Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN
Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Labeled day-to-day with back injury
Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said Monday that Chase is day-to-day with a back injury, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
Though Chase handled a typical snap share (90 percent) on offense on his way to finishing with four catches for 41 yards on eight targets in Sunday's 24-18 win over the Bills, Taylor said the receiver was playing through a back issue that got worse as the game went along. Taylor added that Chase is still feeling sore Monday and noted that the 23-year-old may get a day off of practice to begin Week 10 prep. At this stage, Taylor hasn't committed to Chase being cleared ahead of next Sunday's game against the Texans, so his practice activity will bear watching in the days to come.

Ben Skowronek WR | PIT
Rams' Ben Skowronek: Goes for negative yardage
Skowronek rushed once for minus-2 yards during Sunday's 20-3 loss to the Packers.
A week removed from his first career receiving touchdown, Skowronek saw an uptick in usage with 15 snaps on offense, tripling his total from last week. The added usage didn't translate on the stat sheet, as the third-year veteran had just one touch on offense while committing a hold on a punt return that pushed the Rams back to their own 10-yard line. The Rams have a bye in Week 10 before hosting the Seahawks in Week 11, and Skowronek will almost assuredly continue to function as a depth piece barring a rash of injuries to the players ahead of him in the pecking order.

Dyami Brown WR | WAS
Commanders' Dyami Brown: Puts up 33 yards
Brown caught two of four targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Patriots.
Brown took advantage of a small bump in playing time with Curtis Samuel (foot) inactive, though Jamison Crowder was the primary replacement in the slot and got 14 more snaps than Brown (37-23). Brown and Byron Pringle should continue rotating in Week 10 at Seattle, but neither is likely to see more than three or four targets.
-
Jamison Crowder WR | WAS
Commanders' Jamison Crowder: Catches four passes
Crowder caught four of six targets for 23 yards in a 20-17 win over the Patriots on Sunday.
Crowder was unable to match his unexpected outburst (7-95-1) from the week prior, though he did play more snaps (47 percent) with Curtis Samuel inactive due to a foot injury. Dyami Brown and Byron Pringle also helped to fill Samuel's shoes, and that may be the case again Week 10 at Seattle if Samuel misses another game.

Tutu Atwell WR | MIA
Rams' Tutu Atwell: Ties for team lead in targets
Atwell secured four of seven targets for 13 yards during Sunday's 20-3 loss to the Packers.
The speedster saw as many targets in this contest as he had in his last three games combined, but with Brett Rypien under center instead of Matthew Stafford (thumb), Atwell posted his lowest yardage total since Week 5. The Rams have a bye week next on the docket in Week 10, which will give Stafford time to heal his sprained thumb. If Rypien is still starting for the Rams in Week 11 against the Seahawks, it'll be hard for fantasy managers to trust any Rams pass catcher, let alone Atwell, who hasn't produced more than 31 receiving yards in a game since all the way back in Week 3 against the Bengals.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Practicing Monday
Samuel (shoulder) was on the field for the 49ers' informal practice session Monday and appeared to have no limitations while going through individual and group drills, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
The 49ers won't have to reveal their first Week 10 practice report until Wednesday, but because of its Week 9 bye, the team was able to get an early start on prepping for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Based on video provided by Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com during the portion of Monday's session that was open to the media, Samuel was in uniform and appeared to be moving at full speed while running routes, a sign that he could be ready to return to action this weekend following a two-game absence due to a hairline fracture of his left shoulder. Samuel's potential return would provide a lift to a struggling 49ers offense that was held to 17 points in each of its last three games before the bye week.
-
Alec Pierce WR | IND
Colts' Alec Pierce: No receptions in win
Pierce did not have a catch despite two targets in Sunday's win at Carolina.
Pierce played on all 61 of the offense's snaps but wasn't involved as the Colts didn't need to pass deep after taking an early lead. He continues to get a heavy workload as a starting wide receiver but little production as Indy's main deep threat.
-
Isaiah McKenzie WR | MIA
Colts' Isaiah McKenzie: Two receptions in win
McKenzie had two receptions for 12 yards on three targets in Sunday's win at Carolina. He also had three punt returns for an 11-yard average.
McKenzie played a season-high 24 snaps on offense with Josh Downs leaving with a knee injury. McKenzie would likely be the starting slot receiver Sunday against the Patriots in Germany if Downs were to miss the game.

Damiere Byrd WR | BUF
Falcons' Damiere Byrd: Plays 19 offensive snaps in debut
Byrd didn't record a catch on two targets during Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Vikings.
With Drake London (groin) sidelined, Byrd was elevated from the practice squad for the first time this year and made his season debut. Both of Byrd's targets were deep shots and one was intercepted. Across 14 appearances last year, Byrd caught 13 of 23 targets for 268 yards (20.6 YPC) and two scores. He'll have a chance to replicate those occasional big-play numbers if London and Mack Hollins (ankle) are sidelined moving forward, but Byrd doesn't need to be on fantasy radars in standard leagues.

Van Jefferson WR | WAS
Falcons' Van Jefferson: Struggles to make positive impact
Jefferson caught one of four targets for 14 yards during Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Vikings.
With Drake London (groin) sidelined and Mack Hollins (ankle) leaving the contest early, Jefferson played the second-most offensive snaps (45) among Atlanta's wideouts. However, the newcomer failed to make a positive impression on his new team for a fourth straight week. Jefferson was consistently involved in the passing attack but secured just one reception. He also committed a penalty that wiped out a fourth-down conversion and got called for a personal foul after the Falcons' go-ahead touchdown that gave the Vikings good field position on their final drive. Between drops and penalties in recent weeks, Jefferson isn't trending in the right direction, but he'll likely keep getting opportunities if London and Hollins remain out moving forward.
