The Seahawks waived Mabry on Tuesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Mabry joined Seattle as an undrafted free agent in 2020, and he has spent most of his tenure on the practice squad. He did appear in 10 games between 2021 and 2022, and he caught his lone touchdown pass of seven yards in Week 17 against the Jets in the 2022 season. Mabry could opt to rejoin the Seahawks on their practice squad or explore his options elsewhere should he go unclaimed off waivers.

Willis was waived by the 49ers on Tuesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Willis appeared in seven regular-season games for San Francisco last year after he was selected in the seventh round of the 2023 Draft out of Oklahoma. However, that experience wasn't enough to keep him with the 49ers for now. He'll likely be a candidate for the practice squad if he doesn't find an opportunity elsewhere.

The Panthers waived Franks on Tuesday.

Franks spent roughly one month in Carolina. He spent 2023 on the Falcons' injured reserve list after dressing for 20 games for the team across the 2021 and 2022 campaigns. The converted quarterback has been trying to make it as a tight end.

The Rams waived Forristall on Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Forristall spent most of the 2023 season on the Rams' practice squad, though he was not called up for a single game. He was competing for a backup spot at tight end during training camp, and he accrued five catches for 30 yards and one touchdown across three preseason games. Forristall could opt to return to the Rams on their practice squad or, assuming he clears waivers, he could look to catch on with another team.

The Panthers released Horsted on Tuesday.

Horsted signed with Carolina on Aug. 5 after spending the previous two seasons with the Raiders. The tight end has 14 career catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns. The Panthers kept Ian Thomas, Tommy Tremble and rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders at the position.

The Eagles placed Okwuegbunam (abdomen) on injured reserve and designated him to return Tuesday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Okwuegbunam underwent a core muscle repair procedure, and he is projected to be out for 6-to-8 weeks. With the Eagles scheduled to have their bye in Week 5, the 2020 fourth-round tight end could aim to return to action for Week 6 against the Browns on Oct. 13. McLane notes that Philadelphia has released E.J. Jenkins, meaning Dallas Goedert and Grant Calcaterra are the only two active tight ends on the roster for the time being.

Seikovits was waived by the Cardinals on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Seikovits has spent the better part of the last three seasons with the Cardinals as part of the NFL's International Player Pathway Program, but he has yet to appear in a game with the team. The Austrian is a likely candidate to return to the practice squad, according to Wilson.

Harry was released by the Vikings on Tuesday, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Harry converted to tight end from wide receiver during the preseason. He could continue to develop in his new position on a team's practice squad.

Tonyan (back) was released by Minnesota on Tuesday, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Tonyan was competing for a reserve tight-end role but suffered a back injury early in camp and missed crucial time. He could find a spot on a practice squad when back to full strength (though he did recently return to practice).

The Dolphins waived Rucci on Tuesday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rucci made a positive impression with Miami this offseason, but the undrafted rookie out of Wisconsin was always facing an uphill battle to secure a spot on the initial 53-man roster. He'll be a candidate to resurface on the Dolphins' practice squad and continue his development as a blocker.
