  • Packers' Christian Watson: Not practicing

Watson (hamstring) isn't practicing Wednesday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Watson missed practice the past two weeks and appears to be in danger of sitting out a third straight game when the Packers face the Panthers this Sunday. Fellow wide receiver Jayden Reed also was held out of Wednesday's practice after suffering a toe injury during the Packers' loss to Tampa Bay this past Sunday.

  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Not practicing, but team optimistic

Hill (ankle) isn't practicing Wednesday, but head coach Mike McDaniel downplayed the receiver's absence, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports. "It's more us trying to make sure that we have all cylinders go," McDaniel said of Hill's status as Sunday's game against the Cowboys approaches.

Hill missed last week's 30-0 win over the Jets after aggravating his ankle injury in the preceding game, but he tested the ankle out in warmups, which suggests he was close to playing. McDaniel noted that Hill could return to practice in the coming days, and if the star wideout is able to take full reps by Friday, he might even head into Sunday's game without an injury designation.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Cardinals' Marquise Brown: Uncertain for Week 16

Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said Wednesday that Brown's (heel) status is up in the air for Sunday's game against the Bears, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

Brown has suited up in all 14 of the Cardinals' games to date, but the wideout is coming off consecutive games in which he handled significantly less than a full share of snaps and finished without a single reception. Though the Cardinals are reportedly optimistic that Brown won't miss time, clarity on his status for Sunday's game likely won't come until the team has had a chance to evaluate him in practice.

  • Rakim Jarrett WR | PIT

Buccaneers' Rakim Jarrett: Practice window opens

Tampa Bay designated Jarrett (quadricep) for return from injured reserve Wednesday.

Jarrett will now be able to begin practicing with the team and has a chance to suit up for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, if the Buccaneers feel like he's ready to contribute. Before landing on IR on Nov. 22, the rookie wideout had a relatively small role, seeing nine targets in his first 10 games and making four receptions for 60 yards.

  • Zay Jones WR | ARI

    Jaguars' Zay Jones: Labeled week-to-week

Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said Wednesday that Jones (hamstring) is considered week-to-week, John Shipley of SI.com reports.

Jones tweaked his hamstring late during Jacksonville's 23-7 loss to the Ravens on Sunday, and the injury looks like it could result in him missing some time. The wideout had already missed six of the Jaguars' first 14 games of the season due to a knee injury. With Christian Kirk (groin) already on injured reserve, any missed time on Jones' part would provide a path for Parker Washington and Jamal Agnew to handle expanded roles behind Calvin Ridley.

  • Khalil Shakir WR | BUF

Bills' Khalil Shakir: Shut out against Cowboys

Shakir failed to secure his lone target in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Cowboys.

Shakir was targeted just once for the second straight week and saw his lowest offensive snap share (49 percent) since Week 7. The wideout's lack of opportunities came on a day when quarterback Josh Allen attempted just 15 passes in a blowout victory. Even so, Shakir's volatile production throughout the season makes him extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes.

  • Gabe Davis WR | BUF

Bills' Gabe Davis: Held catchless again

Davis failed to reel in his lone target in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Cowboys.

Davis was held without a catch for the second straight week and for the fourth time this season. The veteran wideout saw just one target in the contest, despite playing the most offensive snaps (49) of any Bills pass catcher. Davis' lack of consistency in Buffalo's offense makes him extremely difficult to trust in lineups during the fantasy playoffs.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Chiefs' Kadarius Toney: Minimal production in win

Toney caught two of four targets for five yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Patriots.

After committing a costly offside penalty in the fourth quarter of the Chiefs' Week 14 loss to the Bills that wiped out a potential game-winning hook-and-ladder touchdown, Toney didn't see a major drop in playing time or touches. He logged four targets for the second straight week, but he once again had another gaffe, as he bobbled a pass from Patrick Mahomes in the fourth quarter in Chiefs territory that ended up going for a New England interception. If there's a saving grace for Toney, it's the fact that none of the Chiefs' other pass catchers beyond Travis Kelce and Rashee Rice are producing with any consistency. With that in mind, Toney may still have a role in the Kansas City game plan Monday against the Raiders, despite his recent struggles.

  • Chiefs' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: One target in Week 15

Valdes-Scantling secured his only target for 17 yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Patriots.

Valdes-Scantling saw just one target on a day that quarterback Patrick Mahomes attempted 37 passes. The veteran wideout has played at least one-third of the Chiefs' snaps on offense in all 14 games this season, but he hasn't exceeded five targets in any outing and has cleared 50 receiving yards on just one occasion.

  • Justin Watson WR | HOU

Chiefs' Justin Watson: Just one catch in win

Watson caught one of three targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Patriots.

Watson played on 68 percent of the Chiefs' offensive snaps Sunday, yet he again represented a low-priority target in the passing game. The veteran wideout has recorded 22 receptions for 381 yards and two touchdowns in 13 games this season, and though his playing time has been on the upswing since the Chiefs' Week 10 bye, he seems unlikely to move ahead of either Travis Kelce or Rashee Rice in the team's pass-catching hierarchy.
