Dorsett is slated to be released by the Raiders on Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Dorsett spent the entire offseason in Las Vegas, but he won't remain part of Jimmy Garoppolo's receiving corps as the deadline to cut down to a 53-man roster quickly approaches. The 30-year-old veteran secured 20 of 40 targets for 257 yards and a touchdown in 15 appearances with the Texans last season. He should be able to secure a depth spot elsewhere in the league.

Covey was waived by the Eagles on Tuesday, John Clark reports.

Covey's exit comes as a bit of a surprise after he appeared in 17 games with the team last season. He was in the mix for a depth receiver role as well as return duties. The Utah product should be considered a likely candidate for the practice squad and someone who could possibly still find his way to the 53-man roster.

Jackson was waived by the Vikings on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Jackson spent 2022 on the team's practice squad, and that's likely where he'll end up again if he is to remain with the franchise. The Syracuse product was rumored to be having a strong camp and at one point even earned first-team reps in practice, so a return there seems possible.

Coach Brian Daboll said the Giants will activate Robinson (knee) from the active/PUP list, with the expectation that he'll take part in Tuesday's practice, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Robinson has been sidelined since tearing the ACL in his right knee Week 11 of last season, an injury for which he underwent surgery Dec. 14. He was running routes in practice last Tuesday, and he now will mix into drills exactly one week later as he sets his sights on being ready for the Giants' 2023 opener. Once he's able to suit up, he'll join a receiving corps that also features Isaiah Hodgins, Darius Slayton, Parris Campbell, Sterling Shepard and rookie Jalin Hyatt.

Allen was waived by the Eagles on Tuesday, Mike Garafolo reports.

Allen was once again unable to crack the 53-man roster in his second training camp with Philadelphia. After spending last season on its practice squad, he's a candidate to end up there again, according to Garafolo.

Isabella has been cut by the Bills, Sal Maiorana of the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reports.

The former Arizona Cardinal had some bright spots in the preseason, but in the end the Bills will go with other "maybes" such as Trent Sherfield and Justin Shorter to fill out their wide receiver room. Isabella offers enough speed and kick return ability that he's probably not out of NFL chances.

Wilson and the Dolphins agreed Tuesday to a reworked contract that will keep him on the roster, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Wilson's name was brought up in trade speculation all offseason, but by agreeing to a reduced salary he earns a chance to prove himself in Miami after his disappointing 2022 campaign. Per Jonathan Jones of CBSSports.com, Wilson is lowering his base salary to $2 million but will get a $3 million signing bonus and incentives that can boost his total salary up to $7.25 million. The restructure frees up roughly $3 million in cap space for Miami, potentially signaling a forthcoming move by the team as the 4 p.m. EDT deadline for Indianapolis to decide whether Jonathan Taylor (ankle) will begin the season on the PUP list -- or trade him to another team to make that decision -- looms.

Wayne will be waived by the Texans on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Wayne joined the team this spring as an undrafted free agent out of Pitt, but he missed time in camp due to a leg injury, which may have derailed his quest to make the 53-man roster. According to Wilson, the 22-year-old is a strong candidate to find his way onto Houston's practice squad.

Lazard (shoulder) will practice Tuesday, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.

Lazard had been dealing with an AC joint injury in his shoulder, but the wideout's return to the practice field Tuesday has him in line to be available come Week 1. As the coming season approaches, Lazard is projected to be a key cog in a Jets receiving corps that will be led by Garrett Wilson and which also includes Mecole Hardman and Randall Cobb.

Rodgers was waived by the Colts on Tuesday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Rodgers' difficulties with catching on with a club since being selected in the third round of the 2021 Draft by the Packers will continue. The Clemson product joined the team in early August after being let go by the Texans. The 23-year-old secured 12 of 17 targets for 154 yards and a touchdown for Houston last season in six contests, while catching four of eight targets for 50 yards in 10 contests with Green Bay during the 2022 campaign.
