  • Michael Gallup WR | WAS

Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Remains on IR

Gallup (calf) wasn't activated from injured reserve prior to Saturday's deadline for Week 9 roster moves, meaning he won't be available Sunday against the Broncos, the Cowboys' official site reports.

The team had been hopeful that Gallup, who last played in Week 1, might be ready to return from a left calf strain, but he'll have to wait until a Week 10 matchup with the Falcons on Nov. 14 to potentially suit up for Dallas. In Gallup's ongoing absence, fellow wideout Cedrick Wilson will continue to see added work in Dallas' passing offense.

  • John Hightower WR | LAC

Eagles' John Hightower: Joins active roster

Hightower was elevated from the practice squad Saturday.

A fifth-round pick by the Eagles back in 2019, Hightower was a surprise cut by the team this offseason only to rejoin the practice squad immediately after. The speedy wideout will make his first return to the active roster this season and could be asked to take on a special teams role to start.

  • Patriots' Kristian Wilkerson: Elevated for Sunday

Wilkerson was elevated to the active roster Saturday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Wilkerson last played in 2020 and has been on the Patriots' practice squad since trying to earn a shot to get back on the active roster. With N'Keal Harry (knee) questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Wilkerson will look to add depth to the Patriots' wide receiver group.

  • Marcell Ateman WR | BUF

Raiders' Marcell Ateman: Elevated from practice squad

Atman was added to the Raiders' active roster Saturday.

Ateman was a seventh-round selection of the Raiders in 2018 and last appeared in an NFL game for them in 2019. Heading into Sunday's game against the Giants, he'll give the team added wideout depth behind Hunter Renfrow, Bryan Edwards and Zay Jones.

  • Greg Dortch WR | BUF

Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Added to active roster

Dortch was elevated to the active roster Saturday.

Dortch will get a chance to play Sunday against the 49ers. With DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) questionable and A.J. Green on the reserve/COVID-19 list, the Cardinals could be thin at wide receiver.

  • Willie Snead WR | MIA

Panthers' Willie Snead: Bumped up from practice squad

Snead was elevated to the Panthers' active roster Saturday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Snead was signed to the Panthers' practice squad Oct. 27, just a day after his release from the Raiders. He'll likely play a limited depth role barring any injuries to the other Panthers receivers.

  • Kirk Merritt WR | NO

Dolphins' Kirk Merritt: Bumps up from practice squad

Merritt was elevated from the Dolphins' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Merritt is searching for his first game action of 2021 after this move. He also was elevated Week 6 but never saw the field. He'll give the Dolphins added Week 9 wideout depth, with DeVante Parker (shoulder/hamstring) having been placed on IR on Friday.

  • Jaguars' Laquon Treadwell: Bumped up from practice squad

The Jaguars signed Treadwell to the active roster Saturday.

Treadwell will get another chance to take the field for the Jaguars on Sunday against the Bills. The 2016 first-round selection has appeared in two games this season, playing 16 snaps with two targets and zero receptions.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Listed as questionable

Mooney (groin) is listed as questionable for Monday's matchup against the Steelers.

Mooney popped up on the injury report Thursday and was a limited participant in practice the following two days. The lack of conversation regarding Mooney's injury would seemingly indicate he'll be available for Monday's contest, but more information regarding his status should be available ahead of Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Packers' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Activated off IR

Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and is eligible to play Sunday against the Chiefs.

The Packers' receiving core is now back to full strength with Davante Adams and Allen Lazard both returning from the reserve/COVID-19 list, but they'll obviously be without star quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week. The speedy wide receiver brings a much-needed deep threat to the Packers offense, but it's unclear how different this version of the offense will be with Jordan Love slated to make his first career start.
