  • Jaguars' Parker Washington: Quiet close to season

Washington caught his lone target for 11 yards Week 18 against the Titans and finished the season with 16 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns in nine games.

Washington saw action in just one of Jacksonville's first nine games but was more involved during the second half of the campaign. The rookie sixth-round pick caught six passes for 61 yards and a touchdown against Cincinnati in Week 12 but otherwise wasn't noticeably involved in the passing game. Jacksonville's receiving corps could look different in 2024 with Calvin Ridley set to become a free agent, though Christian Kirk (groin) and Zay Jones remain under contract.

  • Raleigh Webb WR | TB

Buccaneers' Raleigh Webb: Inks new deal

Webb signed a reserve/future contract with the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Webb has bounced around a bit since going undrafted out of The Citadel in 2022. The 26-year-old has 12 games of NFL experience between the Ravens and Patriots but ultimately has only seen one offensive snap. He'll now have the opportunity to earn a large role next season with Tampa Bay.

  • Ryan Miller WR | NYG

Buccaneers' Ryan Miller: Remains to team

Miller signed a reserve/future contract with the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Miller joined the Bucs as an undrafted free agent out of Furman and ultimately found his way to the team's practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster for one contest, which was Week 13 against the Panthers, but he did not record any counting stats. He'll now have an opportunity to carve out a larger role with the team next season.

  • Buccaneers' Cephus Johnson: Back with Tampa Bay

Johnson signed a reserve/future contract with the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Johnson spent the 2023 campaign on Tampa Bay's practice squad and never made it to the active roster. The big-bodied receiver initially went undrafted out of SE Louisiana before being scooped up by the Vikings as an undrafted free agent. However, he eventually found his opportunity with the Bucs once he was waived by Minnesota in August.

  • Dyami Brown WR | WAS

Commanders' Dyami Brown: Quiet 2023 campaign

Brown caught 12 of 23 targets for 168 yards and a touchdown in 17 games during the 2023 season.

The 2021 third-round pick had a quiet year apart from his 35-yard, game-tying touchdown in the final minute of an eventual loss to the Seahawks on Nov. 12. Brown had just two catches for seven yards the rest of the season and played more snaps on special teams than offense in each of Washington's final five games. He'll need to compete for a roster spot in 2024, the final year of his rookie contract.

  • Byron Pringle WR | WAS

Commanders' Byron Pringle: Catches 14 passes in 2023

Pringle finished the 2023 campaign with 14 catches for 161 yards in 17 games.

The 30-year-old drew only 22 targets while mostly operating as a depth wide receiver. Pringle played more snaps on special teams (195) than on offense (183) and now is scheduled for unrestricted free agency in the offseason. Around half of his career receiving production came in one season (2021) with Kansas City.

  • Commanders' Jamison Crowder: Finishes year with 16 catches

Crowder finished the 2023 season with 16 catches for 159 yards and a touchdown on 20 targets and 35 punt returns for 278 yards over 17 gam es.

The 30-year-old slot receiver rejoined his original NFL team -- he was a fourth-round pick of Washington in 2015 -- after a three-year stint with the Jets and four games with the Bills in 2022. He mostly working as a punt returner but also came up with a 7-95-1 receiving line Oct. 29 against the Eagles when injuries thrust him into the lineup on offense. Crowder drew six targets the following week and then only five more the rest of the season. He's scheduled for unrestricted free agency again this offseason, with punt returns and a backup slot role representing his best path to sticking around in the NFL for another year.

  • Buccaneers' Deven Thompkins: No production in playoff loss

Thompkins failed to bring in his only target and netted no gain on his one punt return in the Buccaneers' 31-23 divisional-round loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Thompkins' near non-existent offensive role wasn't exactly surprising given his sporadic use from scrimmage all season, but he also got much fewer opportunities than usual as a returner. The quiet finish to the campaign doesn't necessarily undermine Thompkins' progress in his second season, when he accrued 561 return yards and produced a 17-83-1 line through the air despite being stuck in the latter portion of the Buccaneers' receiver depth chart. Thompkins is set to be an exclusive-rights free agent this offseason, meaning he should be back with the Buccaneers in 2024 as a cost-effective developmental option and productive special-teams performer.

  • David Moore WR | CAR

Buccaneers' David Moore: Limited to one catch Sunday

Moore brought in his only target for 11 yards in the Buccaneers' 31-23 divisional-round loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Moore couldn't quite replicate his showing from Tampa Bay's wild-card win over the Eagles, when he posted two receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown. The veteran was mostly an afterthought this season after spending a sizable chunk of the campaign on the practice squad, and the five receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown he produced across seven regular-season appearances were his first stats from scrimmage since the 2020 season. Moore is slated to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason and could potentially return on a team-friendly deal if he finds a lack of interest in his services on the open market.

  • Trey Palmer WR | NO

Buccaneers' Trey Palmer: Pair of grabs to close out season

Palmer brought in both targets for 32 yards in the Buccaneers' 31-23 divisional-round loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Palmer closed out his rookie campaign with a typical showing, making good use of a modest amount of opportunities with 23- and nine-yard grabs. The sixth-round pick followed up a 39-385-3 line across 17 regular-season games with a combined 3-88-1 tally in two postseason contests, and he could potentially be in line to assume a No. 2 role in 2024 if Mike Evans is allowed to walk in free agency this offseason.
