  • Dyami Brown WR | WAS

Football Team's Dyami Brown: Limited Thursday

Brown (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

Brown maintained his activity level on the practice field out of Washington's bye after sitting out the team's last game Week 8 due to a knee issue. With Curtis Samuel (groin) unlikely to be available Sunday versus the Buccaneers, Brown could be the other outside receiver opposite Terry McLaurin this weekend while Adam Humphries mans the slot.

  • Odell Beckham: May wait until next week to sign

Teams in contract talks with Beckham (shoulder) believe that the free-agent wideout will wait until after Sunday's slate of Week 10 games before deciding on his next landing spot, Dianna Russini of ESPN reports.

Though none of the NFL's 31 other teams were willing to put in a waiver claim for Beckham earlier this week and take on the $7.25 million remaining on his contract with Cleveland, the 29-year-old has drawn more active interest now that he's eligible to sign at a less prohibitive price. Russini reported Wednesday that Beckham has identified Kansas City, Green Bay and New Orleans as his top destinations, though the likelihood that he'll delay signing for a few more days could open the door for additional clubs to pitch their case for him to come aboard. Before being waived by the Browns, Beckham had been playing through an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder, but the injury shouldn't prevent him from passing a physical once he agrees to a deal with a team.

  • Curtis Samuel WR | BUF

Football Team's Curtis Samuel: Gets groin exam, likely out Sunday

Samuel didn't participate in Thursday's practice and instead met with doctors to receive another evaluation of his injured groin, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

While it's unclear if Samuel's appointment was a pre-scheduled arrangement or the result of a setback following Washington's bye week, his continued absence from practice more than likely means he won't be available for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. The first season of the three-year, $34.5 million deal Samuel signed with the Football Team in March has been a disaster thus far, as he's suited up in just two of Washington's first eight games while logging 26 snaps in total.

  • Michael Gallup WR | WAS

Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Remains on track to play Sunday

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said Thursday that Gallup (calf) remains on course to return from injured reserve for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Rob Phillips of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Since Gallup won't officially be a member of the 53-man roster until he's activated, the Cowboys don't have to include him on their Week 10 injury report, but McCarthy hinted that the wideout was scheduled to be a full participant in Wednesday's practice. Gallup seemingly didn't suffer any setbacks with his calf coming out of Wednesday's session, leaving McCarthy confident that the 25-year-old won't face any limitations with his snap count in his expected return to the lineup Sunday. Assuming that's the case, Gallup should slot in as the No. 3 wideout on the depth chart behind Amari Cooper (hamstring) and CeeDee Lamb.

  • Rondale Moore WR | MIN

    Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Not practicing

Moore (concussion/neck) isn't participating in Thursday's practice, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

The extent of Moore's neck injury isn't known, but clearing the five-step concussion protocol will be the first order of business for the rookie wideout in order to put himself in position to play Sunday against the Panthers. At this stage, Moore doesn't look to be on track to suit up Week 10, given that he hasn't even been able to participate in individual drills off to the side with the training staff Wednesday or Thursday. Arizona will see what progress, if any, Moore makes during Friday's practice before giving him a designation for the weekend, but the Cardinals could be prepared to head into Sunday without three key pass catchers. Though A.J. Green (illness) was reinstated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday and is poised to play Sunday, top wideout DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) hasn't practiced since missing last week's win over the 49ers, and running back Chase Edmonds -- who has 30 receptions in nine games this season -- is expected to miss multiple weeks due to a high-ankle sprain.

  • Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Not practicing Thursday

Hopkins (hamstring) wasn't in attendance for Thursday's practice, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Hopkins will thus go down as a non-participant on the injury report for the second straight day. The wideout historically hasn't needed full practice reps to gain clearance for game days, but because Hopkins sat out last week's win over the 49ers with the hamstring injury, the Cardinals may want to see him get back on the field in some capacity Friday to allow him to suit up Sunday against the Panthers. Along with Hopkins, starting quarterback Kyler Murray (ankle) missed last week's game and has yet to resume practicing, leaving the statuses of both of Arizona's offensive stars up in the air for Week 10.

  • John Hightower WR | LAC

John Hightower: Reverts to practice squad

Hightower reverted to the Philadelphia practice squad Wednesday.

Hightower played two offensive snaps and nine special teams snaps Sunday. After catching 10 passes for 167 yards in 2020, the 25-year-old wide receiver has yet to make an impact this year.

  • Chris Godwin WR | TB

Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Not practicing Thursday

Godwin (foot) isn't in attendance for Thursday's practice and is expected to be listed as a non-participant on the team's official report, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

With Godwin having now missed two practices in a row following the Buccaneers' Week 9 bye, his status for Sunday's game in Washington looks to be up in the air. Before giving him an official designation heading into the weekend, the Buccaneers will see what, if anything, Godwin can do during the team's final practice of the week Friday. Tampa Bay could have a depleted pass-catching group in Week 10, as all of Godwin, Antonio Brown (ankle) and Rob Gronkowski (back) look at risk of missing the contest.

  • Cowboys' Cedrick Wilson: Misses practice again

Wilson (shoulder) isn't participating in Thursday's practice, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Wilson's shoulder injury will keep him off the field for the second day in a row and leaves his status for Sunday's game against the Falcons in question heading into Dallas' final practice of the week Friday. Even if Wilson gains clearance to play this weekend, he could be in line for a smaller role within the Dallas receiving corps. Michael Gallup (calf) appears on pace to return from injured reserve this week and end his seven-game absence, and he could immediately displace Wilson as the team's No. 3 wideout behind Amari Cooper (hamstring) and CeeDee Lamb.

  • Kristian Wilkerson: Heads to practice squad

Wilkerson reverted to the Patriots' practice squad Monday, per the team's official Twitter account.

Wilkerson was elevated for New England's Week 9 contest against the Panthers, but the wideout didn't see much game action. Wilkerson played on just four offensive snaps and five special-teams snaps in the contest.
