Tyreek Hill WR | MIA
Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Limited by Chiefs
Hill recorded eight receptions on 10 targets for 62 yards in Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Chiefs.
Hill earned doubled-digit targets for the fourth consecutive game, though he could not deliver his typical big plays. He averaged only 7.8 yards per catch and failed to record a reception of at least 20 yards for the first time since Week 2. While it was a disappointing performance, Hill maintains an excellent floor due to his consistent volume in the Miami offense.

Samori Toure WR | PHI
Packers' Samori Toure: Inactive Sunday
Toure (coach's decision) will not play Sunday against the Rams, Mike Spofford of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver played in the Packers' first seven games of the season but his snap count fell from a peak of 30 in Week 3 to less than 10 the last three games. Toure has five catches for 62 yards this season. The 2022 seventh-round pick is not a contributor on special teams either.

Kayshon Boutte WR | NE
Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Inactive Sunday
Boutte (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Though Kendrick Bourne (knee/IR) and DeVante Parker (concussion) are out Sunday, Boutte won't suit up in Week 9. As a result, the Patriots' WR corps versus Washington will feature Demario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Jalen Reagor and Tyquan Thornton.

Jalen Nailor WR | LV
Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Won't return this week
Nailor (hamstring ) is inactive Sunday against the Falcons.
Nailor was activated from injured reserve this week and was able to log consecutive full practices, but he won't suit up against Atlanta. His next opportunity to play will be Week 10 against the Saints.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Good to go for Week 9
Nacua (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Packers, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Though Nacua will suit up after he was a limited participant in practice throughout the week due to knee swelling, he'll be on the receiving end of passes from Brett Rypien, who is making just his fourth career NFL start and first with the Rams while top quarterback Matthew Stafford (thumb) is sidelined with a UCL sprain. With Rypien under center, the Rams could opt for a more run-heavy game plan that could lower the fantasy ceilings of Nacua and Los Angeles' other pass catchers in Week 9.

Tyquan Thornton WR | KC
Patriots' Tyquan Thornton: Suits up Sunday
Thornton (foot) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Thornton was added to the Patriots' injury report Friday after being limited due to a foot issue, but he'll be available Sunday, while Kendrick Bourne (knee/IR) and DeVante Parker (concussion) won't be. With that in mind, Thornton has a chance to reclaim a role in the team's offense after being a healthy scratch last weekend, but what sort of volume he might see in Week 9 is unclear, with Demario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Jalen Reagor also in the WR mix Sunday.

Greg Dortch WR | DET
Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Will play Sunday
Dortch (ankle) is active Sunday against the Browns.
Dortch will return after a one-game absence, boosting Arizona's special teams unit, where he operates as the return man. The 25-year-old has only one target on the season.
-
Michael Wilson WR | ARI
Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Not suiting up Sunday
Wilson (shoulder) is listed as inactive Sunday at Cleveland.
A shoulder injury didn't allow Wilson to practice at all during Week 9 prep, and the rookie third-round pick now will miss the first game of his career. With Wilson in street clothes, the Cardinals may rely even more on top wide receiver Marquise Brown and tight end Trey McBride in the passing game, but WRs Rondale Moore, Zach Pascal, Greg Dortch (ankle) and Andre Baccellia also are candidates for additional reps.

Justin Jefferson WR | MIN
Vikings' Justin Jefferson: Return date uncertain
It's not clear if Jefferson (hamstring) will return from injured reserve when first eligible next week, as Jefferson still has to meet with doctors to determine his next step and the team hasn't made its plans clear, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Head coach Kevin O'Connell said he did not yet have the information about a potential return when asked Friday, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
There's been very little information about Jefferson's progress from a hamstring injury. His return is also clouded by both his contract situation (he enters the final year of his contract in 2024) and Minnesota's playoff outlook after the season-ending Achilles injury to Kirk Cousins. We'll likely know more early next week when the Vikings face a decision whether to start his return window from injured reserve so that he could possibly play as early as Nov. 12. The bottom line for fantasy managers is it's not a guarantee he'll be back in Week 10.

Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN
Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Returns to Sunday's game
Waddle checked back into Sunday's game against the Chiefs in Frankfurt, Germany after exiting earlier in the first quarter with a left knee injury, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Waddle had been deemed questionable to return to the contest after he left the game following the Dolphins' second play from scrimmage when his knee appeared to get rolled up on during a Raheem Mostert rush attempt. The third-year wideout missed the rest of the Dolphins' opening possession, but after being evaluated on the sideline in the medical tent, he was cleared to check back into the game for the second play of the Dolphins' second offensive drive.
