  • Malik Nabers WR | NYG

Giants' Malik Nabers: Clears concussion protocol

Nabers (head, groin) cleared concussion protocol Thursday and is expected to play Sunday against the Eagles, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Nabers missed the past two games due to concussion symptoms and then had a groin injury added to Thursday's practice report. The latter apparently isn't much of a concern, as Thursday also marked his first full practice participation since entering concussion protocol in the closing minutes of a Week 4 loss to Dallas (Sept. 26). Nabers will be back in action this Sunday as a target-hogging No. 1 receiver for the surprisingly competent Giants offense.

  • Malik Nabers WR | NYG

Giants' Malik Nabers: Dealing with second, minor injury

Nabers is listed with a groin injury and concussion on Thursday's injury report, although he was a full practice participant, Patricia Traina of SI.com reports.

In other words, the groin injury isn't considered serious. The big question is still whether Nabers will clear concussion protocol before Sunday's matchup with the Eagles, after missing the past two games. Thursday marked his first full practice getting injured in the closing minutes of a loss to the Cowboys on Sept. 26.

  • Deonte Harty WR | BAL

Ravens' Deonte Harty: DNP to open week

Harty (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Harty missed Week 5 against the Bengals due to a knee injury, but he was able to return for Week 6 against the Commanders during which he logged 47 kick-return yards and four punt-return yards while playing eight snaps on special teams. Harty will have two more chances to return to the practice field ahead of Monday's game against the Buccaneers.

  • Ladd McConkey WR | LAC

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Limited by hip injury

McConkey (hip) was listed as limited on Thursday's practice estimate.

McConkey, who caught four of his eight targets for 43 yards in this past Sunday's 23-16 win over the Broncos, is one of three Chargers' WRs on the team's Week 7 injury report. In addition to McConkey, Quentin Johnston (ankle) was deemed a 'DNP' in Thursday's practice, while Simi Fehoko (shoulder/groin) was listed as limited. The trio's status thus is worth tracking as Monday night's game against the Cardinals approaches.

  • Jauan Jennings WR | MIN

49ers' Jauan Jennings: No practice Thursday

Jennings (hip) isn't taking part in Thursday's practice, David Lombardi of The San Francisco Standard reports.

Meanwhile, fellow WR Deebo Samuel (wrist) was on the field Thursday but donning a blue non-contact jersey, per Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com, indicating he'll go down as a limited participant for a second straight session. Jennings may be in danger of sitting out Sunday against the Chiefs, with Friday's injury report potentially providing some clarity on the situation ahead of the weekend.

  • Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Now dealing with hamstring injury

Smith-Schuster (hamstring) was limited at practice Thursday.

Smith-Schuster practiced fully Wednesday, so his addition to the injury report a day later makes his status worth monitoring ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers. The veteran wideout is coming off a Week 5 effort in which caught seven of his eight targets for 130 yards in the Chiefs' 26-13 win over the Saints.

  • Mike Williams WR | LAC

    Jets' Mike Williams: Not practicing

Williams (personal) is back with the Jets but was listed as a non-participant in Thursday's practice, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Williams reportedly did some work on the side but didn't actually practice with teammates. He's clearly the odd man out after the Davante Adams trade, and it may be that the focus right now is on staying healthy while the Jets try to work out a trade. Whatever the case, Williams isn't a recommended fantasy play Week 7 against the Steelers.

  • Saints' Equanimeous St. Brown: Elevated from practice squad

St. Brown is being elevated from the practice squad ahead of Thursday's game against the Broncos, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

The saints are a mess on offense, with QB Derek Carr (oblique), TE Taysom Hill (ribs) and WRs Chris Olave (head) and Rashid Shaheed (IR - knee) all expected to miss Thursday's game. St. Brown could get a decent number of snaps Thursday night, but he never drew targets at a high rate when he got significant playing time for the Packers (2018-21) and Bears (2022-23). He has 110 career targets on 1,614 snaps and has never recorded more than 328 receiving yards in a season.

  • Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Full practice Thursday

Robinson (ankle) practiced in full Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Meanwhile, rookie WR Malik Nabers reached the final phase of the concussion protocol Thursday and also was a full participant, and Darius Slayton (groin) remained limited for a second day in a row. Robinson thus appears poised to welcome back Nabers for Sunday's game versus the Eagles, while Slayton's status is more up in the air. Ultimately, Friday's injury report will give a sense of who may be Robinson's competition for targets from QB Daniel Jones this weekend.

  • Chargers' Quentin Johnston: Listed as non-participant Thursday

Johnston (ankle) was listed as a non-participant on Thursday's practice estimate.

Johnston exited this past weekend's win over the Broncos after suffering an ankle injury, and though he was able to return to the contest, the wideout's listed absence from Thursday's practice makes his status worth monitoring ahead of Monday night's game against the Cardinals. Meanwhile, fellow WRs Ladd McConkey (hip) and Simi Fehoko (shoulder/groin) also are on the Chargers' Week 7 injury report after logging limited listings Thursday.
