  • Commanders' Jamison Crowder: Limited to sideline work

Crowder (calf) was listed as a DNP for Thursday's practice session.

Crowder has logged DNPs in back-to-back practices to open the week, though he was spotted doing individual drills during Thursday's session, per Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post. If he's able to practice Friday, even in a limited capacity, that would give Crowder a shot at playing Sunday against the Cardinals.

  • Jacob Cowing WR | SF

49ers' Jacob Cowing: Misses practice Thursday

Cowing (illness) did not participate in Thursday's practice session, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

This is a recent ailment, as Cowing was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session. Friday's injury report will provide clarity on the severity of the illness and whether Cowing will be able to suit up Sunday against the Patriots.

  • Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Stays limited in practice

Harrison (quadriceps) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Harrison maintained his activity level from one day prior, but he also appeared to be running and cutting as he normally would during Thursday's session, per Howard Balzer of USA Today. The rookie fourth overall pick may need to get back to full participation Friday in order to avoid a designation for Sunday's game against the Commanders.

  • Darius Slayton WR | NYG

Giants' Darius Slayton: Suiting up Thursday

Slayton (thumb) is listed as active Thursday against the Cowboys, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

After leaving this past Sunday's win at Cleveland for a spell due to a thumb injury, Slayton underwent X-rays that came back negative. He then was listed as limited on all three of the Giants' Week 4 practice reports before being listed as questionable. The issue won't stop him from suiting up Thursday, but Slayton will be donning a wrap/splint on his right thumb, per Dan Duggan of The Athletic.

  • Derius Davis WR | LAC

Chargers' Derius Davis: Downgrades to DNP

Davis (hamstring) did not participate in Thursday's practice session.

The fact that Davis' practice participation has decreased doesn't bode well for his chances of playing Sunday against the Chiefs. He will have one more chance Friday to practice in at least a limited capacity. If Davis cannot play Sunday, Ladd McConkey would be a leading candidate to handle kickoff- and punt-return duties for the Chargers.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | WAS

49ers' Deebo Samuel: Officially limited Thursday

Samuel (calf) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Samuel was slated to miss a few games due to the strained right calf he suffered Week 2 at Minnesota, but his return to the field in the middle of Week 4 prep somewhat throws a wrench into that expectation. The 49ers may be merely ramping up his activity level as he progresses through his recovery, but his listing on Friday's practice report now will be of interest to see if he heads into the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest against the Patriots.

  • A.T. Perry WR | PIT

Saints' A.T. Perry: Doesn't practice Thursday

Perry (hamstring) did not participate in Thursday's practice.

Perry practiced in full Wednesday, but it appears he is dealing with a hamstring injury severe enough to keep him out of Thursday's session. Perry will have one more shot at practicing Friday ahead of the Saints' Week 4 game against the Falcons on Sunday.

  • Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Nursing ankle injury

Wilson (ankle) was limited during Thursday's practice session.

Wilson was able to play in Week 3 against the Eagles after nursing an abdomen injury throughout the week. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, but it appears Wilson is now dealing with an ankle issue. Friday's final injury report will provide clarity on his status for Sunday's NFC South showdown against the Falcons.

  • Josh Palmer WR | BUF

Chargers' Joshua Palmer: In clear for Week 4

Palmer (elbow/calf) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.

The pair of injuries kept Palmer from practicing Week 3 before he sat out a 20-10 loss to the Steelers, but after opening Week 4 prep with limited and full practices, he's on track to put an end to his one-game absence this Sunday versus the Chiefs. What's less clear is which quarterback Palmer might be working with, as Justin Herbert aggravated an ankle injury against Pittsburgh and has been limited in both of the Chargers' first Week 4 practices. If Herbert can't go, Palmer would find himself on the receiving end of targets from either Taylor Heinicke or Easton Stick.

  • Davante Adams WR | LAR

Raiders' Davante Adams: Added to injury report

Adams (hamstring) was limited at practice Thursday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.

Adams wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, so his addition to it a day later makes his status worth monitoring in advance of Sunday's game against the Browns. Friday's final report will reveal whether the Raiders' top WR heads into the weekend with a designation.
