up to 13 tackles (seven solo), including 3.0 sacks, one pass defense and three forced fumbles through the first five games of the regular season.

MRI tests Monday confirmed that Hargrave tore his Achilles during the Packers' 31-7 win over the Bears on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

It's another brutal blow to the Packers defense, who lost linebacker Edgerrin Cooper to the same injury in Week 5 against the Buccaneers. The next step for Hargrave is season-ending surgery, and his recovery timeline could keep the veteran defensive lineman sidelined for part of the 2027 campaign. With both Hargrave and Jordon Riley (Achilles, PUP) done for the year, 2022 seventh-rounder Jonathan Ford figures to see a significant jump in snaps on the defensive line for the rest of the 2026 season.
