Cooper is slated to play Sunday against the Titans, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Cooper will be in uniform Sunday, with an opportunity to rotate into a wideout corps that also includes Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Mack Hollins and Curtis Samuel. However, the extent of Cooper's workload and target share is difficult to project, given that he's had just one week to practice with the Bills after being acquired from the Browns on Tuesday. Once he's gained more familiarity with Buffalo's offense, the 30-year-old should profile as the No. 1 option in the passing attack, though he represents more of a speculative fantasy play in Week 7. The move to the Bills is a positive development for Cooper's fantasy outlook, after he had logged a 24-250-2 receiving line through his first six games in a Cleveland passing offense that ranked 30th in the NFL in yards per game (143).

Baker (illness) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London.

Baker had been listed as questionable heading into the weekend after an illness kept him from practicing Friday. While it's not clear if Baker is still under the weather, even if he was fully healthy, he wouldn't necessarily be a good bet to suit up Sunday. The rookie fourth-round pick had been a healthy inactive for both of New England's previous two contests.

Kupp (ankle) remains listed as questionable but appears unlikely to play Sunday versus the Raiders, sources tell Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Kupp missed the Rams' final three games before the team's Week 6 bye with a left high-ankle sprain, but he took his first meaningful steps forward in his recovery from the injury by returning to practice this week as a limited participant. Though head coach Sean McVay said coming out of Friday's session that Kupp still had a chance to play Sunday, the Rams are seemingly leaning toward holding the wideout out for one more contest. According to Schefter, Kupp is scheduled to go through a pregame warmup before the Rams make any decisions on his status, but for the time being, the expectation is that he'll be included on the team's inactive list ahead of the 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff.

Pittman (back) is listed as questionable but is considered likely to play Sunday against the Dolphins, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Schefter's report aligns with what James Boyd of The Athletic previously reported Friday, but it's further confirmation that Pittman appears to be on the right side of the questionable tag ahead of Sunday's date with Miami. The Colts are going back to Anthony Richardson under center, which can't be viewed as a positive for Pittman's fantasy prospects after he posted receiving lines of 4-31-0, 3-21-0 and 4-36-0 across Weeks 1 through 3 with Richardson at the controls. Pittman has 100 yards and/or one touchdown in all three games with Joe Flacco either starting or playing most of the contest.

Smith-Schuster (hamstring) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the 49ers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Smith-Schuster popped up on the injury report Thursday with the hamstring issue and logged consecutive limited sessions to close out the practice week. His injury never seemed to be overly serious, and the Chiefs are exercising caution more than anything in listing him as questionable. Assuming Smith-Schuster is cleared once the Chiefs release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, he'll look to build off the 7-130-0 receiving line he produced in the Chiefs' Week 5 win over the Saints prior to a Week 6 bye. The veteran wideout could have a big opportunity ahead of him in the wake of Rashee Rice's season-ending knee injury.

Pierce (shoulder) is listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Dolphins, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Pierce got in a full practice Friday but still ended up taking a designation into the weekend. On top of Pierce, both Michael Pittman (back) and Josh Downs (toe) are expected to play against the Dolphins, despite also being listed as questionable. Pierce has been a big-play machine through six weeks, producing a massive 13-368-3 receiving line, but he's done it on relatively low volume (21 targets). Pierce is a low-floor, high-ceiling fantasy bet.

Downs (toe) is listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Dolphins, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Additionally, Michael Pittman (back) and Alec Pierce (shoulder) are both expected to play after all three Colts wideouts were given designations on Friday's injury report. Anthony Richardson is back under center this week for Indianapolis, capping the floors and ceilings of the wide receiver trio. Downs produced a 3-22-0 line on five targets in his lone game with Richardson under center back in Week 3.

Johnson (ankle) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Commanders, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

On top of the ankle issue, Johnson also has been dealing with hamstring and rib injuries, which caused him to miss practice Wednesday and Thursday before getting in a limited session Friday. It's unclear how close to 100 percent Johnson is, but he's trending toward being active ahead of Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. Johnson has drawn a team-leading 43 targets across four starts with Andy Dalton under center, cementing himself as a locked-in fantasy starter in most leagues.

Smith (ankle) was not activated from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Giants.

Smith suffered hamstring and ankle injuries at the end of training camp and started the season on injured reserve. The Eagles designated Smith for return back on Oct. 7, opening the fifth-round rookie's 21-day practice window. Smith will miss his sixth consecutive contest to begin the year.

Davis (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against Arizona.

Davis was a full participant in practice Thursday and Friday, but he made an appearance on Saturday's injury report due to a hamstring issue. He joins a long list of Chargers wide receivers who have an injury tag heading into Monday's contest. With Ladd McConkey (hip) also listed as questionable, it's unclear who would serve as the Bolts' returner for kickoffs and punt returns if both Davis and McConkey are inactive.
