  • Nelson Agholor WR | BAL

Patriots' Nelson Agholor: In concussion protocol

The Patriots listed Agholor as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice due to a concussion.

Agholor exited in the third quarter of Saturday's loss to the Colts with what the team termed as a head injury, but it wasn't until the release of the team's first Week 16 practice report that it was revealed the wideout had entered the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. He'll now have two more opportunities to potentially fit in some on-field work before the Patriots host the Bills on Sunday, but even if Agholor upgrades to limited or full practice activity by Friday, he'll still need to gain clearance from an independent neurologist in order to play. Along with Agholor, Kendrick Bourne (illness) also is at risk of sitting out Week 16 after testing positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, so the Patriots' wideout corps could be more shorthanded than usual.

  • Bears' Marquise Goodwin: Limited at walkthrough

Goodwin (foot) was a limited participant at Wednesday's walkthrough.

This marks the second time Goodwin has been listed as limited on a Bears practice report since picking up a foot injury during a Thanksgiving Day win at Detroit. It's unclear if he's closing in on ending a three-game absence, but his activity on the field Thursday and Friday may provide some insight into his potential to return Sunday in Seattle.

  • Jaguars' Laviska Shenault: Nursing shoulder, foot issues

Shenault didn't practice Wednesday due to shoulder and foot injuries.

Shenault presumably picked up the injuries during Sunday's loss to the Texans while totaling four catches for 39 yards and one carry for 10 yards. The 23-year-old may need to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have a chance of suiting up this weekend versus the Jets.

  • N'Keal Harry TE | SEA

Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Limited by hip injury

New England listed Harry as a limited participant in Wednesday's practice with a hip injury.

Harry exited early in the Patriots' Week 15 loss to the Colts after he appeared to take a hit to the head, but New England is listing him on its first Week 16 report with a different health concern. The fact that Harry was on the field in any capacity to begin the week is a promising sign that the hip issue won't keep him from playing Sunday against the Bills. Meanwhile, Nelson Agholor (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday and Kendrick Bourne (illness) was added to the reserve/COVID-19 list, so Harry could be in store for a larger role than normal Sunday if one or both of the other two wideouts aren't available to play.

  • Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Logs limited walkthrough

St. Brown (concussion) was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough.

St. Brown suffered a concussion during the Packers' Week 14 win against the Bears. He didn't practice at all last week and was listed as limited on Tuesday's estimated practice report, so Wednesday's activity marked his first on-field work since picking up the injury. Clearly, he's making progress through the protocol for head injuries, but St. Brown likely has a few phases to complete before he officially gains clearance to play, which may make it difficult for him to be available Saturday versus the Browns.

  • Rondale Moore WR | MIN

Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Doesn't practice Wednesday

Moore (ankle) didn't participate in practice Wednesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

After Moore left this past Sunday's loss at Detroit due to an ankle injury, he underwent an MRI on Monday. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury touched on the rookie wide receiver's condition Tuesday, calling him day-to-day, per Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com. Moore isn't expected to do much, if any, on-field work this week, which seemingly means the Cardinals will give him a designation on their final Week 16 practice report Thursday.

  • Jalen Guyton WR | LV

Chargers' Jalen Guyton: Lands on COVID list

Guyton (illness) has been placed on the reserve-COVID-19 list, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

Guyton joins a growing list of Chargers on the list, and if he's unable to gain clearance to play Sunday against the Texans, Joshua Palmer would be a candidate for added snaps alongside Keenan Allen and Mike Williams.

  • Jets' Jamison Crowder: Absent with calf injury

Crowder missed Wednesday's practice with a calf injury, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

It's a new issue for the veteran slot receiver, who has dealt with more than his fair share of lower-body injuries over the year. Crowder has been healthy of late, however, with his poor numbers at least partially caused by New York's dreadful QB play. An absence from this Sunday's game against Jacksonville would leave more snaps and targets for backup slot Braxton Berrios.

  • Curtis Samuel WR | BUF

Football Team's Curtis Samuel: Not practicing

Samuel (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.

Samuel didn't practice at all last week and was inactive for Tuesday's loss to the Eagles. He'll likely have a limited role even if he does make it back this Sunday in Dallas, having struggled with a groin injury for most of the season and now bothered by his hamstring.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Lions' Josh Reynolds: Still limited at practice

Reynolds was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a thigh injury.

Reynolds capped last week with back-to-back limited sessions and was handed a questionable designation for this past Sunday's game against Arizona. He proceeded to suit up and handle a slightly reduced workload (63 percent of offensive snaps) on his way to hauling in all six of his targets for 68 yards and one touchdown in the 30-12 win. Reynolds will have two more chances this week to bump up to full activity, or else he'll risk entering another weekend with a game-day designation.
