Lewis was targeted once but did not make a reception in Sunday's victory over the Vikings.

Packers tight ends were nearly invisible Week 2, as Lewis was the only one to even see a pass in his direction. Despite that, Lewis remains in a reserve role behind Jimmy Graham, who played 54 snaps Sunday, compared to Lewis' 31 and Robert Tonyan's 22.

Everett caught three of his five targets for 21 yards during Sunday's 27-9 win over New Orleans.

The third-year tight end should see a spike in opportunity with Tyler Higbee nursing a short-term lung injury that projects to limit his availability. Everett is athletic and owns the big-play potential to move the fantasy needle. He's recorded eight 20-yard catches, three 40-yard receptions and five touchdowns in a limited role through his first two seasons, after all.

Goedert re-injured the calf that bothered him in August, Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal reports.

Goedert made it back for Week 1 and wasn't on the Week 2 injury report, but he seems to have re-injured his calf during warmups for Sunday's game against the Falcons. With Alshon Jeffery (calf) and DeSean Jackson (groin) exiting in the first half, the Eagles were forced to use Zach Ertz, Nelson Agholor, JJ Arcega-Whiteside and Mack Hollins on practically every snap over the final three quarters of a 24-20 loss. The Eagles may need to sign another tight end -- and possibly a wide receiver or two -- before they face the Lions in Week 3.

Knox saw the field for 41 offensive snaps during Sunday's win over the Giants, catching just one of four targets for 18 yards.

Knox earned some praise as a blocker on a few key plays, but he made a few rookie mistakes as well. One bright spot is that he saw the field much more than fellow pass-catching tight end Tommy Sweeney (21 snaps), though both players will be pushed further down the pecking order when starter Tyler Kroft returns from his broken foot, which should happen soon.

Graham was not targeted in Sunday's victory over the Vikings.

It's not clear if the finger injury that limited Graham at practice last week played any part Sunday, but regardless, he was shut out in the box score after a nice showing Week 1. Graham dominated the tight end snaps for the Packers on Sunday, playing 54 of a possible 75 plays (72 percent), but the goose egg certainly won't inspire confidence in those considering Graham in Week 3.

Higbee could miss time with a lung issue, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Higbee's exit from Sunday's game against the Saints was initially attributed to a chest injury, but after he was brought to the hospital as a precaution, it was determined he injured his lung. Though the report notes that the issue caused the tight end to cough up blood, Higbee's absence is not expected to be a long one. For any length of time he misses, Gerald Everett would be in line for added snaps.

Gesicki caught one of two targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 43-0 loss to the Patriots.

Gesicki's lack of Week 2 production was due in part to the Dolphins offense struggling as a whole, though it's still not encouraging to see the second-year tight end fail to draw notable targets even with Albert Wilson (calf/hip) sidelined. DeVante Parker, Preston Williams, Jakeem Grant, Kenyan Drake and Kalen Ballage all saw higher target volume than Gesicki during Sunday's loss. Gesicki isn't on the fantasy radar as a week-to-week contributor.

Swaim caught three of four targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 13-12 loss at Houston.

The 25-year-old found himself splitting the workload for the second straight game with James O'Shaughnessy (four catches for 28 yards). Swaim has seven receptions for 31 yards through two weeks and doesn't appear to be a worthwhile option in the Jaguars' passing game.

Hill caught two of three targets for 16 yards in the Saints' 27-9 loss to the Rams on Sunday.

Hill surprisingly didn't attempt a pass or take a carry in Sunday's loss, seeing all his production come on two receptions. He has little standalone value outside of deeper leagues at this point, though he will move into the top backup quarterback role behind Teddy Bridgewater if Drew Brees (hand) is forced to miss time.

Akins caught two of three targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 13-12 win over the Jaguars.

One of Akins' targets came in the red zone and resulted in an incomplete pass, the first red-zone target for a Houston tight end in 2019. He played fewer snaps (39) than Darren Fells (44), which is to be expected when Houston favors the ground attack in its game plan. Through two weeks, Akins leads Texans tight ends with three catches and 42 yards.
