  • Vikings' Justin Jefferson: To be re-evaluated in four weeks

Jefferson is expected to miss four-to-six weeks with a hamstring injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Jefferson was placed on injured reserve this week and will be forced to miss Minnesota's next four games as a result. That said, the front end of this timeline doesn't come as much of a surprise. However, Jefferson will have imaging done in four weeks to determine when he can return, so activation from IR when he is immediately eligible appears unlikely. K.J. Osborn, Jordan Addison and Brandon Powell should all have the chance to step up in Jefferson's absence.

  • Jalen Reagor WR | MIA

Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Moved up from practice squad

The Patriots elevated Reagor from the practice squad Saturday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The move comes with JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Demario Douglas (concussion) both ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Raiders. Reagor was called up for Week 2 against the Dolphins but didn't end up seeing any snaps in the game.

  • Seahawks' Cody Thompson: Bumped up from practice squad

The Seahawks elevated Thompson to the active roster Saturday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Thompson was activated for Week 4 against the Giants and caught his only target for 10 yards while playing six offensive snaps and 11 snaps on special teams. He could see the field Sunday against the Bengals, with Dareke Young (groin) on IR and Dee Eskridge continuing to serve his suspension.

  • Noah Brown WR | WAS

Texans' Noah Brown: Available for Sunday

Brown (groin) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.

Brown played 49 offensive snaps Week 1 before suffering a groin injury that landed him on injured reserve. The emergence of Tank Dell (concussion) might make the former Cowboys wide receiver less of a factor upon his return, but the Texans do have multiple receivers in Dell and Robert Woods (ribs) listed as questionable for Sunday's contest.

  • Quez Watkins WR | PHI

Eagles' Quez Watkins: Placed on IR

The Eagles placed Watkins (hamstring) on injured reserve Saturday.

Watkins returned from a two-game absence last Sunday and logged 65 percent of Philadelphia's offensive snaps against the Rams, recording two catches on three targets for four yards. However, he appears to have aggravated his hamstring injury and will now need to sit out at least four contests. Olamide Zaccheaus will likely get another opportunity to work as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver while Watkins is sidelined.

  • Patriots' Tyquan Thornton: Activated off IR

Thornton (shoulder) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup versus the Raiders, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The Patriots will likely need Thornton to make his season debut with JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Demario Douglas (concussion) both not playing Sunday. Thornton, a second-year wideout, tallied only 22 catches for 247 yards and two touchdowns across 13 games last season, but he's a home-run threat for an offense that is desperate for some big-play potential.

  • Tanner Conner TE | NYG

Dolphins' Tanner Conner: Promoted to active roster

The Dolphins elevated Conner to the active roster Saturday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

Conner signed with the Dolphins' practice squad Aug. 31 after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He could see some snaps on special teams if he plays Sunday against the Panthers.

  • Devon Allen WR | PHI

Eagles' Devon Allen: Gets call-up from practice squad

The Eagles elevated Allen from the practice squad Saturday.

The move corresponds with wide receiver Quez Watkins (hamstring) being placed on injured reserve Friday. This is the second time Allen has been elevated from the practice squad this season. He played Week 3 against the Buccaneers, when he saw 11 snaps on special teams and had a 17-yard punt return.

  • Jaelon Darden WR | SEA

Browns' Jaelon Darden: Elevated by Browns

The Browns elevated Darden to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday's matchup with the 49ers, Brad Stainbrook of 247Sports.com reports.

Darden spent the first five weeks of the regular season on Cleveland's practice squad, but he is now in line to suit up for the first time. While the pass catcher will be available to provide depth at receiver, his primary role will presumably be contributing on special teams.

  • Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Back to practice squad

Humphries reverted back to the Broncos' practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.

The Broncos elevated Humphries to their active roster for Thursday's loss to the Chiefs. He ultimately saw 12 offensive snaps (24 percent). The depth receiver has four receptions for 26 yards and one touchdown in six games this season. He will now continue to put in work at practice and await another opportunity to be called up.
