Isaiah McKenzie WR | MIA
Bills' Isaiah McKenzie: Limited participant in practice
McKenzie (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
McKenzie injured his shoulder catching a punt early in Sunday's season opener against the Steelers. The receiver was able to return to action later in the game. The Bills' starting return man's status for Sunday's game is uncertain at this point. If McKenzie is unable to play, the Bills will need to find a new return man, as McKenzie's backup, Marquez Stevenson, is on injured reserve.

Ben Skowronek WR | PIT
Rams' Ben Skowronek: No longer on injured list
Skowronek (forearm) isn't listed on the Rams' injury report Wednesday.
Skowronek was unable to play in the Rams' season opener against the Bears as he was still recovering from the forearm surgery he underwent in August. Now that he's off the injured list, the 2021 seventh-round pick will fill a depth role in the Rams' crowded receiver room. The rookie will hope to make his season debut Sunday against the Colts.

Penny Hart WR | ATL
Seahawks' Penny Hart: Puts in full practice
Hart (concussion) practiced fully Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Hart exited Sunday's season opener at Indianapolis due to a concussion, and while he was able to handle every drill at Wednesday's session, it's unclear if he's cleared all five phases of the NFL's protocol for head injuries. Until the Seahawks clarify his health, he may not progress enough to make himself available for a Week 2 matchup with the Titans.

Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Ravens' Marquise Brown: Listed as DNP on Wednesday
Brown was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice report with an ankle injury.
Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, the Ravens held a walk-through practice for their first session of the week after having just played a grueling overtime loss to the Raiders on Monday. What -- if anything -- Brown is able to do once the team retakes the field Thursday should provide added clarity with regard to his status for Sunday's game against Kansas City. The wideout logged 47 of 68 snaps on offense Week 1 and recorded six receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown.
-
Keelan Cole WR | LV
Jets' Keelan Cole: Limited at practice
Cole (knee) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record reports.
Cole was added to the injury report last Thursday and ended up being a game-time decision before being on the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 19-14 loss to the Panthers. He now looks questionable for Week 2 against the Patriots, while slot man Jamison Crowder is expected to come off the reserve/COVID-19 list at some point this week. Cole likely will be the third or fourth option at wideout if and when everyone is healthy, depending on the progress of young receivers Elijah Moore and Denzel Mims.
-
Anthony Schwartz WR | MIA
Browns' Anthony Schwartz: Limited at practice
Schwartz (knee) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Dan Labbe of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Meanwhile, head coach Kevin Stefanski has already said Odell Beckham (knee) will miss a second straight game, setting up Schwartz for a top-three role again. He was Cleveland's No. 2 receiver in terms of targets and touches last week, but in terms of playing time (53 percent snap share), he fell a distant third to Jarvis Landry (86 percent) and Donovan Peoples-Jones (80 percent). The rookie finished with 86 yards on four touches, while Peoples-Jones caught just one pass for four yards. Assuming his knee injury isn't serious, Schwartz should be involved again this Sunday against the Texans.

J.J. Arcega-Whiteside WR | ATL
Eagles' J.J. Arcega-Whiteside: Held out of practice Wednesday
Arcega-Whiteside (ankle) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.
Arcega-Whiteside departed the Eagles' season opener this past Sunday in Atlanta in the fourth quarter due to the ankle injury. Head coach Nick Sirianni considered Arcega-Whiteside day-to-day as of Monday, but the third-year wide receiver kicked off Week 2 prep with his right ankle taped and on a side field with the training staff, per Mike Kaye of The Newark Star-Ledger. Fortunately for Arcega-Whiteside, he has two more practices to prove his health before the team potentially gives him a designation for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
-
Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Titans' Josh Reynolds: Upgrades to full practice
Reynolds (foot) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
With that, he's in line to return for Week 2 at Seattle, after missing the team's season-opening blowout loss to Arizona. The Titans used slot specialist Chester Rogers as their No. 3 receiver in the contest, so Reynolds may be returning to a minimal role as an occasional sub for Julio Jones or A.J. Brown.
-
A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Limited in practice again
Brown (knees) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Just last week, Brown mentioned that his practice reps could be limited all season after he had surgeries on both knees this past winter. His Week 1 workload wasn't affected, as he caught four passes for 49 yards and a touchdown on eight targets in a 38-13 loss to Arizona. Brown played 80 percent of Tennessee's offensive snaps, including 85.5 percent prior to the fourth quarter. He'll get the Seahawks in Seattle this week, likely seeing plenty of snaps and targets regardless of his practice schedule.

Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: May need more practice time
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Wednesday that Aiyuk should see more playing time moving forward as long as he stays healthy and regularly participates in practice, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
Shanahan has repeatedly mentioned the missed practice time when asked about Aiyuk splitting snaps with Trent Sherfield in Sunday's 41-33 win over the Lions. Most recently, Aiyuk was out for a couple weeks with a hamstring injury before returning to practice last week as a full participant Wednesday through Friday. It isn't clear if his part-time role Week 1 was planned all along or not, but Aiyuk barely played in the first half (30 percent of snaps) before stepping up to a 60 percent snap share after halftime. While it sounds like he'll play Week 2 at Philadelphia, it isn't clear Aiyuk will reclaim a full-time role. Shanahan seems fond of Sherfield, telling Lombardi that Aiyuk needs to be "a lot better than the guy behind him" if he wants to return to an every-down role. Most fantasy managers took it for granted that Aiyuk was far ahead of Sherfield, but Shanahan said it wasn't a tough decision to give the latter more playing time, according to Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle. In the meantime, receiver Deebo Samuel and tight end George Kittle will be the safest bets to see steady targets in Philadelphia.
