Wright suffered a knee injury during Saturday's 27-0 loss to the Jets, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Wright will have his knee evaluated this week and more information on his status will likely be provided in the coming days. The wide receiver is battling for an active roster spot as a depth option behind the likes of Adam Thielen and DJ Chark, amongst others.

Mingo started Saturday's 27-0 preseason loss to the Jets but wasn't targeted.

Mingo played the team's first three drives along with starting quarterback Bryce Young as well as veteran receivers Adam Thielen and DJ Chark. The rookie second-round pick didn't get onto the stat sheet, but Mingo was far from the only player to struggle in this lethargic performance from Carolina's offense. Mingo's usage as a top-three wide receiver out of the gate is encouraging, and he'll look to convert that playing time into production in the next preseason game against the Giants as he looks to hold off Terrace Marshall on the depth chart.

Coach Pete Carroll said Saturday that Eskridge (suspension) sustained a "legit sprain" in his right knee during Thursday's preseason game against the Vikings, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Eskridge suffered the injury while covering a kickoff Thursday. Carroll added that his recovery "could be a few weeks," which, if it comes to pass, will keep him out for the Seahawks' final two exhibitions. Eskridge also faces a six-game suspension to start the season for violating the personal conduct policy, so Seattle may not have his services again until Week 8 against the Browns.

Flowers is slated to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Eagles, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Flowers, a rookie first-round pick, has flashed during his first training camp and is vying for a starting spot in a wideout corps that includes Odell Beckham and Rashod Bateman (foot). Lamar Jackson and most of Baltimore's other starters won't be playing in Saturday's exhibition, so Flowers should be one of the top targets during his first NFL game action, though he'll probably be limited to only a few series.

Smith isn't in line to play in Saturday's preseason contest at Baltimore, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Both Smith and A.J. Brown aren't available to the Eagles offense, leaving wide receiver in the hands of Quez Watkins, Olamide Zaccheaus and Devon Allen, among others. Smith's next chance for exhibition action will occur this coming Thursday against the Browns.

Brown isn't expected to play in Saturday's preseason game in Baltimore, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The Eagles starters aren't available for the team's exhibition opener, meaning Brown and DeVonta Smith will yield wide receiver reps to the likes of Quez Watkins, Olamide Zaccheaus and Devon Allen. Brown's next opportunity for game action is this coming Thursday versus the Browns.

Robinson wasn't targeted during Friday's 27-17 preseason win over the Buccaneers.

Robinson worked with the starters during Friday's matchup but wasn't targeted during his first game action with his new club. However, all three of Pittsburgh's top receivers played under 10 snaps, so there weren't many targets to go around early in the game. Robinson has been working from the slot during training camp, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him operate with the starting offense early in the regular season.

Beckham isn't in line to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Eagles, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Beckham's debut as a Raven will have to wait until Monday, Aug. 21 in Washington, at the earliest. Baltimore's offense also will be without Nelson Agholor in its exhibition opener, and Rashod Bateman seems unlikely to play after the team activated him from the active/PUP list Wednesday, which would leave rookie first-round pick Zay Flowers, Devin Duvernay, Laquon Treadwell, James Proche and Tylan Wallace as some of the options at wide receiver.

Wayne didn't practice Saturday due to a leg injury, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

A rookie UDFA out of Pittsburgh, Wayne played 16 snaps (12 offensive) during Thursday's preseason win over the Patriots and caught his only target for 19 yards. However, the 6-foot-3 wideout presumably tweaked his leg during the contest and will miss some time. If he doesn't return to practice over the next few days, Wayne likely won't be able to suit up for next Saturday's exhibition against the Dolphins.

Tampa Bay signed Johnson on Saturday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports repots.

Johnson, a rookie UDFA out of Southeastern Louisiana, started his NFL career with the Vikings, but he was let go Monday. At 6-foot-4 with a 4.57 40-yard dash, Johnson has the size and speed to play at the NFL level, but he's new to the wideout position, as he played quarterback in college. The 23-year-old figures to have an uphill battle to land a Week 1 roster spot with Tampa Bay.
