  • Buccaneers' Kameron Johnson: DNP Thursday

Johnson (ankle) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice,

Johnson is looking to return from a one-game absence due to an ankle injury, but his absence from Thursday's practice is not a good start to the week. Still, he will have an extra day to recover, as the Buccaneers do not play until Monday against the Cardinals. The rookie pass catcher has seen the field for 38 offensive plays across four games and drawn one target.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | WAS

49ers' Deebo Samuel: Limited again Thursday

Samuel (wrist) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

A wrist injury has contained Samuel to a blue non-contact jersey during the first two sessions of Week 7 prep, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com. There hasn't been any word that Samuel is in danger of missing Sunday's huge matchup with the Chiefs, but he may enter the weekend with a designation for that contest, which would be revealed on Friday's practice report.

  • Zay Jones WR | ARI

Cardinals' Zay Jones: Full practice Thursday

Jones (hamstring) was a full practice participant Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

After missing the first six games of the campaign, five of them due to a suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, Jones now has a clear runway to a role in Arizona's offense. With Marvin Harrison (concussion) and Michael Wilson (ankle) both limited to kick off Week 7 prep, Jones is getting valuable reps in team drills, which may translate to the field Monday against the Chargers.

  • Trey Palmer WR | NO

Buccaneers' Trey Palmer: Returns to practice

Palmer (concussion) returned to practice Thursday as a limited participant.

It's his first participation of any kind since entering concussion protocol during a Week 4 win over the Eagles. Palmer probably won't get much playing time on offense even if he returns for Monday's game against Baltimore, as he opened the season behind Jalen McMillan (hamstring) on the depth chart and may have since fallen behind Sterling Shepard as well.

  • Treylon Burks WR | WAS

Titans' Treylon Burks: Downgrades to DNP on Thursday

Burks did not participate in practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Burks was a limited participant in Wednesday's session, but his inability to practice Thursday doesn't bode well for his chances of playing Sunday against the Bills. Friday's injury report should provide a better idea on whether the 2022 first-round pick will play in Week 7. If Burks can't suit up, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine would step up as the Titans' fourth wideout behind Calvin Ridley, DeAndre Hopkins and Tyler Boyd.

  • Mike Evans WR | SF

Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Tending to hamstring issue

Evans officially didn't practice Thursday due to a hamstring injury.

Evans was in and out of this past Sunday's 51-27 win at New Orleans, but no health concern was reported during or after the contest. Coach Todd Bowles told Greg Auman of Fox Sports earlier Thursday that Evans wasn't going to practice due to a lingering leg injury, which since has been clarified as a hamstring issue. Bowles also noted Evans is expected to practice Friday and/or Saturday, according to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times. How Evans fares in those sessions like will determine if the Buccaneers tag him with a designation ahead of Monday's game versus the Ravens.

  • Simi Fehoko WR | ARI

Chargers' Simi Fehoko: Nursing shoulder injury

Fehoko (shoulder) was estimated as a limited participant in Thursday's practice session.

Fehoko played a season-high 37 snaps in Week 6 against the Broncos and finished the game with two catches (on four targets) for 44 yards. However, it appears the 2021 fifth-round pick may have picked up a shoulder injury during the contest, which limited him in practice Thursday. Fehoko will have two more chances to increase his practice participation ahead of Monday's game against the Cardinals.

  • Saints' Jermaine Jackson: Signed to active roster

New Orleans signed Jackson off the practice squad to the active roster Thursday, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Jackson rejoined the Saints on the practice squad Oct. 2 after being let go with an injury settlement during training camp. Jackson will likely serve as the Saints' top kickoff and punt returner Thursday against the Broncos due to Rashid Shaheed (knee) being placed on injured reserve.

  • Michael Wilson WR | ARI

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Tending to ankle issue

Wilson was a limited practice participant Thursday due to an ankle injury, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

The Cardinals' receiving corps had one known health concern prior to the team posting its first Week 7 injury report. Rookie Marvin Harrison wore a non-contact jersey Thursday in the wake of suffering a concussion this past Sunday at Green Bay and eventually went down as limited. Wilson joined Harrison with a cap on his practice reps, leaving both players question marks as Arizona prepares to face the Chargers on Monday Night Football.

  • Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Limited in practice

Harrison (concussion) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

It's a sign of progress through concussion protocol, although he was wearing a non-contact jersey and still has a few steps to go before he can play against the Chargers on Monday. Harrison was concussed during the first half of a 34-13 loss to the Packers on Sunday, leaving WR Xavier Weaver as a regular in three-wide formations alongside Michael Wilson (ankle) and Greg Dortch.
