DK Metcalf WR | PIT
Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Considered a game-time decision
Metcalf (ribs/hip) is listed as questionable and viewed by coach Pete Carroll as a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with Arizona, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Metcalf has been playing through a rib injury since Week 2, with practice restrictions never previously putting his game-day availability in danger. The outlook is at least slightly different this time around, presumably because he added a hip injury during last week's 17-13 loss to Cincinnati. He did rejoin the contest in short order, and his return to a limited practice Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday sets up a game-time call ahead of the 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday. He'll face a vulnerable pass defense if he suits up, while an absence could mean more playing time for any and all of WRs Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Jake Bobo and TEs Noah Fant, Will Dissly and Colby Parkinson.

Demario Douglas WR | NE
Patriots' Demario Douglas: Questionable for Sunday's game
Douglas (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills after practicing in a limited fashion this week, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
The same goes for JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion), though given that the duo practiced all week, there's a decent chance both will be available for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, pending clearance from the NFL's concussion protocol. Through five games, Douglas -- who was inactive Week 6 -- has caught 10 of his 17 targets for 143 yards, a rate of production that has limited his fantasy utility to deeper formats. That said, it wouldn't be too surprising to see the 2023 sixth-rounder's profile in the offense increase in the coming weeks with New England's record currently standing at 1-5.

JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Patriots' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Questionable for Week 7
Smith-Schuster (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills after practicing in a limited fashion this week, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
The same goes for fellow WR Demario Douglas (concussion), with the Patriots having listed 16 players as questionable for the contest. Assuming Smith-Schuster clears the NFL's concussion protocol, he figures to be available this weekend, though his Week 7 status may not be officially confirmed until the team's inactives are posted ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. In the event that Smith-Schuster does return from his one-game absence, he'd profile as a speculative fantasy option in PPR formats. Through five outings to date, Smith-Schuster has recorded 14 catches for 86 yards and no touchdowns on 25 targets.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Not seen at practice
Samuel (shoulder) doesn't appear to be practicing Friday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
He could technically still make an appearance after the media-access portion concludes, but it's much more likely Samuel simply will be held out for a second straight day. Coach Kyle Shanahan deemed the wide receiver day-to-day at the beginning of the week ahead of preparations for a Monday night matchup with Minnesota.

Tim Jones WR | JAC
Jaguars' Tim Jones: Two catches Week 7
Jones caught both his targets for 17 yards during Thursday's 31-24 win against the Saints.
The 25-year-old worked as Jacksonville's No. 4 wideout and played 14 of 56 offensive snaps. Jones hasn't significantly benefitted from Zay Jones' (knee) continued absence and is unlikely to have much of a role in the passing game going forward.

Tyler Lockett WR | LV
Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Good to go
Lockett (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Arizona, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
DK Metcalf, meanwhile, is listed as questionable with hip and rib injuries. Lockett doesn't have much room for snap/route growth but would project for a larger share of Seattle's targets in the event of a Metcalf absence. The Cardinals rank bottom 10 in a slew of pass-defense stats and have injury issues in the secondary to boot.

DK Metcalf WR | PIT
Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Listed as questionable
Metcalf (ribs/hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Bob Condotta of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
Metcalf has been playing through a rib injury since Week 2 but might actually be in danger of missing a game after he picked up a hip injury during last Sunday's 17-13 loss at Cincinnati. It sounds like he's at least attempting to practice Friday after sitting out the first two sessions of the week. If Metcalf ends up inactive ahead of the 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday, the Seahawks could give Jaxon Smith-Njigba more playing time, especially on the perimeter. Other adjustments might include increased use of multi-TE formations and/or a significant role increase for No. 4 WR Jake Bobo.
-
Justin Watson WR | HOU
Chiefs' Justin Watson: Won't suit up Week 7
Watson (elbow) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that Watson likely won't have to go on injured reserve, but the wide receiver was never really in contention to suit up Sunday, as he failed to practice in any capacity after sustaining an elbow injury in last Thursday's 19-8 win over Denver. Watson's next chance to suit up will come in a Week 8 rematch with the Broncos.
-
DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: No injury designation
Smith (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Miami.
There was some concern earlier this week when he was held out of Wednesday's practice, but the Eagles were comfortable with what they saw from Smith in limited sessions Thursday and Friday. While the recent addition of Julio Jones could eventually give the Eagles a No. 3 receiver who takes on a decent share of targets, it'll likely be Smith, A.J. Brown and Dallas Goedert (groin) leading the way Sunday night.

Jamal Agnew WR | ATL
Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: Four catches in win
Agnew caught four of six targets for 36 yards and rushed once for minus-1 yard during Thursday's 31-24 win over the Saints. He also returned one punt for nine yards.
The 28-year-old played 51 percent of Jacksonville's offensive snaps with Zay Jones (knee) inactive and finished third on the team in receptions and receiving yards. Agnew has catches in just three of six games this season, but he has four receptions in two of those three contests.
