Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN
Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Ineffective against Denver
Chase recorded one reception on four targets for three yards in Sunday's 15-10 win over the Broncos.
This matchup was a defensive struggle from start to finish, but even given that context, Chase posted a disappointing line. Volume was down for nearly every Cincinnati receiver, but Chase's inability to break free for big gains -- a skill that was the key to his early-season production -- remains a concern. Across his last seven games, he's managed only two receptions of at least 20 yards. In that same span, he's averaged only 3.7 receptions and 40.6 receiving yards per game.

Courtland Sutton WR | DEN
Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Can't produce with seven targets
Sutton recorded two receptions on seven targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Bengals.
Sutton led the team with seven targets, but he managed to finish only fourth on the team in both yards and receptions. Notably, he was targeted only twice in the second half with Drew Lock the primary quarterback after Teddy Bridgewater exited with a concussion. Regardless of who is under center in Denver, Sutton has been a large disappointment across the last seven games as he hasn't recorded more than two receptions or topped 40 yards in that span.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Won't return to SNF
Godwin (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Saints.
Godwin tried to test out the injury he suffered in the second quarter, but he was subsequently ruled out at halftime along with Mike Evans (hamstring). With the top two wide receivers done for the night, the Buccaneers have just Tyler Johnson, Scotty Miller and Jaelon Darden left at the position.
-
Mike Evans WR | SF
Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Done for night
Evans (hamstring) won't return to Sunday's game against the Saints.
Evans was ruled out at halftime after previously being deemed doubtful to return in the second quarter. Chris Godwin (knee) was also ruled out, leaving the Buccaneers with just Tyler Johnson, Scotty Miller and Jaelon Darden at wide receiver for the remainder of the game. Given the tricky nature of soft tissue injuries, Evans could be out in Week 16 against the Panthers and beyond, though it's too early to tell whether that will be the case.

Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: One catch in win
Aiyuk had one reception (two targets) for 36 yards in Sunday's 31-13 win over the Falcons.
Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel (4-60-0) appeared to flip their recent roles in the pass game, with the latter maintaining his role as a backfield threat (6-29-1 rushing). At least Aiyuk was able to break off his lone touch for 36 yards one week after putting his YAC skills on display with a game-ending touchdown in overtime against the Bengals. Despite the low output Sunday, the 23-year-old remains a fantasy-relevant option with averages of 4.1 receptions and 63.4 yards with three total touchdowns over his last seven contests. The 49ers will take on the Titans, who currently surrender the 31st-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this year, on Thursday.

Tyler Boyd WR | TEN
Bengals' Tyler Boyd: Scores long touchdown
Boyd recorded five receptions on six targets for 96 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 15-10 win over the Broncos.
Boyd led Cincinnati's receivers in targets, yards and receptions, marking a rare occasion that he worked ahead of Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. He did the majority of his damage on a 56-yard touchdown catch late in the third quarter when he caught a ball deep down the sideline and weaved his way to the middle of the field and into the end zone. After struggling to hold a consistent role in the offense to begin the campaign, Boyd has now logged at least four receptions in four of his last five games.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Hurts knee against Saints
Godwin (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints.
Godwin was active before getting hurt in the second quarter, catching six of seven targets for 49 yards. He got hit in the knee while making the sixth catch. Godwin immediately made his way to the medical tent and was later spotted testing the knee out by running on the sideline. With fellow wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) doubtful to return, Tom Brady's working with a depleted group of pass-catchers.
-
Mike Evans WR | SF
Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Return doubtful
Evans (hamstring) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Saints.
Evans suffered the injury in the second quarter. He caught his only target for 14 yards prior to getting hurt. With Chris Godwin (knee) questionable to return, the Buccaneers could be significantly shorthanded at wide receiver for the remainder of the night.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling WR | LAC
Packers' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Big game Sunday
Valdes-Scantling caught five of seven targets for 98 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-30 win over the Ravens.
Valdes-Scantling enjoyed one of his best performances of the season on a day when top wideout Davante Adams was limited to just 44 yards. Along with matching Adams' team-leading target tally, Valdes-Scantling went for long gains of 31 and 25 yards, with the latter catch coming on a third-and-nine play to begin the fourth quarter. Fittingly, Valdes-Scantling then scored from 11 yards to cap that series, marking his third touchdown of the campaign. After Sunday's encouraging outing, Valdes-Scantling will strive to keep his momentum going in Week 16 versus the Browns.

Denzel Mims WR | DAL
Jets' Denzel Mims: Another catchless game
Mims didn't catch any of his three targets in Sunday's 31-24 loss to the Dolphins.
Mims left the game due to cramps but was able to make his return. He has just one catch in three games since returning from the reserve/COVID-19 list, so Mims' lack of production overshadows the allure of New York's favorable Week 16 matchup against Jacksonville.
