Meiga (undisclosed) reverted to the Panthers' injured-reserve list Monday, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.

The Panthers waived/injured Meiga on Sunday, and the wide receiver went unclaimed throughout the waiver process. Meiga will now spend the entirety of the 2026 season on injured reserve unless he is waived with an injury settlement.

Chicago waived Hudson (undisclosed) with an injury designation Monday.

In a corresponding transaction, the Bears signed wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud. Unless Hudson is claimed by another team during the current waiver period, he'll be in line to spend the entire 2026 season on Chicago's injured-reserve list.

The Bears signed McCloud to a contract Monday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

With Luther Burden (groin) and Zavion Thomas (knee) both sidelined, McCloud was signed as an additional depth piece at wide receiver. Wide receiver Kyron Hudson (undisclosed) was waived/injured in a corresponding move. McCloud will likely have to beat out fellow veteran Scotty Miller for the No. 6 receiver role in order to garner a spot on the 53-man roster.

Bobo (hamstring) was a full participant in Monday's practice, Corbin K. Smith of SI.com reports.

Bobo missed two weeks with a hamstring issue but is now back in action. The wide receiver's return means Emmanuel Henderson and Cody White will likely be fighting for the final 53-man roster spot, assuming the Seahawks once again keep six wide receivers. Bobo should slot right back into his roles as a key special-teamer and depth option for the offense.

Hyatt appeared to injure his right ankle at the end of Monday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Hyatt had a strong minicamp with the Giants and is making a push to once again be a consistent piece of the team's wide receiving corps. The 24-year-old played snaps in just eight regular-season contests in 2025, and an ankle injury would not help his chances of returning to the Giants' 53-man roster.

The Chargers waived Morrow on Monday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

In a corresponding transaction, the Chargers signed outside linebacker Andre Carter. Morrow, who went undrafted after his final season at Upper Iowa University last year, will become a free agency unless he's claimed by another team during the current waiver period.

Covey (hamstring) was a limited participant in Monday's practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.

Covey has been absent with a hamstring issue since last Wednesday, so a return to limited participation is a good sign for the punt returner's recovery. Any extended absence on Covey's part could open the door for Will Shipley or Tank Bigsby to make a case for the role of primary punt returner.

Wilson (knee) did not participate in Monday's practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.

Wilson suffered a season-ending knee injury in August 2025, but he was back on the field for the Eagles' OTAs in late May. The reoccurrence of a knee injury does not bode well, but the severity of the issue still remains unclear. Wilson was receiving some first-team wide-receiver reps before his injury, meaning his absence affords Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore additional opportunity to usurp him in the Eagles' air attack.

Thomas is dealing with knee soreness but isn't expected to miss much time, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

Thomas left Sunday's practice early with a knee injury and is day-to-day as he recovers from the issue. The wide receiver has been thrust into a more relevant role for at least the preseason after Luther Burden (groin) left Saturday's practice with a significant injury. The faster Thomas can return to the field, the more time he has to convince the coaching staff he deserves an increase in regular-season reps and targets alongside his kick-return duties.

The Texans signed Winfree to a contract Monday.

Winfree worked out with the Texans on Saturday and appears to have flashed enough to warrant a 90-man roster spot. The wide receiver spent training camp time with Houston leading up to the 2025 season as well, and it remains to be seen if the 29-year-old will do enough to make a case to eventually survive cutdown day.
