Patrick Herbert TE | JAC
Jaguars' Patrick Herbert: Healthy scratch for Week 18
Herbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Herbert's first elevation of the season will not lead to any snaps. The Jaguars have decided to go with Brenton Strange, Johnny Mundt and Quintin Morris at tight end, meaning Herbert's talents will not be required for the regular-season finale.

Hunter Long TE | JAC
Jaguars' Hunter Long: Healthy scratch
Long (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Long will be a healthy scratch yet again. The tight end's regular season will end with 12 receptions for 85 yards and two touchdowns on 17 targets.

Cam Grandy TE | CIN
Bengals' Cam Grandy: Inactive for season finale
Grandy (chest) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns.
After not practicing Wednesday or Thursday, Grandy logged a full session Friday and was listed as questionable. However, that wasn't enough to be cleared for game action, and he'll miss a second consecutive contest to end the campaign. The undrafted tight end will finish his second NFL season with two receptions for seven yards across 28 offensive snaps.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: One long catch
Kittle recorded five receptions on seven targets for 29 yards in Saturday's 13-3 loss to the Seahawks.
Kittle returned from a one-game absence and tied for the team lead in targets. His only impactful play was a 20-yard catch early in the fourth quarter, though his lack of production was more a product of the 49ers' overall struggles rather than his own. Kittle battled multiple lower-body injuries throughout the regular season, though he ended the campaign with at least seven targets and five receptions in each of his last three games.

Cade Otton TE | TB
Buccaneers' Cade Otton: Clutch performance in key win
Otton secured seven of nine targets for 94 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 16-14 win over the Panthers on Saturday.
Otton comfortably set the pace for the Buccaneers in receptions, receiving yards and targets, and the middle figure was also a new season high. The fourth-year pro delivered multiple key catches, including an 18-yard TD grab to open the scoring in the first quarter, as well as a 20-yard reception just before the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter that helped Tampa Bay burn some precious time while nursing a two-point lead. Otton's touchdown was his first of the season, and he finished the 2025 regular-season campaign with a career-high-tying 59 receptions and the second-highest receiving yardage total of his four seasons (572).

Tanner Conner TE | NYG
Giants' Tanner Conner: Elevated for Week 18
Conner was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Conner joined the Giants' practice squad in mid-December after being let go by Miami multiple times. He should have the chance to be active due to Theo Johnson (illness) being ruled out, though Conner will likely be buried on the depth chart.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Back in action Saturday
Kittle (ankle) is listed as active Saturday against the Seahawks, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
After sitting out a Week 17 win against the Bears due to a mid-to-low-ankle sprain, Kittle is back in action as the 49ers seek to claim the NFC West and the No. 1 seed in the conference. Despite operating with practice limitations during the entirety of Week 18 prep, it wouldn't be a surprise if he handles his typical 80-plus percent of the offensive snaps considering what's on the line. Since he was blanked in Week 7 in his return from an IR stint due to a hamstring injury, Kittle put together a 48-574-6 line on 56 targets in eight games before last Sunday's absence.

Patrick Herbert TE | JAC
Jaguars' Patrick Herbert: Elevated for Week 18
The Jaguars elevated Herbert from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans.
Herbert's first elevation of the 2025 campaign will be for the Jaguars' Week 18 divisional matchup. The tight end is set to suit up as a reserve option, and if he sees any snaps, they will likely be on special teams as a blocker.
-
Nikola Kalinic TE | CHI
Bears' Nikola Kalinic: Elevated for Sunday
The Bears elevated Kalinic from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Lions.
Kalinic was last elevated for the Bears' Week 12 game against the Steelers, where he logged 59 percent of special-teams snaps in the victory. The tight end is set to fill a similar role in Sunday's divisional contest, likely being used as a supplemental blocker behind starting tight ends Colston Loveland, Cole Kmet and Durham Smythe.
