  • Packers' Christian Watson: Logs full practice Wednesday

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Watson (back/chest) was "full go" at practice Wednesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

On Monday, LaFleur relayed that Watson didn't enter the concussion protocol after the hard fall and tackle that he endured on a 37-yard contested catch in the fourth quarter of this past Sunday's win against the Rams. LaFleur's comments two days later indicate Watson also is past the back and chest injuries that he sustained on that same play. Watson thus will set his sights on Sunday's road matchup with a Steelers defense that has yielded the sixth-most yards per target (8.7) to opposing wide receivers this season.

  • Panthers' Laviska Shenault: Will remain out

Shenault (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Bears.

Shenault will miss his third straight game as he continues to work on his recovery from an ankle injury he suffered in Week 6 against the Dolphins. His next opportunity to suit up will be Week 11 against the Cowboys.

  • Dareke Young WR | LV

Seahawks' Dareke Young: Gets go-ahead to practice

Seattle designated Young (groin) for return from its injured reserve list Wednesday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

The Seahawks originally placed Young on their injured reserve list prior to Week 1, but it now finally seems he's nearing a return to action. Seattle's injury reports over the course of the week will give insight into whether he might be able to suit up Sunday versus Washington.

  • Vikings' Justin Jefferson: Not expected to play this week

Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell suggested Wednesday that Jefferson (hamstring) isn't likely to play Sunday against the Saints, despite being designated for return from injured reserve, Andrew Siciliano of NFL Network reports. "I think that would be a little aggressive," O'Connell said, when asked about Jefferson playing Week 10.

Jefferson will resume practicing this week, but the Vikings would still need to activate him from IR before 4 p.m. ET on Saturday in order for him to be eligible to play Sunday. At this stage of the week, O'Connell apparently isn't planning on Jefferson being in a condition to put an end to his four-game absence come Sunday. A good week of practice could change things, of course, especially with the Vikings currently sitting as the No. 7 seed in the NFC playoff race after four straight wins and now facing off against a New Orleans outfit that might end up being one of their top challengers for a wild-card spot.

  • Browns' Marquise Goodwin: To miss practice Wednesday

Goodwin (concussion) will not participate at practice Wednesday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Goodwin sustained a concussion Sunday versus the Cardinals, and he's now unsurprisingly sitting out to begin Cleveland's new week of practice. At this point, it seems likely he'll be sidelined for Week 10.

  • Mack Hollins WR | NE

Falcons' Mack Hollins: Not at practice

Hollins (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.

Hollins' absence isn't surprising after head coach Arthur Smith said Monday that the wideout's ankle injury was the most worrisome of the new injuries acquired during a loss to the Vikings on Sunday. In any case, Hollins had been minimized in the offense in recent weeks, only reappearing as a significant contributor this past Sunday because Drake London (groin) was inactive. London returned to practice Wednesday, and the Falcons also seem to view KhaDarel Hodge and Van Jefferson as either ahead of Hollins or on similar footing.

  • David Bell WR | CLE

Browns' David Bell: Not practicing Wednesday

Bell (knee) will not participate at practice Wednesday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Bell sustained a knee injury Sunday versus Arizona, and he's now sidelined to start Cleveland's new week of practice. He'll likely have to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have a chance to suit up in Week 10.

  • Bears' Equanimeous St. Brown: Deemed questionable

St. Brown (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Carolina.

The Bears designated him to return from injured reserve Monday and will need to add St. Brown back to the 53-man roster in order to have him available for the Week 10 contest. The team listed him as a full practice participant Monday through Wednesday, suggesting he'll at least be ready by Week 11 if not by Thursday. It's unclear if St. Brown eventually will return to the No. 3 receiver role he occupied at times earlier this season, as the Bears have been using rookie Tyler Scott in that spot of late.

  • Zay Jones WR | ARI

Jaguars' Zay Jones: Leaves practice early

Jones (knee) exited the field during Wednesday's practice after briefly taking part in a change-of-direction drill, Eugene Frenette of the Florida Times-Union reports.

Jones tested out his injured knee while wearing a brace, but it doesn't sound like his workout went particularly well. Head coach Doug Pederson said Monday that injured reserve was a possibility for the wideout, with Jones having played in one of Jacksonville's last six games (Week 5 at Buffalo) prior to a Week 9 bye. If Jones is placed on IR before Sunday's game against the 49ers, he would be sidelined through Week 13.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Practicing to start week

Watson (back/chest) is practicing Wednesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

Watson was checked for a concussion and was reported to have back and chest injuries following his departure in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 20-3 win over the Rams. Head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed Monday that Watson avoided a concussion, and given his ability to practice Wednesday, the receiver's two injuries don't appear to be serious concerns either.
